        This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the improvement of supply chain capabilities and achieving organizational agility through the promotion of information technology capabilities in the industry. The method used in this research is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all the experts of the home appliance industry in Tehran. In this research, the researcher used morgan table to determine the sample size, which is equal to 56 people. The selection of samples was simple random sampling. The questionnaire of the current research is based on the questionnaire of Irfan et al. (2019) and the research hypotheses were checked using Smart Pls software and structural equation method. The results of this research showed that improving information technology capabilities and information technology infrastructure and information technology attractions has an effect on improving supply chain capabilities. Also improving the capabilities of information technology and information technology infrastructures and information technology attractions has an impact on achieving the organization's agility.         The present study was conducted with the aim of grouping brand value index in the automotive industry of Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory survey in terms of approach. The statistical population was a group of automobile sector experts who were fully acquainted with the issues of brand value in Tehran. Based on this and using the purposive sampling method, 35 people were selected. In the process of identifying the brand value index, an unstructured interview tool was used in the grouping stages of the brand value indicators. In this research, in different phases, different methods and software were used. In the grouping indicators, descriptive and inferential analysis methods such as mean, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, and factor analysis were used to perform calculations, Excel and SPSS software. Finally, the results of the study led to the identification of seven dimensions (distinction, awareness, belonging, trust, quality, loyalty, and social responsibility) and 24 sub-indicators.         In recent years, the banking system has faced many challenges such as the start of private and semi-private banks and increasing the activities of financial and credit institutions, so with increasing competition in the Iranian banking system, banks must always evaluate their performance. They must use appropriate models to rank and compare with organizations that have similar activities. The banking system is one of the most important economic sectors of the country, which has the most relationship with the macroeconomic sector of the country, and as a result, any fluctuations and instability in it can affect the country's macro economy. This study seeks to investigate the factors affecting the quality of management in the banking industry and determine the causal relationships between these factors. By studying different articles identified 13 factors: Corporate Governance, Human Resources, Processes, IT System, Strategic Planning, Internal Control System, Money Laundering, Credit Risk Management, Organizational Culture, Asset Debt Management, Profit per Employee, Cost per Employee and Cost Ratio per operations. We gave them to 10 experts in this industry through a questionnaire to be evaluated, and then we analyzed them using a fuzzy cognitive map. Our results show that each of the factors can be both effective and influential, which improves their performance and thus achieves the desired quality of management. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of innovation and self-efficacy of entrepreneurship in the effect of human capital on organizational performance (case study: Water and Sewerage Company of Tehran Province). The statistical population of this research is made up of the experts of water and sewage company of Tehran province, whose number is 480 people. In this research, Morgan's table is used to determine the sample size. The sample size is determined by using Morgan's table with a sample number of 214 people. The statistical sample is selected from the available method. The tool of this research is a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.830). Form and content validity were used to determine the validity of these tools. For data analysis, Lisrel software and structural equation model were used. The results of this research showed that the impact of human capital on innovation, organizational performance and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, as well as entrepreneurial self-efficacy on innovation and organizational performance and the impact of innovation on organizational performance are confirmed. Also, the results showed that innovation affects human capital. It has a mediating role on organizational performance as well as entrepreneurial self-efficacy in influencing human capital on organizational performance. Manuscript profile

        Organizing business activities in such a way as to provide a successful implementation of business strategies is one of the most difficult challenges for managers. To analyze the collected data using maximum likelihood tests, model arrangement, skewness, elongation and also the path analysis method based on Baron and Kenny's proposal, the research hypotheses are analyzed in the context of structural equation modeling and the software used is SPSS and Amos. The test results of the hypotheses were based on the proposed steps of Baron and Kenny. When customer orientation plays a mediating role and when it does not play a mediating role. Based on this, it was observed that in the first stage of the test, the regression coefficient of the strategic factor variable in business on the competition dynamics variable is 0.573 and the regression coefficient of the strategic factor in business on customer orientation is equal to 0.302. In the second stage, the path coefficient (0.669) and the regression coefficient of strategic factors in business on the dynamics of competition were reduced from 0.573 to 0.372. The results of path analysis method showed that by including the customer orientation variable in the conceptual model, the impact of strategic business factors on competitive dynamics is reduced. customer orientation mediates this relationship. The results show the significant effect of strategic business factors on competitive dynamics and customer orientation, and the positive and significant effect of customer orientation on competitive dynamics has been confirmed.         The discussion of spirituality in tourism has recently been raised and the creation of peace, a sense of unity and integrity is very attractive for tourists. The aim of the current research is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the performance of businesses active in the field of spiritual tourism. The current research in terms of paradigmatic, proof foundations; From the perspective of orientation, it is applied and from the point of view of methodology, it is mixed. 15 experts in the field of spirituality and mysticism, tourism experts, entrepreneurs and university professors in the field of tourism management in Qom province constitute the statistical population of the current research, who were selected by judgmental sampling. To carry out the research in the first stage, through reviewing the background of the subject and interviewing experts, 18 factors affecting the performance evaluation of businesses active in spiritual tourism were extracted. Then, the extracted factors were evaluated and analyzed using the Binomial test, and then the remaining 9 factors were evaluated and analyzed using the DMATAL technique. Finally, five effective factors including trust and commitment in action, marketing in the tourism industry, environmental awareness with the empowerment of tourists, the ability of businesses to attract financial resources and the priority of the tourism industry for the government were prioritized using the CODAS technique. According to the results, the use of marketing tools in the tourism industry received the highest priority from the point of view of experts. Manuscript profile
