Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of innovation and self-efficacy of entrepreneurship in the effect of human capital on organizational performance (case study: Water and Sewerage Company of Tehran Province). The statistical population of this research is made up of the experts of water and sewage company of Tehran province, whose number is 480 people. In this research, Morgan's table is used to determine the sample size. The sample size is determined by using Morgan's table with a sample number of 214 people. The statistical sample is selected from the available method. The tool of this research is a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.830). Form and content validity were used to determine the validity of these tools. For data analysis, Lisrel software and structural equation model were used. The results of this research showed that the impact of human capital on innovation, organizational performance and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, as well as entrepreneurial self-efficacy on innovation and organizational performance and the impact of innovation on organizational performance are confirmed. Also, the results showed that innovation affects human capital. It has a mediating role on organizational performance as well as entrepreneurial self-efficacy in influencing human capital on organizational performance.
