Knowledge management in different organizations has been adapted by effective use of resources and achieving competitive advantage. In this regard, organizations must consider a model for solving their current problems that can be the most effective in the organization's outputs with the least conflict. Therefore, in this study, the basics and variables of knowledge management were used to evaluate the supply chain performance of an oil products company. For this purpose, 5 main indicators of knowledge management including: creation, storage, sharing, exploitation and evaluation of knowledge were used, which these 5 indicators in the form of 26 variables were considered as model input. In the proposed model, first 26 knowledge management variables are refined by fuzzy cognitive mapping methods and the importance of each of them is determined, then using the concepts of systems dynamics, their effect on supply chain variables is measured in the form of cause and effect diagrams. Finally, according to the flow diagram and presentation of scenarios, we see that by using the proposed model, the production rate will increase by 30%. Manuscript profile

Quantitative statistical population, including all employees of the Management and Planning Organization, whose number is about 200 people. Then, to determine the quantitative sample, Morgan sample size estimation table was used and based on the information in the table, the required sample size of 132 people was considered. The results showed that 60 open codes, 20 central codes and 8 selected codes are effective to achieve a successful organization, also all factors have the desired validity. There is a significant relationship between structural factors in creating a successful organization (p <0.05). D). The goals of the organization have a mediating role in the relationship between the structure of the organization and the creation of a successful organization (t = 4.51). E) The goals of the organization have a mediating role in the relationship between the environment of the organization and the creation of a successful organization (t = 5.53). In this study, long-term conflict has been used for credibility in the qualitative part. Formal validity was used to assess the validity of data collection tools in a small part and the researcher has confirmed the Q options to professors and experts. Reliability of the research tool Cronbach's alpha method is used, which shows the high reliability of Q expressions and their sorting results in Q diagrams. The results showed that the highest consensus on factor one (strategic competencies) was 14.779 and the lowest consensus on the fourth factor (leadership competencies) was 13.638. Today, the competitive pressures and environmental uncertainty, value-added creation is highly regarded by all stakeholders in organizations, and value creation in order to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and wealth creation is much needed. On the other hand, poor strategic performance in companies indicates the need for value creation. Due to the extensive literature and the lack of a general model for value creation in small and medium-Sized enterprises (SMEs) listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, the present study seeks to provide a conceptual model of value creation through the study of studies. In this research, based on the qualitative research method based on the data theory of the Strauss and Corbin model foundation, the value creation model is designed using the three-step open, axial and selective coding method and their classification with MAXQDA 2020 software. The results of data analysis and aggregation are classified in the form of 769 primary codes, 38 categories and 6 main dimensions. Underlying factors (corporate and financial), intervention factors, strategies (strategic innovation strategy, strategic financial management, change direction / reduction, strategic alliance) and consequences (economic, social and financial). Also, the proposed model leads to a better understanding of SME managers of the relationship between value creation criteria and value creation Manuscript profile

In discussing consumer behavior in marketing, and considering the importance of customer satisfaction in future buying behavior and customer loyalty for repurchase, the study of factors affecting customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction in businesses has become increasingly necessary. this research identifies the factors affecting customer dissatisfaction in the industry of requested video platforms (VODs) in Iran by accepting the framework of the two-factor (two-spectrum) theory of customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, about 44,000 online data of customers of the two leaders of this market in Iran, namely Filimo and Nemava companies, were collected from three platforms: Bazaar Cafe, Twitter, and Instagram by crawling data method. And mapped the themes of this research were drawn. Findings show that four factors "content weaknesses", "software weaknesses", "high consumer costs", and "poor public relations and communication" are among the factors affecting customer dissatisfaction with Iranian VODs. As a result, it can be said that although improving the status of these factors by each platform will not necessarily lead to customer satisfaction, any effort by these companies to eliminate or reduce the causes of dissatisfaction or improve them can be effective in improving customer satisfaction and improving their competitive position.
