....governance at the macro level shows how much the government uses public resources for the public benefits. Therefore, the provinces of the country, as an administrative agency and supervisor of government approvals at the level of each province, should use a suitable model for good governance. The present article aims to provide a model of economic development governance in West Azerbaijan province. This article is a fundamental research that has been conducted with mixed research method and based on deductive-inductive reasoning. The statistical population of this study includes theoretical experts (professors of public administration) and experimental experts (managers of West Azerbaijan). Sampling has been done in a non-probabilistic and purposeful manner. Data collection tools are semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The theme analysis method has been used in order to analyze specialized interviews. Also, the identified indicators have been validated by fuzzy Delphi method. Finally, the final model of the research is presented with a structural-interpretive method. Research data analysis was done in the qualitative phase with MAXQDA software and in the quantitative phase with Matlab and MicMac software.  The results showed that the components of "improving economic policies" and "transparency of information and economic measures" directly affect the “anti-corruption” and "public accountability". Likewise, anti-corruption and accountability has an impact on "economic development" and "citizen satisfaction", and so economic development governance can be achieved. If the managers of West Azerbaijan province follow the presented economic, social and cultural principles, it will be possible to achieve the goals and achieve the benefits of economic development governance. .... Strategic management theories have faced a new challenge in recent years. All common paradigms of strategic management are based on the assumptions of economic rationality, economic behavior, and financial utilitarian, but it is necessary to consider the assumptions of bounded rationality and non-economic behaviors as well, because strategic decisions are made by humans and ultimately implemented by humans. The purpose of this study is to develop neo-strategy theory in strategic management. In order to conduct this research, Tracy's iterative phronetic approach, which simultaneously utilizes emerging qualitative data as well as existing theories and concepts, has been used. Semi-structured interviews with 5 executives in the private sector were used to collect data. These data were coded after analysis and finally led to the formation of neo-strategy theory by combining the theoretical frameworks of prospect theory, utilitarian theory and existing concepts in the field of neurostrategy and behavioral strategy. Findings show that the occurrence of bounded rationality along with the two phenomena of strategic management adhesion and intention reversal that have been introduced in this study has led to the occurrence of a phenomenon called strategic burnout syndrome which through attention to the strategic utilitarianism and action-oriented can treat this complication. .... According to the dynamic capabilities theory, adopting and pursuing appropriate strategies in the form of coherent and intertwined meta-processes can lead to the creation and promotion of key and distinctive capabilities of the organization. Therefore, one of the necessities of promoting competitive performance is to adopt and pursue appropriate strategies in order to improve and enhance the dynamic capabilities of the organization. The purpose of this study was to present a model of competitive performance in the field of international markets with emphasizing theory of dynamic capacity in Iran's oil and gas industry. This research is a fundamental and in terms of method, is a combination of qualitative and quantitative that utilized in two phases. In first phase, systematic review and extraction of the content model were performed with the help of scientometric and text mining tools. In the second phase, 27 themes and in 7 categories, in the form of a questionnaire and after checking validity and reliability among the subsidiaries experts of the oil and gas industry is distributed. After data collection, the research model was evaluated through the statistical approach of confirmatory factor analysis using SmartPLS software. The findings of the second phase indicate the confirmation by experts as effective factors in promoting competitive performance with emphasis on the theory of organizational dynamic capacity in Iran's oil and gas industry.   Manuscript profile

For organizations that compete in a changing and uncertain environment, innovation is critical to the growth, success, and survival of the organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of technological innovation capabilities on employees' willingness to innovate in Isfahan Zob Ahan Company. after reviewing the research background, 11 dimensions were extracted. The data of this study were collected through a questionnaire. For analyzing the data, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used which, given that a significant number of hypotheses were not approved, were returned to the industry for reconsideration reasons and interviews with selected individuals were formed from different levels of organization. The staff members introduced issues such as meritocracy, planning for a career path for individuals, and alignment of staff and managers, which, in their view, could affect the employees' willingness to innovate technologically. In the last step, using the data obtained from the questionnaire and Excel software, the correlation matrix was extracted and used as input of the FCMapper software. Then we introduced the FCMapper output in the Pajek software to draw a fuzzy cognitive map. Based on the research findings, the dimensions of research and development capability, strategic planning capability and organizational capability with the highest degree of centrality were identified. Also, in order to improve the research hypotheses, four scenarios have been studied and analyzed. Manuscript profile

Despite its historical background, Iran's garment industry did not reach its historical status after industrialization, and after a period of prosperity, it has faced many challenges in the last two decades, and its share has decreased not only in the export sector but also in the domestic economy. Has been found. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to present a strategic model of branding in the Iranian clothing industry. This research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and exploratory mixed method in terms of mixed strategy (qualitative, quantitative, two-stage exploratory exploration); In the first phase with the qualitative method of non-structural "grand theory" and Max QD software; The indicators, components and dimensions of the model are identified and then tested by a quantitative method. Information was collected by documentary (receipt) and field (interview and questionnaire) methods. The statistical population includes university professors in the field of marketing, apparel market experts who have at least 10 years of experience in one of the most famous and large apparel companies in the country and government managers related to the apparel industry who are selected by targeted method (snowball) And until the theoretical saturation continues, the size of the statistical population in the second phase is 100 people, which was randomly selected from the aforementioned population. Based on the research findings, the model with 4 dimensions (1) infrastructure development with 6 components and 53 indicators; (2) design and development of underwear product with 2 components and 17 indicators; (3) marketing in the domestic garment industry with 6 components and 71 indicators; (4) Marketing teachings in the domestic garment industry are also categorized and designed with 6 components and 39 indicators. The study is applied in terms of purpose and a survey description in terms of data collection. The statistical population in number of 1235, which a statistical sample of 293 people has been extracted according to the Morgan sample size determination table. Sampling method is convenience sampling and a questionnaire was used to collect data. In this research, model equations and analyzes have been done by using structural equation modeling through Smart PLS software. The results showed that casual conditions (response of the bank to the external environment, implement international standards and bank social responsibility), contextual conditions (change the approach of the bank's senior management and liberalize and deregulate the government) and intervening conditions (bank empowerment culture and dynamic competition) have a positive and significant impact on integrating customer knowledge management and customer relationship management.
