        AbstractA motivation for using fuzzy systems stems in part from the fact that they are particularly suitable for processes when the physical systems or qualitative criteria are too complex to model and they have provided an efficient and effective way in the control of complex uncertain nonlinear systems. To realize a fuzzy model-based design for chaotic systems, it is mostly preferred to represent them by T–S fuzzy models. In this paper, a new fuzzy modeling method has been introduced for chaotic systems via the interval type-2 Takagi–Sugeno (IT2 T–S) fuzzy model. An IT2 fuzzy model is proposed to represent a chaotic system subjected to parametric uncertainty, covered by the lower and upper membership functions of the interval type-2 fuzzy sets. Investigating many well-known chaotic systems, it is obvious that nonlinear terms have a single common variable or they depend only on one variable. If it is taken as the premise variable of fuzzy rules and another premise variable is defined subject to parametric uncertainties, a simple IT2 T–S fuzzy dynamical model can be obtained and will represent many well-known chaotic systems. This IT2 T–S fuzzy model can be used for physical application, chaotic synchronization, etc. The proposed approach is numerically applied to the well-known Lorenz system and Rossler system in MATLAB environment. تفاصيل المقالة

        A sensor node is composed of different parts including processing units, sensor, transmitter, receiver, and security unit. There are many nodes in a sensor unit. These networks can be used for military, industrial, medicine, environmental, house, and many other applications. These nodes may be established in the lands of enemies to monitor the relations. Hence, it is important to consider conservation of communications, declaration, and key removal. The locations of nodes are not usually defined in the networks. When a secure connection is required they can be used by symmetrical or asymmetrical encodings. A node can just make secure connection, if they are in same radio range or have a common key. In dynamic wireless sensor networks compared with static networks the sensors are moveable and can be added or removed. This research makes an attempt to investigate the challenges of key management for encoding. It also tries to solve other remained problems in this field. It seems that this model is more complete than other mobility models.After simulation, it was found out that not only considering nodes movement as being imprecise (fuzzy) has a positive effects on most of ad hoc network parameters, but also, more importantly as they are closer to the real world condition, they can have a more positive effect on the implementation of ad hoc network protocols. تفاصيل المقالة

Since an unstable control system is typically useless and potentially dangerous, stability is the most important requirement for any control system (including fuzzy control system). Conceptually, there are two types of stability for control systems: Lyapunov stability (a special case of which is exponential stability) and input-output stability. This paper develops fuzzy Lyapunov stability through investigating the concept of stability for finite-dimensional systems under uncertainty and provides some related theorems. Considering the capability of fuzzy differential systems for modeling uncertainty and processing vague or subjective information in mathematical models, exponential stability and Lyapunov stability of fuzzy differential systems are presented. This research first deals with the evaluation of 8 various models to forecasting volatility of stock index using daily data of Tehran stock exchange. The used models include simple ones such as random walk as well as more complex models like Arch and Garch group. Forecasting volatility index method is developed in this paper. This method is based a random walk using a fuzzy logic approach. This method is used to fore-casting volatility of Iran stock exchange index. Due to the fact that the electro-hydraulic system is inherently a nonlinear system, has some problems such as signals saturation, nonlinear efficiency, uncertainties caused by the compressibility, internal and external leakages, dead band of the flow around the zero point and the adhesion and friction. In this paper fault detection issue in an electro-hydraulic system based on the type-2 fuzzy system has been considered. One of the most important theories proposed for the identification and control of the nonlinear systems is the fuzzy systems theory. Therefore, in this study due to the nonlinearity of the electro-hydraulic system, the use of type-2 fuzzy system of fuzzy systems theory is proposed. Type-2 fuzzy systems has a better performance capability than type-1 fuzzy systems. In this paper residual signal generation method has been used for fault detection. Using type-2 fuzzy theory the upper and lower bounds are estimated for the output, and in case of deviating the output graph of the system under control from this estimated band, the occurrence of fault can be detected.         This paper presents a multi-objective daily voltage and reactive (Volt/VAr) control in radial distribution systems including distributed generation (DG) units. The main purpose is to determine optimum dispatch schedules for on-load tap changer (OLTC) settings at substations, substation switched capacitors and feeder-switched capacitors based on the day-ahead load forecast. The objectives are selected to minimize the voltage deviation on the secondary bus of the main transformer, total electrical energy losses, the reactive power flow through the OLTC and voltage fluctuations in distribution systems, for the next day. Since the objectives are not the same, a fuzzy system is used to calculate the best solution. In order to simplify the control actions for OLTC at substations, a time-interval based control strategy is used for decomposition a daily load forecast into several sequential load levels. A binary ant colony optimization (BACO) method is used to solve the daily voltage and reactive control which is a non-linear mixed-integer problem. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, the Volt/VAr control is performed in IEEE 33-bus and 69-bus distribution systems and its performance is compared with genetic algorithm and hybrid binary genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithms. Simulation results show the BACO algorithm has better outperforms than other algorithms. تفاصيل المقالة

