This paper aims to analyze the present situation of training teacher Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province teachers to offer strategies and plans for future. The research method is descriptive-field study. The population of the study included all teachers of primary schools in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province as being 5570 teachers in the educational year 2014-2015. 360 teachers were selected through multistep cluster random sampling based on Cochrane formula. Made questionnaire to collect data tool that includes items related to internal and external factors. This item includes 51 questions ranked on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad is a primary school teacher training. By the number of professors and experts approved the validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha (α= 0/91) was confirmed. To analyze the data, in addition to the descriptive indicators, comparing the means test and Friedman test and evaluation of internal and external matrix is used. The results showed that initial teacher training in the area of weakness in terms of internal factors and external factors of the area in the fall of opportunities. The conservative strategy for the development of teacher training is recommended. Manuscript profile

Nowadays the success of any organization is linked to the quality and level of human resources’ capacity and empowering human resources is a significant strategic tool to gain competitive advantage. The main objective of this research was to investigate the relationship between strategic human resources management programs and empowering employees. The purpose of this research is applied and its nature is descriptive-correlational. Statistical population consists of all private and public banking employees in the city of Marivan, totaling 277 employees. Finally 148 employees were selected using stratified random sampling. Chen and Huang questionnaire (2009) was used to measure the variable of strategic human resources management programs and Spreitzer and Mishra (1995) questionnaire was used to measure the variable of empowering employees. Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was used for investigating the normality of data and correlation test, regression coefficient, t independent groups, ANOVA was used to analyze data and test research hypothesis. The results showed that there is 0/56 positive and significant relationship between strategic human resources management programs and empowering employees (R=0/56, P<0/05). Also multiple regression analysis showed that 0/31 changes of employee empowerment through strategic human resource management programs is predictable, and the highest share in this prediction is related to the factor of participation (β=0/57). The results demonstrated no significant difference between any of the above variables in terms of empowerment.   Manuscript profile

This article seeks to investigate role of university educations on the development of students' abilities and entrepreneurial activities. Its research design was descriptive survey was conducted with the target application. The study population represents all students of Islamic Azad University Among them, a total of 2000 randomly selected Multi Ssmpling. Data obtained by using t and chi-square analyzes were performed. Some of its findings are as follows: seeking out advanced capabilities, creativity and self-control and independence in their students' potential risk is greater. Entrepreneurial initiatives and activities carried out through the course of writing and researching activities, participate in workshops on entrepreneurship and membership is more. From the perspective of Islamic Azad University education students to develop their entrepreneurial capabilities all affect the.Islamic Azad University students perspective on training students in the development of entrepreneurial activities in the areas of writing and research, providing membership of the Association entrepreneurial university students, enable students to participate in workshops on entrepreneurship, a statistically significant effect have But in the context encourages entrepreneurial initiatives and lessons offered as an optional course for students of different groups is not statistically significant.   Manuscript profile

4 - A hybrid bankruptcy prediction model based on GMDH-type neural network and genetic algorithm for Tehran Stock Exchange companies

This paper proposes a  Soft Computing model for effective bankruptcy prediction, based on the integration of Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH) neural network and genetic algorithm which is called here as GA-GMDH. Genetic algorithm (GA) designs the whole architecture of the GMDH network and optimizes its topology. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed GA-GMDH model, its performance was compared with performance of the commonly used statistical techniques of logistic regression (LR) and a relatively new artificial intelligent technique of Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Performance of the designed prediction models depends on the utilized variable selection technique. Therefore, we constructed 12 prediction models through combining the four filtering feature selection methods and the three prediction models. The four feature selection methods of independent samples T-test, correlation matrix (CM), stepwise multiple discriminant analysis (SDA) and principal component analysis (PCA)are combined with prediction models to generate four optimal feature subsets. Empirical data were collected one year prior to failure from Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) during 1997-2008.  For robust assessing of prediction models’ performance, we applied Type-I and Type-II errors, and area under the receiver operative characteristics curve (AUC) measures. Experimental results indicate that our proposed GA-GMDH model has high ability in bankruptcy prediction problem and significantly outperforms ANFIS and LR models in all combinations with four feature selection methods. Meanwhile, the CM method has the best ability in selecting predictive variables in comparison with other feature selection methods. Therefore, CM-GA-GMDH model is determined as the best constructed model for bankruptcy prediction using our particular dataset from TSE.   Manuscript profile

Due to various motivations, managers trend to recognize profits and postpone losses. Being conservative is a limitation which bars the ability and tendency to implement such an opportunistic behavior. Board of directors, as a leading institution which plays leading and supervising roles for executive managers' work, has a crucial role in leading the enterprise better and devising more conservative methods in timing profit recognition. The aim of the research is to define the relationship between the percentage of managerial ownership with the level of conservativeness implemented in the financial statements of companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. The research statistical population include one hundred and eleven companies from companies accepted in Stock Exchange and the time span from 1385-1390. Simple linear regression has been used to test research hypothesis and the result of testing this hypothesis show a meaningful and positive relation between managerial ownership and accounting   conservativeness and the lack of relationship between the percentage of free floating shares and accounting conservativeness Manuscript profile
