        محدودیت منابع یک واقعیت غیر قابل انکار است که بسیاری از سازمان‌ها (نظیر سازمان‌های رسانه‌ای) با آن در ارتباط هستند؛ از این رو، بهبود بهره‌وری منابع این سازمان‌ها نیز یکی از مهم‌ترین نگرانی‌های مدیران است. در نتیجه، یک مدیر باید عملکرد سازمان خود را پیوسته ارزیابی کند. در این مقاله، قصد داریم میزان پیشرفت و پسرفت روزنامه‌های چاپی ایران را بین سال‌های (1394) و (1395) ارزیابی کنیم. این مطالعه، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و از شاخص بهره‌وری مالم‌کوئیست که یک رویکرد بسیار مفید در تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها برای اندازه‌گیری میزان پیشرفت و پسرفت واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده‌ی تحت ارزیابی است، استفاده کرده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار گمز که یک سیستم مدل‌سازی قوی برای برنامه‌نویسی ریاضی و بهینه‌سازی است، استفاده شده است. پس از مرور ادبیات ارزیابی عملکرد و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه‌ی مدیریت رسانه و همچنین، کارشناسان معاونت مطبوعاتی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، شاخص‌های مورد نیاز شناسایی و انتخاب شده است. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه‌ی شاخص‌های درون سازمانی در دو سال متوالی (1394) و (1395) نشان می‌دهد از 87 واحد تصمیم‌گیرنده‌ی تحت ارزیابی، 29 واحد پیشرفت و 58 واحد پسرفت داشته‌اند. به منظور بهبود واحدهایی که پسرفت داشته‌اند، استراتژی مناسب پیشنهاد شده است. پرونده مقاله

        در سال­های اخیر اندازه­ گیری و انالیز تغییرات بهره­ وری مورد توجه ویژه بسیاری از محققیین بوده است. اگرچه اندیس بهره­ وری مالمکوئیست امروزه بسیار مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرد بایستی انواع مختلف داده ­ها هم در ارزیابی استفاده شود در غیر این صورت ارزیابی به نتایج غلط منجر می­شود. اندیس بهره ­وری مالمکوئیست کاربردی که در این مقاله معرفی می­شود بر­اساس ارزیابی واحد­ها در فضای رقابتی همراه با اندیس­های پنهان اقتصادی مانند ارزش زمانی پول، استهلاک و رشد و یادگیری کارکنان می­باشد. مدل پیشنهاد شده امکان مقایسه بهره­ وری را در طی دوره های مختلف فراهم می­سازد. مدل­های معرفی شده در این مقاله بسیار قابل لمس برای مدیران واحد­های تصمیم گیرنده می­باشند و شرایط مطلوبی را ارئه می­کنند که نبود آن ممکن است به نتایج غلطی منجر شود.    پرونده مقاله

        ارزیابی عملکرد همواره از مسائل چالش برانگیز در حوزه های مدیریت بوده است. اندازه­گیری کارایی خصوصاً در دودهه اخیر، به دلیل اهمیت آن در ارزیابی عملکرد مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است. امروزه سازمان­ها سعی می­کنند عملکردشان را اندازه­گیری کرده و آن را با رقبایشان مقایسه نمایند تا بتوانند جهت حصول به سطح عملکردی که بتواند آن ها را در بازار حفظ نماید، اقدام مقتضی را انجام دهند.  بانک­ها و موسسات مالی و اعتباری یکی از مهم­ترین بخش های اقتصادی به شمار می­آیند که با هدایت و سازماندهی دریافت­ها و پرداخت­ها مبادلات تجاری و بازرگانی را تحصیل کرده و موجب گسترش بازارها و رشد و شکوفایی اقتصادی می­گردند. با توجه به این وظیفه سنگین، موضوع افزایش بهره­وری آنها امری ضروری است. تحلیل پوششی داده یک تکنیک ناپارامتریک با رویکرد برنامه­ریزی خطی برای ارزیابی عملکرد واحدهای تصمیم گیرنده­ای است که ورودی های چند گانه را به خروجی­های چند گانه تبدیل می­نماید. مقاله ­ی حاضر، به بررسى بدهى معوق مشتریان و تا ثیر آن به روى کارایى40 شعبه یکی از بانک­هاى کشور با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششى داده­ها و تحلیل­هاى آمارى مى­پردازد. بعلاوه قلمر زمانی تحقیق انجام شده سال­های 1392 و 1393 می­باشد. پرونده مقاله

        The present study used different categories of organized sector manufacturing industries pooled data for the periods of 1981-82 and 2007-08 in Haryana state (India). The present undertaking seeks to analyze the inter-temporal and inter-industry comparison of total factor productivity (TFP) measured by Malmquist productivity index - an application of DEA which calculates the indices of TFP and its components including technology and efficiency changes. The general development pattern observed by the Haryana is definitely not a healthy sign of structural change in the economy. The analysis of the discussion reflects that while the tertiary sectors have maintained its lion’s share inGDPof India and Haryana as well, the declining trend in the share of primary sector and more or less stable contribution of the secondary sector is noticeable. The study reveals that technical efficiency change is the key driver of TFPG in the manufacturing sector of Haryana during pre reforms period, however, the picture has turned around during the post reforms period. A positive impact of liberalization policy on technological advancement of the manufacturing sector of the state has been experienced. The post reforms period the state has shown the inefficiency in the utilization of resources in hand as an alarming sign indicating the incapability of manufacturing sector of the state in question in dealing with the level of technological advancements. پرونده مقاله

