        The present study, which was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the leadership of the same-mindedness and organizational jealousy and organizational hypocrisy among the employees of the General Department of Education of Boushehr province, was one of the correlational studies. The statistical population of the present study was 408 employees of the General Department of Education of Boushehr province, 198 of whom were selected through simple random sampling. The tools of data collection in this research were the leadership questionnaires of Homanova Wagner (2010), organizational jealousy of Valizadeh and Azarbaijan (2009) and organizational hypocrisy of Hadoinejad and Ebadi (2014). Data were analyzed using Smart PLS software. The findings showed that there is a relationship between congruent leadership and organizational jealousy and each of its components, i.e. cognitive jealousy, emotional jealousy and behavioral jealousy of employees, in the sense that the greater the congruence among managers, cognitive jealousy, emotional jealousy And the behavioral jealousy of employees decreases. Also, there is a relationship between congruent leadership and organizational hypocrisy among employees, in the sense that the greater the congruence among managers, the less organizational hypocrisy among employees. The general conclusion of the research showed that by strengthening and implementing the same leadership in the General Department of Education of Boushehr province, it is possible to help improve the organizational jealousy and organizational hypocrisy of the employees.         Islamic human resource management is one of the most important organizational areas that has an impact on organizational performance, and with proper focus and optimal use of this important, a balance between stability and change can be created; On the other hand, attention to the concept of dualism is growing. As a result, in the current research, the department of human resources management in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been considered as the most efficient department for the realization of organizational dualism, and in this research, the model of organizational duality has been presented based on the tasks of Islamic human resource management in Naja. In order to collect the data, the opinions of the experts and experts of Naja were used by using a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire. Excel software was used for theme analysis and SPS software was used for exploratory factor analysis. Using theme analysis, 120 core codes were identified in 8 selective code categories (planning, performance evaluation, requirements, Islamic work relations, retention, power of influence, recruitment based on Islamic criteria and Islamic education).         Knowledgebased economy is one of the global megatrends related to higher education, where knowledge is the most fundamental source of value or wealth production and learning is its most important process.Rapid changes in knowledge technology and the emergence of new requirements have transformed the demand for education. A variety of educational models are formed in different academic generations to respond to these demands and changes. This research has been done with the aim of identifying the determining components of university education based on knowledge-based economy and providing a suitable model.The current research was conducted with a mixed method in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature.In this article, the results of the qualitative part of the research are presented in both library and field sections.In this regard, in an analytical way and through the background of the research, various theories of tertiary education and knowledge-based economy have been investigated and in the field part by purposeful sampling through semi-structured interviews of 15 experts including The professors and research managers of Azad University of Tehran and Alborz provinces, consisting of 9 main response questions, using Nvivo software with theme analysis method, the collected data were analyzed, and finally, the research model was created by the researcher after identifying and extracting the minimum ten main and effective components as background factors and drivers each with five components in three general categories of background factors;Driving factors and outputs and consequences of tertiary education based on knowledge-based economy were designed and presented.         The purpose ofthis research is toinvestigate the indirect relationships of regional sustainable development variables, cooperation and social capacity.In this research, the Analytical Hierarchy(AHP)method has been used.Because this method isbased onthe opinions of experts;Inthe sample selection process ofthis study, the opinions of 32experts and university administrators were used to analyze the information andcomplete the questionnaire.Inorder todetermine thecriteria andsub-criteria affecting the relationships between the variables of regional sustainable development, cooperation andsocial capacity, first a series ofprimary criteria have been identified based on library research and then finalized through interviews with experts inthis field. These criteria are classified into10 main criteria and 32 sub-criteria.In this study, the tool proposed by Mr. Thomas L.Saati was used for judging in AHP and for building hierarchical tree from Super decision software. The results indicate that the roles of cooperative directly and indirectly affect the social capacity.The findings showed that the participation ability factor in the social capacity criteria, the external factors index in the cooperation role criteria, and the social justice criterion in the regional sustainable development criteria are in the first place of effectiveness.Ifso, social capacity has a positive and meaningful relationship withregional sustainable development, which indicates a positive and meaningful relationship between the dimensions ofregional sustainable development and cooperation.Therefore, it is suggested; The grounds for creating a cooperative culture to facilitate cooperative activities should be provided.Also,the conditions forthe dynamism and proper efficiency ofcooperatives in orderto increase capital through consultation with members, proper trust building between members and institutionalization of cooperative activities should be done.         Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human resource accounting on the financial efficiency of the organization in the context of small and medium enterprises in the special region of Assalouye.Methods: The descriptive-survey research method is of applied type and it was done by SPSS software version 20 and the validity and reliability of the data was done using Cronbach's alpha test. The research data was collected cross-sectionally and in the year 2022, through a questionnaire. Human resource accounting, human efficiency, profitability, return on assets, return on equity are among the variables of this research.         This research was conducted with the aim of comparing research leadership indicators in the thesis guidance process in selected universities of Islamic Azad University. In fact, in the meta-analysis method, in the qualitative part of the statistical community, there were published articles on the topic under discussion, and first 160 articles were searched and categorized in this field. After the review, 50 domestic and foreign articles between 2011 and 2019 (2012 to 2020) were subjected to a content study using the phishing tool, then the components related to each of the dimensions were categorized. The statistical population of the quantitative part consists of 35 university faculty members, whose expertise criterion was the experience of guiding at least 10 academic theses, a questionnaire with 69 questions was prepared and provided to the experts through the Delphi technique. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.78% and the validity of the content under the supervision of the scientific committee. In the next step, the questionnaire designed for the statistical population of the Islamic Azad University with 5200 faculty members was sent based on Cochran's formula. There were 350 people. It was processed using Kendall's correlation coefficient test and SPSS software. The data was processed using ANOVA test. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of deductive content analysis method.
