Monitoring the mediating role of political intelligence and organizational trust in the impact of moral Atmosphere on organizational well-being

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to monitoring the mediating role of political intelligence and organizational trust in the impact of moral Atmosphere on organizational well-being in the departments of Islamic culture and guidance of East Azerbaijan province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study is the staff of Islamic Culture and Guidance Departments of East Azerbaijan Province, whose number is 240 people and the statistical sample size was estimated to be 140 people using Cochran's relation and was selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using SMART PLS3 and SPSS software and structural equation modeling. The results showed that moral atmosphere has a positive effect on organizational well-being and organizational trust and political intelligence. Also, the positive effect of organizational trust and political intelligence on organizational well-being was confirmed and it was concluded that at 95% confidence level, political intelligence and organizational trust mediate the effect of moral atmosphere on organizational well-being of Islamic Culture and Guidance Departments of East Azerbaijan Province.
