Today, the amount of cash assets held by companies and its affecting factors are the important issues that have been considered in the financial literature. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of strategic deviation on the level and value of cash holdings. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose, causal research in terms of methodology, and is post- event in terms of research time. Research hypotheses were analyzed using a sample of 120 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange during 2014-2020 and using multi-variable regression model based on panel data techniques using Stata and Excel softwares. The results show that the strategic deviation has a significant and negative effect on cash holding, but it does not affect the value of cash holding in the market. It can be concluded that amount of deviation in the operations of a company compared to industry can be caused by incentive trading and it does not affect the value of holding cash fund of the company in the general. Abstract:Increasing competitive advantage in universities requires the integration and coherence of processes and the optimal use of all hidden resources and assets, and ultimately the application of a comprehensive approach such as Enterprise Architecture. The aim of this study was to localize the Enterprise Architecturemodel for the university using the TOGF framework in a descriptive survey method, and to collect data in a mixed style (qualitative and quantitative) using the Delphi method with a sample size of 30 people and snowball sampling using the theory method. Background and Delphi data were collected using a researcher-made tool (Cronbach's alpha, 0.913) and for data analysis by synthesis research and open coding and for statistical analysis of structural equation modeling, SPSS 26 software, Smart PLS 3.2 was used. The results show that the localized Enterprise Architecture for the university has three key variables: business architecture, technology architecture and information systems architecture, and the overall good fit index of the model (SRMR) with the value 023 / 0 less than 0.08 indicates the suitability of the model. Keywords: TOGF Framework, Academic Enterprise Architecture Business Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Information Systems Architecture Manuscript profile

Today, the continuous production of new products and the rapid return of large investment costs have determined the efficiency of companies. Therefore, adopting product production strategies based on the platform and utilizing its capabilities will be very important. The present study aims to design and explain the model of technological platform capabilities in the cosmetics industry and prioritize the factors involved in this model. The present study is exploratory in nature; In terms of the purpose of applied research; In terms of data collection method, a descriptive survey is a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research based on the nature of the data. The statistical population of the study is university professors in the field of business and business as well as senior managers in the field of cosmetics. In this regard, based on expert interviews with experts and the application of data foundation theory, 16 main components and 71 categories in the field of technological platform capabilities in the cosmetics industry were identified. In the next step, the necessary validation was performed using the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) and it was found that all components of the research have sufficient validity. Finally, the criteria and sub-criteria were ranked using the BWM technique. Which shows that the axial dimension is the most important among the dimensions and also each of the research components and their sub-criteria were prioritized. Manuscript profile

Online group shopping has become an important and fast selling channel providing the products and services provided, however it has been done thoroughly to examine the different types of online group shopping note. With the aim of this research, there has been the design of a model of consumer motivation to buy online group using modeling-interpretive construction. Descriptive research method and statistical sample of research in the section of identifying consumer motivations for online group shopping includes 217 users of group shopping websites. In the second part, ten news people have been used to design the pattern and leveling. In order to collect statistical information, two questionnaires were used. The first questionnaire was used to identify online shopping groups and the second questionnaire was used to design a pattern and leveling based on the structural-interpretive modeling method. In order to analyze the data of the actual analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient to check the validity of the questionnaire, t-test was used to prescribe users for group online shopping and to design a pattern for buying a model made for modeling-interpretation. The results are in the court identification section, which out of a total of sixteen factors extracted from the research literature, ten factors in the title of consumer motivation to buy online group that you are looking for. Also, the results of structural-interpretive modeling showed that the quality of the website is in the seventh level and as an operating system causes. Manuscript profile
