        The aim of the current research was to provide a model of factors influencing the acceptance and effectiveness of the Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) system in the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-quantitative in terms of research type. The statistical population of this research included all the employees and managers of the Human Resources Unit of the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad in the academic year of 2019-2020, and 280 people were selected as the research sample by random sampling method. The method of collecting information in this research was library sources and a researcher-made questionnaire. For the validity of the instrument in terms of face validity and for reliability with Cronbach's alpha test, a value of 91% was obtained. In this research, Mir-Olkin and Bartlett adequacy test and structural equations were used for data analysis, and SPSS and Amos software were used in all statistical analyzes of this research. The results of the research showed that technological, organizational, behavioral and environmental factors have an effect on the acceptance and effectiveness of the Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) system in Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch. Also, among the behavioral factors, the highest importance is related to the indicators of "top management support" and "creating a common vision between human resources (HR) and information systems (IS) managers" and among the organizational factors, the highest importance is related to the indicators to the indicators of "clarity of planning and goals of electronic human resources management" and "financial resources" and among the technological factors the highest importance is respectively related to the indicators of "language standardization" and "IT infrastructure" and among the factors The environment is of the highest importance related to the "economic development of the country".         The purpose of the present study was to design a curriculum model of "Renewable Energy Management" with a nurturing approach for the first year of elementary school. In order to conduct this research, a qualitative approach has been used, and two parts of curriculum design and screening have been considered. In order to answer the research questions, first of all, we studied the theoretical sources, the subject literature and analyzed the content of these sources, and then the desired curriculum model was designed. In the next step, the researcher-made Delphi technique questionnaire was used to screen and obtain the opinion of curriculum planning experts, renewable energy experts and primary school sample teachers, and then by performing a statistical analysis, the model was designed from the perspective of experts and teachers. became. The results of this research indicate that all the elements considered for the renewable energy management course curriculum are very appropriate and important, and according to the value of Kendall's coefficients and ending the The Delphi rounds of the dimensions and indicators of the presented model were approved in terms of suitability and importance of this curriculum.         The current research has been conducted with the aim of designing and evaluating the model of professional ethics of principals of the first secondary schools of Fars province. The method of this research was carried out by adopting a mixed approach and using a sequential exploratory method of the instrument-making type. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part included all principals of the first secondary schools in Fars province. Among them, 17 people were selected by purposive sampling and using the theoretical saturation method.In the quantitative part of the research, the statistical population of the research included 1020 principals of first secondary schools in Fars province, of which 302 were selected as the sample size, based on Morgan's table, using stratified random sampling. In the qualitative part of the research, the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part of the research, the questionnaire of the components of the professional ethics of managers was used in the quantitative part of the research to evaluate the principals of the first year of high school in Fars province. The reliability of the questionnaire is 99/ through Cronbach's alpha. The findings were obtained based on the network of themes of the components of professional ethics of the principals of the first secondary schools of Fars province, in the qualitative section including 4 inclusive themes including individual-personality factors, professional competences, organizational factors and environmental factors and 14 organizing themes including They were value, attitude, disciplinary, technical knowledge, responsibility, empathy, interpersonal relations, managerial-strategic, managerial-specialized, managerial-operational, managerial-communicative, political-legal, social-cultural, and information technology.         This research seeks to achieve a correct analysis with the observation and experience of the author's body to understand the gender difference in elementary school students' behavior and perception of the concept of home and family in their drawings. In order to see how the child understands the existence of himself and his family inside the home. Therefore, like a native among the natives, the author tried to be present among the primary school students and in addition, he examined their behavior. The gender differentiation of their perception while drawing children's drawings has been explored. In this study, the statistical population was 172 children in elementary school, 86 boys and 86 girls. The data has been presented and analyzed with ethnographic narratives in the form of field note-comment anthology units, and then by analyzing the content of the students' paintings, we identified the parameters of their gender perception and the level of accuracy in drawing each gender. We analyzed the parameters. The results are in accordance with the previous studies on the gender difference in perception and show that children have a correct understanding of size, age, proportions and facts, and girls, unlike boys, pay attention to the beauty of appearance, details of clothes, and boys are more realistic in their drawings.         