        Corona changed all social relations in the world and started a new chapter of life for humanity. Extensive change provided the basis for extensive studies to understand people's experience of these changes. Education as one of the areas of social life has not been without the effects and changes of the corona epidemic. The aim of this study was to understand the experience of students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences about changes in the educational system during the corona epidemic. In this qualitative study, data were collected through interviews with 18 physical education students at the Azad University. The interviews continued until the theoretical saturation was reached. After collecting the data and converting them into textual data, the analysis process began with the content analysis method. In data analysis, first the primary codes and then the secondary codes were extracted and finally the data were summarized in three main and final themes of positive experiences, negative experiences and alternative and suggested opinions and a matrix of research themes was drawn.         The present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of media literacy on the satisfaction of athletes with the moderating role of professional commitment and social responsibility (case study, volleyball premier league). The current research is a descriptive research of the correlation type and based on structural equation modeling, and in terms of its purpose, it is considered a part of applied research. The statistical population of the research included all the athletes, supervisors and coaches of the top volleyball league of Iran (14 teams and 19 people in each team) who competed in the top league competitions in 1400 (266 people). Sampling was the total number and 241 questionnaires were returned correctly. The measuring tools of the research included media literacy questionnaires, athletes' satisfaction, social responsibility and professional commitment. In order to analyze the collected data, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used. In the descriptive statistics section, tables and graphs of frequency and relative frequency of demographic characteristics of research participants, mean and standard deviation were used. In the inferential statistics section, structural equation analysis was used with the help of SmartPLS version 2 software in order to investigate the effect of research variables on each other and to design a communication model between them. The results showed that media literacy has a positive and significant effect on social responsibility, athletes' satisfaction and their professional commitment.         The present study aims to provide a model of the role of sport on sustainable development in Iran. The research method was grounded pluralism theory in data. According to the research, initially using library studies, the elements of participation were identified. After in-depth interviews with 17 operational and scientific experts, the theme analysis method was used to extract the elements and group them. The output of this step was to identify 92 indicators in the form of 5 main dimensions and 12 sub-dimensions. Convergent and divergent validity was used to determine the validity, which all results were satisfactory. The results showed that for the sustainable development of Iran with regard to through sports, preparation and formulation of a strategic plan for public and championship sports, officials' attention to the capacity of the private sector in sports activities and expansion of sports venues in urban space and balanced distribution of facilities and Recreational and sports equipment is essential for all citizens to have access to this space. But to solve the problems, pay attention to organizational strategies, including the development of a strategic plan for public participation in the sports organization and the use of control and evaluation tools to ensure the effectiveness of teamwork and participation in sports along with creating a work environment with trust and honesty among participants.         The purpose of the current research was to investigate the role of ethical leadership as a strategy in the implementation of good governance in sports organizations. In terms of practical purpose, the research was conducted in the category of descriptive-survey research, and in terms of implementation, it was carried out in a field form. Data were collected using 2 versions of a standard questionnaire. The statistical population was estimated to be 121 members of the academic staff of the sports management department of the country's universities and general managers of the sports and youth departments of the country's provinces, and due to the small number of the statistical population, all 121 people were selected as a statistical sample in this research. For more certainty, the opinions of professors and other available experts were used. SPSS software was used for data processing. The output of the statistical test (One Sample T-Test) showed that there is a significant difference between the hypothetical average and the community average. The output of the linear regression coefficient (R2=.72) was reported to be significant and Friedman's test showed that the component of promoting values with a rank of 9.54 and an average of 19.3677 and capacity building with a rank of 9.54 and an average of 10.5031 are the most and least important in good governance in sports organizations. had.         The purpose of this research is to study the strategic human capital by improving performance through knowledge management in the employees of sports and youth departments in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces. This research is applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 140 employees of sports and youth departments in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 103 people using Morgan's table and they were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tools were Chang and Hong (2005) strategic human capital standard questionnaires, Sharon Lawson (2003) knowledge management and Cooper (2009) performance improvement. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, linear regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between all dimensions of strategic human capital, flexible work schedule and job opportunities with improved performance. And there is a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of knowledge management except knowledge absorption with performance improvement. Also, the results of the structural equations showed that the strategic human capital model has a good fit with the mediating role of knowledge management with performance improvement.         The purpose of the current research was to formulate performance evaluation criteria for basic football coaches based on exploratory factor analysis. The statistical population of this research was all the managers, coaches, players and experts of basic football in the country (about 3500 people). According to Morgan's table, the statistical sample of 346 people was randomly selected by stratification. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with interviews of 15 university professors with experience in coaching basic football in 41 items and 12 factors on a five-point Likert scale, and its validity and reliability were confirmed by 10 university professors (α=0.79). Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and finally confirmatory were used to rank the factors and softwares of Lisrel & SPSS version 22. The data analysis showed that the respondents had a history of 12.84±6.18 years and 8.36±3.02 years in the basic soccer. The 12 Criterias of performance evaluation of basic soccer coaches in order of priority are: training style, coaching background and experience, coaching job responsibilities, psychological and student communication skills, creating a enjoyable training environment, ethical and behavioral characteristics, basic soccer knowledge, Partnering in identifying and nurturing talent, monitoring student performance and development, communicating with parents and carers, taking care of equipment, documenting athletes' information. It is recommended that Football Federation education officials use these Criterias to evaluate the performance of basic football coaches to provide the basis for future growth and prosperity of soccer learners based on scientific Criterias.         The aim of the current research was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the security management of sports events (case study: student competitions). The method of this research was conducted qualitatively and based on the foundation's data approach in the Glazerian approach and in the field. In order to collect information, unstructured interviews were conducted with 17 experts familiar with the security of sports events, school sports, and sports management specialists until theoretical saturation was reached, and the data were collected simultaneously using a set of open, axial coding. and selectively analyzed. Also, to measure the reliability of the interview retest reliability method, which was obtained as 0.85. Factor ranking was analyzed using Shannon's entropy test and SPSS24 and MAXQDA18 software. The results showed that factors such as health management, human resources management, financial resources management, organizational and managerial developments, the event's contribution to achieving the organization's goals, the consequences of holding the event, and safety and security management as factors affecting the security of sports events in knowledge competitions. The students were identified. Entropy analysis showed that security management, financial resources management, and human resources management have the highest score and the lowest score respectively in the degree of influence on the security management of student sports events. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that the categories extracted from this research should be taken into consideration in order to compile checklists for holding student competitions, emphasizing the prevention of accidents in student sports events.         The general purpose of the current research was to test the communication model of the coach's humility, knowledge sharing and group diversity with the creativity of the Iranian premier volleyball league players. The research type was of a descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the players and coaches of 9 women's volleyball premier league teams. The sampling method was taken as a whole number (126 people). The coach's humility questionnaire, players' creativity, knowledge sharing, extroversion and openness questionnaire were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Also, SPSS software version 26 and Smart Pls software version 3 were used in this research. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the humility of the coach and knowledge sharing among of the Iranian volleyball premier league players. In addition, a significant positive relationship was obtained between knowledge sharing and players' creativity. Knowledge sharing does not play a mediating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the players' creativity. Also, openness had a significant moderating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in of the Iranian premier volleyball league players, while the moderating role of extroversion was not significant in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in the Iranian premier volleyball league players. Therefore, it is suggested that the coaches committee of the volleyball federation organize training courses to familiarize coaches with coaching styles. Manuscript profile
