Abstract :
Effective human resources Managment is vital for the success of any organization. Many of human resource management issues are rooted in religion, and the effects of religion on human resource practices are very important. Given the comprehensive view of Islam on all aspects of human life, the purpose of the study is comparative comparison of human resource management from the perspective of Quranic sciences and hadith and contemporary management theories. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of deductive content analysis method. The statistical population of the research includes resources related to human resource management from the perspective of Quranic sciences and hadith and contemporary theorists which have been studied based on purposeful sampling method and critical study. The results show that despite the similarity of the framework and functions of human resource management from the perspective of Quranic and Hadith sciences with contemporary management theories, but structurally, fundamentally and behaviorally there are fundamental differences and the need to pay attention to value and normative backgrounds to development and implementation human resource management strategies
