Today, organizations are faced with a huge volume of general and specialized competencies for selecting and appointing managers of their various fields of work from existing candidates, and the elimination of a model from the optimal combination of these competencies is evident in the process of selecting and appointing managers. The purpose of this study is to design a model of optimal combination of competencies of IT managers to achieve meritocracy, meritocracy and justice in Bank Mellat as one of the most important economic poles and vital infrastructure of the country This research is descriptive and applied one and from a typological point of view is among the mixed studies (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative approach, using the theme analysis of the results of semi-structured interviews with the community of senior IT managers of the bank, the most important competencies were extracted, categorized and approved by experts. In the quantitative part of the research, after weighting and classification of collecting data by the questionnaire, using a mathematical model, an optimal and ranked combination of the most important specialized and general competencies for use in the selection, appointment, the succession of IT managers in four areas of information technology management (Deputy CEO of the Bank in the field of Information Technology, Director of Information Technology, Head of the General Directorate of Information Technology and Deputy Director General of Information Technology) is presented. Organizations, to achieve their goals, need coordination between their various components. Vertical and horizontal coordination between different organizational strategies has been really important, and one of the significant but disregarded components in strategic coordination is organizational behavior strategy. The current study aims to identify the different types of organizational behavior strategies to helps the organization achieve its goals by coordinating with other components. For this aim, using the grounded typology method, in-depth interviews were conducted with the 12 CEOs of the companies, and about 21 final categories affecting the behavioral strategy were recognized. The final categories are classified into two dimensions affecting behavior: the individual dimension (actor/reactor) and the environment dimension (attention to the outside and attention to the inside), and the four main types are obtained based on these two dimensions. Behavioral strategy types were defined and described based on the dimensions obtained with the names of flag bearer, leader, bureaucrat, and prince. Manuscript profile

All organizations face risk in achieving their predetermined goals, but if they understand and enjoy strategic risk management, that risk can become a competitive advantage. Banks, as the most important institutions active in the monetary and financial markets, play an important role in the growth and development of countries. Due to this essential role and prevention of wastage of financial resources, reviewing the efficiency of banks has a special place. Due to this importance, national and international regulators are trying to prevent banks from increasing their risk of bankruptcy by imposing limited liabilities. On the other hand, imposing this restriction may weaken banks 'performance by reducing banks' investment and lending powers. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study, following the research of Lu et al (2018) and the third statement of the Wing Committee (2014), is to investigate the impact of risk management dimensions (determining risk appetite and risk appetite, formulating and implementing risk strategy, internal evaluation, planning and crisis testing and Reporting and Transparency). The interaction between efficiency, performance and financial health of the Iranian banking industry has been discussed. The statistical population of this research is the managers of branches of Iranian banking industry and standard questionnaire was used for data gathering. The results showed that reporting and transparency had a significant effect on the interaction between efficiency, performance and financial health of banks. There was also a significant effect of internal evaluation, planning and crisis testing on the interaction between performance and financial health of banks. Manuscript profile

Despite the launch of mobile app markets in Iran, these markets have not been able to capture a significant market share under a highly competitive environment. Therefore, it is very important for industry managers to review and improve the acceptance process of these markets. After identifying the factors influencing the acceptance and attractiveness of marketplaces, this study examined the network effect by providing a dynamic model based on bass diffusion theory and modeled and simulated the studied market. This was done by presenting dynamic hypotheses, plotting causal loop diagram (CLD), stock-flow diagram (SFD), and entering mathematical equations in Vensim software. Then, after validating and ensuring the correctness of the model's performance, two different policies were implemented in the model. The research findings show that under the pressure of the Play Store, Iranian markets are still forced to improve their services and at the same time try to reduce the competitive distance with it. These marketplaces need to reconfigure their existing resources and core competencies, given the market dynamics and to gain emerging opportunities. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to design and develop strategic and marketing strategies based on the major goals of Sepah Bank, mission statement and perspective. In this study, opportunities and threats of macro environment (economic, social, political, technology and competitors) and strengths and weaknesses of the bank based on open questionnaire and interview using the Grand Theory method, it has been collected, coded, indexed, component and later collected from the expert community. Then, using Shannon's entropy technique, grading and ranking were performed. After ranking, 31 opportunities were identified and 41 threats were identified in 16 general dimensions, 19 strengths and 20 weaknesses were identified in 15 general dimensions. Then, using a quantitative strategic planning matrix, 50 strategies have been designed and compiled, and after scoring, 30 practical strategies have been determined. The results showed that for the purposes of increasing and maintaining market share (strategy of activating the R&D unit), increasing stability and profitability (strategy of operational efficiency with a focus on increasing wage earnings), upgrading and consolidating the brand position (brand brand promotion strategy according to Its antiquity and statehood) and the empowerment and excellence of human capital (the strategy of the employee performance appraisal system based on experience and ability) have the first priorities in terms of the importance of implementation. Also, with the simultaneous analysis of internal and external factors, the bank's position was in a competitive position. Manuscript profile

Academic procrastination is a common phenomenon among college students, which is usually accompanied by distressing mental experiences. Procrastination is a form of failure in Self-Regulation. The purpose of this study is practical and the main goal is to investigate the effectiveness of ‘self-regulation learning strategies training’ on reducing academic procrastination and its components in graduate students. The researcher's hypothesis was a positive predictor of this effectiveness. In terms of method, the research was a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The population consisted of all postgraduate students in the University of Science and Research in the second semester in 2018-2019. Based on cluster sampling, 30 subjects were selected and randomly assigned into experimental (15) and control (15) groups. The experimental group had eight sessions of self-regulated learning strategies (8 sessions of 120 minutes). Solomon and Rothblum academic procrastination scale (1984) and Pentrich self-regulation learning strategies (2003) were used to gather data. The data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. The results indicated that the research hypothesis of effectiveness of self-regulation learning strategies training on academic procrastination and its components in graduate students and participants of the experimental group in comparison with the control group, in posttest had a significantly less academic procrastination (P<0.01). So, we can conclude that self-regulation learning strategy training has a significant effectiveness on decreasing the academic procrastination of graduate students, they can overcome exam and homework procrastination. They can also allocate important time and resources to accomplish a scientific project and reduce their procrastination. Manuscript profile
