The current research is applied and descriptive in terms of purpose. In terms of data collection, it is also considered field. The data collection tool in this research is a questionnaire that contains 21 questions to measure all research variables. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinions of professors and experts and factor analysis, and its reliability was checked and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the current research is the headquarters staff of Saipa Tehran. Using Cochran's formula, 140 people were examined as the final sample of the research. In order to test the hypotheses, the method of structural equation modeling has been used. Also, the research results were analyzed using SPSS and smatrpls software. The results of the hypothesis test showed that risk management has an effect on the organization's performance and intellectual capital. Intellectual capital also has an impact on the performance of the organization. The mediating role of intellectual capital was also confirmed regarding the impact of relationships. One of these emerging technologies is the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things, by affecting various parts of the supply chain management, increases efficiency and improves the performance of an organization. In this period of time, the automobile industry is forced to enter the fourth generation of the industry in order to achieve optimal productivity and production at the global level, and the gateway to Industry 4.0 is the Internet of Things. The purpose of this research is to identify the requirements of using the industrial Internet of Things in the supply chain of the automotive industry. In this regard, the current research has collected and analyzed data using a qualitative method and using the appearing approach (glazier) of classical Grounded Theory and interviews with automotive industry experts and academic experts in the years 2021-2022. Organizational, social (environmental), managerial, industrial, and economic (financial) factors were identified as requirements for using the Industrial Internet of Things in the supply chain of the automotive industry. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effective factors on agile digital marketing in Agricultural Bank in Razavi Khorasan province. This research is of a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative), based on the objective, applied, and in terms of data collection, it is a survey type. The statistical population of the research is twelve experts of Agricultural Bank of Khorasan Razavi province who have relevant experience and education in the field of providing digital services. The statistical sample was selected non-probably using the snowball method and the data was obtained in the qualitative and quantitative part of the research through semi-structured interviews with these people. In this study, in the qualitative section, 16 factors and 110 effective elements on agile digital marketing were identified. In the quantitative part, the results showed that the factor of effective communication with 8.312 has the highest centrality among the indicators, and the factor of speed has the most influence and the factor of effective communication has the most influence among the indicators. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study is the staff of Islamic Culture and Guidance Departments of East Azerbaijan Province, whose number is 240 people and the statistical sample size was estimated to be 140 people using Cochran's relation and was selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using SMART PLS3 and SPSS software and structural equation modeling. The results showed that moral atmosphere has a positive effect on organizational well-being and organizational trust and political intelligence. Also, the positive effect of organizational trust and political intelligence on organizational well-being was confirmed and it was concluded that at 95% confidence level, political intelligence and organizational trust mediate the effect of moral atmosphere on organizational well-being of Islamic Culture and Guidance Departments of East Azerbaijan Province. The current research is applied and from the methodological point of view, the correlation is causal type (post-event). The statistical population of the research is all the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, and using the systematic elimination sampling method, 124 companies were selected as the research sample and were investigated in the 10-year period between 2010 and 2019. The tool for collecting information was various sources, including theories, written texts, and articles on websites, and the data were analyzed using Eviuse 10 software. The results of the research hypotheses test showed that the experience, ability and influence of the CEO alone cannot be an effective factor to influence financing decisions which is also crystallized in the financial risk and its fluctuations, and capable managers with influence and power along with a Comprehensive risk management can have an acceptable effect on financial risk Manuscript profile