        Fuzzy clustering methods are conveniently employed in constructing a fuzzy model of a system, but they need to tune some parameters. In this research, FCM is chosen for fuzzy clustering. Parameters such as the number of clusters and the value of fuzzifier significantly influence the extent of generalization of the fuzzy model. These two parameters require tuning to reduce the overfitting in the fuzzy model. Two new cost functions are developed to set the parameters of FCM algorithm properly and the two evolutionary optimization algorithms, i.e. the multi-objective simulated annealing and the multi-objective imperialist competitive algorithm, are employed to optimize the parameters of FCM according to the proposed cost functions.         This work presents an approach to taxi demand forecasting and classification. The proposed approach uses historical data from taxi rides and meteorological data. The Kruskal-Wallis variable ranking method is used to identify the most relevant variables. The selected variables are used as input to an evolving fuzzy system to perform the prediction. Once the forecast is made, the demand results are classified by value ranges. Those ranges are also identified by colors that compose a heatmap, displayed at each time interval. In this work, to perform the prediction, four evolving systems are evaluated: Autonomous Learning Multi-Model (ALMMo); evolving Multivariable Gaussian Fuzzy Modeling System (eMG); evolving Fuzzy with Multivariable Gaussian Participatory Learning and Recursive Maximum Correntropy eFCE and; evolving Neo-Fuzzy Neuron (eNFN). Computational experiments were carried out to evaluate the evolving systems in predicting Pick-Up and Drop-Off, at intervals of 15 and 30 minutes, for 86 zones in New York, covering the period from 01/01/2018 to 31/ 10/2018. The results obtained by the evolving systems are compared with each other and state of the art. Among the evolving models, ALMMo presented the best results compared to the state of the art and other evolving models. Performance obtained by the evolving models suggests that the proposed approach is promising an alternative to forecasting and classifying passenger demand. تفاصيل المقالة

        Fuzzy modeling is a relatively new system modeling method with a proven efficiency record in various fields. Although zero- and first-order fuzzy systems are common due to their simplicity, their linear structure faces challenges when modeling nonlinear systems with state-variable interaction. These challenges include an increase in the number of rules and the inability to stabilize highly nonlinear systems. One solution is to use high-order fuzzy systems, which have a nonlinear structure and can represent model input interactions. In previous research, high-order fuzzy modeling has been investigated for static and nonlinear systems based on data, but such modeling has not been applied to dynamic systems with nonlinear nature which is a model of industrial processes. The present paper proposes a novel fuzzy structure inspired by the Taylor series expansion for dynamic systems with nonlinear state-space equations. This structure has a high degree of freedom in modeling complex nonlinear processes and can be adapted to the state-space equations of the system. The main novelty of this method is the conversion of a nonlinear high-order fuzzy structure into a set of first-order fuzzy structures. Another advantage is the ability to calculate the coefficients of the high-order fuzzy system from the Taylor series coefficients of the dynamic system’s model. Fuzzy systems have made various applications possible in the field of approximation. The present paper also proves the approximation ability and convergence of the proposed structure and determines its convergence criteria. تفاصيل المقالة

