Journal of Language, Culture, and Translation (LCT) disseminates open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed studies of languages, cultures, and translation both applied and theoretical from various perspectives. Areas of concern include but are not limited to teaching /learning languages, language acquisition, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, syntax, pragmatics, semantics, discourse analysis, critical discourse analysis, cross-cultural/intercultural communication, cognitive linguistics, conversational analysis, linguistic anthropology/ethnography, narrative studies, gesture/ sign/ visual forms of communication, language ideology, and translation studies. Interdisciplinary studies are welcome to the extent that they have the same perspective.
This is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the DOAJ definition of open access.