The aim of the present study is to validate the model of the antecedents of the development of professional ethics with the approach of empowering nurses in Behbahan city.. In terms of its purpose, this research is an applied research, and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive and survey-type study. The statistical population of this research includes all student nurses of Ahvaz medical sciences universities, which according to the information obtained are about 470 people and the sample includes 212 people.The research tool was a well-made questionnaire that was categorized into 6 subscales of education factors, management style, culture, moral intelligence, spiritual values ​​and psychological characteristics. The questionnaire was prepared based on a 5-point Likert scale. For formal and content validity, the opinions of several professors were used. Also, the construct validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS and AMOS version 23 software were used in the research data analysis process.The findings showed that the exploratory factor analysis, which was conducted using the principal components method and Varimax rotation, indicated that a six-factor structure is a suitable method for describing the to validate the model of the antecedents of the development of professional ethics with the approach of empowering nurses in Behbahan city.. Together, these six factors explain 70.85% of the variance of the scale. Also, among the components of the model of the antecedents of the development of professional ethics management, there is a correlation with the approach of empowering nurses in Behbahan city, the highest correlation is related to education and moral intelligence with a coefficient of 0.748 and the lowest correlation is between spiritual values ​​and psychological characteristics with a coefficient of 0.587.         Education is the main basis for creating economic power in the knowledge-based economy. Meeting educational needs requires pursuing multiple forms of knowledge acquisition. Economics helps to predict the manpower needed by different social sectors, and education is effective in the quality of the population and their acquisition abilities. According to the type and quality of the content of education and research and its amount, it is effective in the speed of transforming the resource-oriented economy into an efficiency-oriented economy and finally into a knowledge-based economy as well as economic growth. The current research was conducted in terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive method and in terms of data collection. In this regard, the background of academic education and knowledge-based economy was investigated in an analytical way, and in the field part, a purposeful sampling method was used through a semi-structured interview of 15 experts, including professors and research managers of Azad of Tehran and Alborz, the collected data were analyzed by theme analysis method with Nvivo software after identifying and extracting at least ten main and effective components as contextual and driving factors, each with five components in three general categories. background factors; Driving factors and outputs and consequences of tertiary education based on knowledge-based economics were classified and finally quantitative method with smart.pls software was used in order to validate the research model made by the researcher, the prospects of knowledge-based economy have an effect of 0.677 on underlying factors. The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of professional human capital in education in order to improve the level of teacher ratings. Research method in terms of practical-fundamental purpose; In terms of data collection method, it was descriptive-survey and in terms of data type, it was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included 20 education experts who were selected in a targeted way. The statistical population of the research in the quantitative part included all secondary school teachers in Tehran, and 300 people were selected as a sample using Morgan's table and staged cluster sampling. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire, which was confirmed to be valid and reliable. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was theoretical coding, and in the quantitative part, one-sample t-tests were used. The results of the research showed that the constituent components of providing the professional human capital model in education in order to improve the rating level of teachers included skill, attitude and management components. Finally, a conceptual model was drawn for this research. It can be concluded that for the improvement of human capital in education and its impact on the rating system, it is very important to address skill, attitude-ethical, managerial and skill components.         The issue of globalization is considered as one of the realities of human society at the present time. Globalization works beyond borders and this has caused the fragility of many areas of society's life and being affected by it. This fact is accompanied by opportunities and threats for societies, which are serious and necessary to pay attention to. Globalization in the field of education has had profound effects so that all educational systems became aware of the globalization of education and the upcoming changes. The main goal of this research was globalization and the necessity of education management with emphasis on the document of fundamental transformation of education. This research was conducted with qualitative and thematic analysis. It was also practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research was all the documents of the fundamental transformation of the laws related to education in line with globalization in the formal public education system of the Islamic Republic. The analysis steps were also done by coding method. For the validity of the findings, the researcher first re-coded and entrusted all the stages of coding to some prominent professors in the field of education to judge and express their views on the findings, which was accompanied by some changes and corrections. Also, for reliability, some texts were randomly selected and re-coded with another coder, and the agreement coefficient was 0.79. The findings showed that the educational themes of globalization include (educational and policy reengineering, content modification and development of research and innovation capacity); Educational themes include (deepening Islamic education and manners and global citizen education) and cultural themes include (diversification, increasing participation, promoting social dignity and increasing the role of councils).
