The purpose of this paper is to examine the strategic role of virtual social networks is on brand equity, to determine the “Honeycomb Model” raised by Smith. Which has seven components: identity, presence, sharing, standing, group, relationships and dialogue and to review brand equity model used Aker brand equity. This research led to a new structured model was based on the above theories that increased our understanding of the relationship between the use of social media and brand equity. Data were collected in three ways: structured interviews, direct observation of several social media and questionnaire. A combination of research methods (qualitative / quantitative) was selected to carry out the research. The population of this research are consumers of Nike brand in Tehran and Cluster sampling is available and with a few random selection of some delegates from total delegates of this brand and distribute a questionnaire with 33 questions was conducted among 384 of our customers. For data analysis and hypothesis testing research model, the SPSS, LISREL and PLS software were used by structural equation modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results show the influence of variables "identity", "share", "Fame", "relationships", "dialogue" and "Group" on brand equity. It should be noted that the variable "presence" had no significant effect on brand equity. Key words: virtual social media, the Honeycomb model, Aker brand equity, Facebook, structural equation modeling, Strategy. Manuscript profile

Investors in their decisions about their investments have paid attention to macroeconomic factors. This indicated that they intend to reduce their investment risk( systematic risk ) in terms of the expected returns are. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of stock returns on macroeconomic variables( demand for the labor market) in listed companies in Iran years 2006-2011 using dynamic pattern of labor demand (in order to consider the effects of labor market flexibility) and Limer test (to test the model using data combined with the fixed effects model) and data compilation methods (for the estimated model).Accordingly, the main research question is whether stock returns over Iran will affect demand in the labor market? To answer the first question and then said market demand was estimated using panel data. In this study, to consider the effects of labor market flexibility and dynamic labor demand model is used. The results have shown that the positive relationship between stock returns and there is a significant demand in the labor market. Thus, capital market development to create jobs in the labor market, although the coefficient obtained in the model suggest that this impact is negligible compared to the level of unemployment. Strategic control part of the strategic management process that allows administrators to constantly monitor on all strategic management process and prevent it from possible deviations. Factor structure and validation scale study to identify strategic control in the retail industry (food and consumer) was performed in Shiraz. This paper is an applied research and in terms of methods, descriptive and survey. The study population consisted of experts and activists retail industry (food and supplies) Shiraz Based on the sample of 220 subjects were enrolled and data required in this study made use of library studies and questionnaires were collected. Based on the findings, based on the five-factor model of strategic control Harrison GFI, AGFI, RMSEA and CFI good fitness and all scale items index had a significant effect on their related factors. The findings also suggest that five factors scale had good reliability and validity of the scale and 93/0 respectively. Table norm scores, Z and T values corresponding to classes raw scores and percentile ranking on each floor provided. In addition convergent validity between strategic control scale factor of 41/0 to 75/0 in terms of correlation coefficients was confirmed. It can be used as a diagnostic tool in Harrison strategic control scale food retail industries and consumer applications. Manuscript profile

Given the very essential role of banks in Iran, their improper operations might generate a critical environment. The present study seeks to examine the efficiency and productivity of Iran commercial banks for a period from 2007 to 2011 by using Fuzzy TOPSIS, DEA and Malmquist index. For implementing this model, the significance of the inputs (total assets, equity, total costs and total debts) and outputs (total revenue, E-banking, granted loans and receiveables and currency trades) are calculated by using Fuzzy TOPSIS method to be used in DEA and Malmquist index. The findings reveal that the total assets (among inputs) and granted loans and receivables (among outputs) have the highest significance. The results of banks’ efficiency document that Mehr-e-Iranian, Sina, Sarmayeh, Pasargad, Karafarin, Maskan, Toseh-e-Saderat and Eghtesad-e-Novin have the best operation. The findings related to productivity also indicate that the average productivity rate of the banks are negative over the years from 2007 to 2011; except for Melli, Mellat, Sanat Madan, Saderat, Sepah, Tejarat, Keshavarzi, Parsian, Karafarin and Post Bank (the average productivity rate of these banks are more than one). Survival and life of an organization depend on correct decisions when facing opportunities and threats in the external environment of the organization. Since no organization can have infinite resources, strategists must decide on which strategy among various ones can lead to maximum profit. SWOT analysis enables managers to discover and identify internal and external factors affecting strategies of the organization. Therefore, the above-mentioned analysis is an appropriate tool to formulate strategies; however, it does not have the capability to evaluate the dependency of identified factors. In this study, a Fuzzy-ANP model is used to support SWOT process. This model considers not only the internal dependency of factors but also the ambiguity that appears in the opinions of decision makers by the application of the model in the fuzzy environment; although that the current techniques such as AHP consider factors independently. The network model presented here to analyze SWOT consists of four levels: the goal (best strategy) is in the first level; SWOT criteria, 4 main criteria and 24 sub-criteria are in the second and third level respectively; and finally alternatives (4 strategy). To calculate weights of SWOT factors, based on ANP method, a questionnaire in the form of paired comparison is designed and then given to the experts of the company studied. Afterwards, the geometric mean is applied, and finally based on ANP model, SO strategy with maximum weight is selected for the company. Manuscript profile

In the current situation, pressures stemmed from the economic globalization and all the related positive and negative results and impacts have exposed serious and new challenges across business environments. In turn, these challenges require formulation and execution of strategies and strategic controls proportionate to the environmental turbulence, conceived by the organization. The research has been performed aiming at design and development of an interactive pattern of environmental changes via strategic control (according to Lorange Model). Statistical population includes supervisors and experts selected from 10 main manufacturing companies in Ahvaz, active in production of components required for drilling oil wells. Finally, taking advantage of random stratified sampling method and kookran formula, our sample size consisted of 200 individuals. Library studies and two self-made questionnaires as for the field study were considered as data gathering tools. Data were analyzed, using structural equation modeling and LISREL (linear structural relations) statistical software; showing that environmental changes have significant effect on applying strategic control. That is, the results indicated that high and low environmental changes are effective in using fundamental strategic control and gradual strategic control, respectively. Manuscript profile
