  Today, the continuous production of new products and the rapid return of large investment costs have determined the efficiency of companies. Therefore, adopting product production strategies based on the platform and utilizing its capabilities will be very important. The present study aims to design and explain the model of technological platform capabilities in the cosmetics industry and prioritize the factors involved in this model. The present study is exploratory in nature; In terms of the purpose of applied research; In terms of data collection method, a descriptive survey is a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research based on the nature of the data. The statistical population of the study is university professors in the field of business and business as well as senior managers in the field of cosmetics. In this regard, based on expert interviews with experts and the application of data foundation theory, 16 main components and 71 categories in the field of technological platform capabilities in the cosmetics industry were identified. In the next step, the necessary validation was performed using the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) and it was found that all components of the research have sufficient validity. Finally, the criteria and sub-criteria were ranked using the BWM technique. Which shows that the axial dimension is the most important among the dimensions and also each of the research components and their sub-criteria were prioritized. Manuscript profile