        سیستم مکانیاب GPS در صورت قرار گرفتن در شرایط مناسب محیطی (مشاهده حداقل چهار ماهواره GPS با توان سیگنال دریافتی کافی)، قادر است نقاط مکانی را با دقت بالا و به طور پیوسته تولید نماید. با این حال، اغلب در مناطق شهری مانند خیابان‌های با ساختمان و درخت‌های بلند، به دلیل کاهش توان سیگنال و چند مسیره شدن آن، نتیجه مکان تخمین زده شده توسط GPS، همواره دارای خطا است. همچنین، درزیرگذرها و تونل‌ها، سیگنال دریافتی از GPS به علت کافی نبودن تعداد ماهواره‌های در دید گیرنده GPS، سیگنال GPS قابل اطمینان نمی‌باشد. سیستم مکانیاب ABS از حسگرهای نوری نصب شده بر روی چرخ‌های خودرو تشکیل شده است که می‌تواند به طور پیوسته اطلاعات مکانی خودرو را با دقت مناسبی برای فاصله‌های زمانی کوتاه تولید نماید. در این مقاله، سیستم مکانیابی ترکیبی ABS/GPS معرفی شده است. در سیستم پیشنهادی از الگوریتم جدیدی مبتنی بر منطق فازی برای تشخیص وضعیت سیگنال GPS استفاده شده است. این الگوریتم، بر اساس اطلاعات به دست آمده از سیگنال GPS و وضعیت دینامیکی خودرو، سیگنال GPS را به سه حالت "اعتبار GPS"، "عدم اعتبار GPS" و ایست کامل" دسته بندی می‌نماید. سپس سیستم ترکیبی بر اساس دسته‌بندی انجام شده، یکی از سیستم‌های مکانیابی GPS و ABS را به نحو موثری انتخاب می‌نماید. نتایج به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار MATLAB نشان دهنده‌ی بهبود قابل ملاحظه‌ای در دقت نقاط مکانی سیستم پیشنهادی نسبت به سیستم‌های ترکیبی متداول مبتنی بر روش‌های کلاسیک و سیستم GPS است. تفاصيل المقالة

In traditional traffic control systems, the traffic lights of crossings change in a fixed time period that is not optimal. On the other hand, most proposed systems are sufficiently capable of coping with the uncertainties of traffic flow. To solve this problem, there is a need to develop expert systems that can manage the traffic flow of intersections in terms of its actual conditions in a normal and emergency situation. This paper introduces an optimal dynamic and smart eight-phase traffic light control system using fuzzy controllers in which the capability of fuzzy systems with human-like decision-making process is exploited. This algorithm reduces the waiting time of the vehicles in intersection queues and in traffic congestion by the strategy of optimal green light durations and dynamic phasing based on the lanes with heavier traffic and the critical conditions like the entrance of emergency vehicles into the intersection. At the same time, it keeps the simplicity and avoids computational complexity. This method is simulated for an isolated intersection based on the traffic feature and the random data input rate to determine the dynamic timing of the traffic light and optimal phases with the smart fuzzy method using MATLAB Software Package (Matlab, 2013). This approach assessed the proposed method of intersection traffic control in terms of efficiency and traffic density against the constant-timing system and four-phase system proposed by some researchers. Trust is a main criterion to choose the proper web service as web services selection is a main issue which is still absorbing researchers to conduct research works on this field and analyze it. Due to the significant of this problem, neuro-fuzzy system is used to optimize the trust of single web services. Eight factors such as QoS, user preferences, subjective perspectives, objective perspectives, credibility of raters, bootstrapping, dynamic computing of trust and independency are considered in the considered neuro-fuzzy system. To achieve a trust optimization, 8 membership function various neuro-fuzzy systems are considered in this paper. Ultimately, the obtained results illustrates that the root mean square error, the precision amount, the recall amount and the F score amount of the neuro-fuzzy system is: 0.0873 %, 0.986, 0.988 and 0.987. تفاصيل المقالة

The use of data fusion methods in data mining techniques is one of the most practical methods to improve accuracy, which also has many applications in the field of medical image processing. Correct and efficient diagnosis of liver abnormalities leads to a significant reduction in human error and a more accurate diagnosis by physicians. This requires the use of methods based on automatic and semi-automatic detection. Combining clustering methods and considering cluster uncertainty is an appropriate tool in solving clustering problems in medical image processing, especially cancer diagnosis.         This paper describes an advantageous method for using the capacitor banks in the distribution network, optimally. The aim is to determine the count, location and capacitor values in order to minimize the annual cost resulting from energy losses and capacitor bank’s installation cost. Besides, in the case of having nonlinear loads in the network, by installing capacitors in appropriate locations, the possibility of occurring a resonance at harmonic frequencies originating from nonlinear loads, could be reduced. Therefore, in capacitor placement, power quality constraints, including the maximum harmonic deviation value, are taken into account. The case study is a nonlinear problem that a new algorithm based on the gravitational optimal detector and fuzzy system has been used to solve it. In comparison with other intelligent search methods, the proposed algorithm has appropriate precision and convergence rate. The proposed method has been performed on a 69-buss network and a part of the distribution network of city YAZD, and the results confirmed the performance and efficiency of the proposed algorithm. تفاصيل المقالة