Virtually any empirical study that uses MPI, reports average of the productivity indices they estimate to represent the overall tendency in productivity changes. In such a case, productivity indices of a DMU are considered with equal value. In this paper, we propose using the entropy of productivity indices of all DMUs at a specific part of time as the weight of indices of that in aggregating the indices during the under study time section.         The purposed-the main purpose of this study is to look at the development of efficiency and productivity in the military hospital sector of Tehran province, by applying a nonparametric method. Design/methodology/approach- The study applied the nonparametric method to assess the efficiency of military hospitals service in Iran, Tehran, over the period 2013-2016. Utilizing non-parametric methodology, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist productivity index (MPI), individual hospital efficiency and productivity changes which took place within this period are estimated. Practical implications- the present study helps to understand the productivity and technological change and change in technical efficiency in this area, which is essential for policy making identifying improvement opportunities in resource allocation. The difference in productivity in this study is attributed to technological change rather than technical efficiency change. It was observed that military hospitals did not improve the efficiency with which they employed their inputs (i.e., staff and supplies) over the study period; moreover, the Malmquist Index Productivity increases and decreases interchangeably over the period. They did achieve gains and losses through the application of technologies. These results should be both informative and reassuring to military leaders and citizen alike. Originality/value- This paper provides a thorough study on the productivity growth of health care service in military hospitals in Iran using a non-parametric framework with Malmquist Productivity Index. Using panel data, this paper uses the Malmquist Productivity Index with Data Envelopment Analysis that provides new empirical evidence on the long-term trends in the efficiency of military hospitals in Iran. پرونده مقاله

Also, they suppose that all inputs and outputs are positive real numbers. But in the real world, due to the existence of uncertainty, this assumption may not always be true. So, the DEA models with fuzzy data (FDEA models) can more realistically represent real-world problems than the conventional DEA models. In this paper, we assume all inputs, outputs and efficiency measures are triangular fuzzy numbers.         The integration of data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach and Malmquist productivity index (MPI) is one of the popular and powerful techniques in order to calculate of changes in productivity of homogeneous decision making units (DMUs) over different time periods. In this paper, an extended Malmquist productivity index will be presented that is capable to be employed in the presence of fuzzy data and linguistic variables. It should be noted that possibilistic programming (PP) as well as chance-constrained programming (CCP) approaches are applied to handle data ambiguity. The implementation of the proposed fuzzy Malmquist productivity index (FMPI) is illustrated by a numerical example under triangular fuzzy data. Finally, the results show the applicability and efficacy of the extended MPI to calculate the changes of productivity of DMUs under fuzzy environment. پرونده مقاله

This industry in Iran, however, despite of profuse benefits such as high-value mines, faces many challenges. Problems such as exploitation of the production require the need for doing research into this area. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the Eco-efficiency in Iran's 22 local cement companies over 2012-2016. This paper develops a Charnes, Cooper & Rhodes input oriented (CCRIO) Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach for measuring the efficiency of decision processes which can be separated into two stages. The first stage uses its specific inputs to produce outputs, which part of them are consequently considered as the inputs of the second stage. The first stage is considered as the production stage and the second stage as the pollution control stage. A novel converting two-stage to one stage model is proposed to obtain the Eco-efficiency. Consequently, Malmquist productivity index (MPI) is computed to assess productivity. Although DEA is a respected method for evaluating, it fails to extract unknown information.         Performance measurement is always one of the most important tasks of managers, so knowledge management is measurement knowledge, and if we can measure something, we can no doubt control it, and therefore we cannot manage it. In this paper, according to the Malmquist productivity index, an index is used to determine the progress and regress of a unit. This index is defined by the boundary changes resulting from the inputs of the units and their efficiency changes, which we call the Malmquist Productivity Index. After calculating the Malmquist changes, we were able to determine the rate of increase or decrease in the indicators for the following period. پرونده مقاله

        The aim of this paper is to assess the impact of information technology (IT) on the productivity and efficiency of manufacturing industries in Iran. So, the data will be collected from 23 Iranian manufacturing industries during “2002–2006” and the methods such as DEA and panel data used to study the subject. Results obtained by the above two methods represent that IT has a positive and statistically significant effect on the productivity of manufacturing industries. It will be more in high IT-intensive industries than the other industries.         The current paper develops three different ways to measure the multi-period global cost efficiency for homogeneous networks of processes when the prices of exogenous inputs are known at all time periods. A multi-period network data envelopment analysis model is presented to measure the minimum cost of the network system based on the global production possibility set. We show that there is a relationship between the multi-period global cost efficiency of network system and its subsystems, and also its processes. The proposed model is applied to compute the global cost Malmquist productivity index for measuring the productivity changes of network system and each of its process between two time periods. This index is circular. Furthermore, we show that the productivity changes of network system can be defined as a weighted average of the process productivity changes. Finally, a numerical example will be presented to illustrate the proposed approach. پرونده مقاله
