Abstract :

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the improvement of supply chain capabilities and achieving organizational agility through the promotion of information technology capabilities in the industry. The method used in this research is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all the experts of the home appliance industry in Tehran. In this research, the researcher used morgan table to determine the sample size, which is equal to 56 people. The selection of samples was simple random sampling. The questionnaire of the current research is based on the questionnaire of Irfan et al. (2019) and the research hypotheses were checked using Smart Pls software and structural equation method. The results of this research showed that improving information technology capabilities and information technology infrastructure and information technology attractions has an effect on improving supply chain capabilities. Also improving the capabilities of information technology and information technology infrastructures and information technology attractions has an impact on achieving the organization's agility.