        In this article different types of artificial neural networks (ANN) were used for CNTFET (carbon nanotube transistors) simulation. CNTFET is one of the most likely alternatives to silicon transistors due to its excellent electronic properties. In determining the accurate output drain current of CNTFET, time lapsed and accuracy of different simulation methods were compared. The training data for ANNs were obtained by numerical ballistic FETToy model which is not directly applicable in circuit simulators like HSPICE. The ANN models were simulated in MATLAB R2010a software. In order to achieve more effective and consistent features, the UTA method was used and the overall performance of the models was tested in MATLAB. Finally the fast and accurate structure was introduced as a sub circuit for implementation in HSPICE simulator and then the implemented model was used to simulate a current source and an inverter circuit. Results indicate that the proposed ANN model is suitable for nanoscale circuits to be used in simulators like HSPICE. تفاصيل المقالة

        تصمیمگیری در خصوص اعطای تسهیلات مالی در هر بنگاه اقتصادی مستلزم تحلیل اطلاعات است تا با استفاده از شاخص‌های اعتباری بتوان الگوی مناسبی را جهت اعتبارسنجی مشتریان ارائه کرد. بسیاری از این الگوها کلاسیک بوده و به طور کامل و بهینه به اعتبارسنجی نمی‌پردازند باتوجه به شرایط پیچیده رقابت روزافزون بازارهای کنونی، نیازبه طراحی الگوی جدیدی برای اعتبارسنجی است تا علاوه بر در نظر گرفتن شاخص‌های اعتبارسنجی، منجربه کاهش ریسک‌های اعتباری شود. رویکردهای فازی چنین امکانی را برای اعتباردهندگان فراهم می آورند. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی سیستمی جدید جهت اعتبارسنجی مشتریان بانکی بر مبنای قوانین فازی سلسله مراتبی است. شاخص‌های اعتبارسنجی بر اساس ادبیات تحقیق در نظر گرفته شد و قوانین فازی نیز براساس نظرات خبرگان جمع آوری و مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت . درنهایت مدل نهایی اعتبارسنجی مشتریان بر اساس قواعد فازی سلسله مراتبی طراحی و در یکی از بانک‌های خصوصی در سطح استان گیلان پیاده سازی شد. نتایج نشان داد که، چنانچه در تحلیل وضعیت اعتباری مشتریان، حداقل شرایط پیشنهادی در مدل ارائه شده رعایت گردد، مشتری از وضعیت اعتباری متوسطی برخوردار خواهد‌بود و ریسک اعتباری ناشی از عدم بازپرداخت تسهیلات تا حد امکان، کاهش خواهد یافت. تفاصيل المقالة

        با توجه به اینکه عملکرد کارآفرینی سازمانی درکسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط با شرایط محیطی مختلفی روبرو می¬باشند، پس نمی¬توان از یک رویـکرد ارزیابی عملکرد یکسانی استفاده نمود. مساله اصلی در این پژوهش این می باشد؛ چه متغیرهایی در ارزیابی عملکرد کارافرینی سازمانی در کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط موثر می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی می باشد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه می باشد. در این پژوهش 30 متغیر اولیه موثر در ارزیابی عملکرد کارافرینی سازمانی انتخاب و با بهره گیری گروه خبرگان صنعت با استفاده از روش های کمی و کیفی ، متغیرهای نهایی انتخاب گردید. نتایج نشان می دهد ؛ متغیرهای نهایی شامل توسعه محصولات جدید، اشتغال زایی ، خلق بازار جدید ، سطح درآمدی ، سهم بازار می باشد. خلق بازار جدید بیشترین تاثیر را در ارزیابی عملکرد کارآفرینی سازمانی داشت . یکی از مهمترین خروجی های کارآفرینی سازمانی خلق بازار جدید مبتنی بر توسعه محصولات جدید می باشد که همواره با ریسک ها و موانع مختلفی از سمت بازار مواجه خواهد بود. تفاصيل المقالة
