Abstract :
The increase in environmental changes and developments around organizations, the intensification of the competitive environment and the modernization of technologies have caused the need for flexibility and quick action and reaction to these changes to be considered as a very important necessity. The main purpose of this research is to know and determining the impact of integrated production system drivers on organizational performance in the food industry. This research is applied in terms of purpose and results, and in terms of the nature of the implementation, it is a descriptive survey that was carried out at a point in time. Based on the stratified random sampling method, 181 senior managers and experts in the industry have been selected and the data has been analyzed using the structural equation modeling method and software. The findings indicate that among the research hypotheses, the legal dimension, the environmental pressure dimension and the organizational dimension have had the greatest impact on organizational performance, respectively.
