        Background & Purpose: One of the challenges that most organizations face today is how to identify talents, Talent Recruiting and retention. Cultural organizations are no exception. The purpose of this study is designing a native model for talent management in cultural organizations in Iran.Methodology: This research is a Mix method with a mixed exploratory approach and in terms of the type of research, fuzzy Delphi. The statistical population in ‎the ‎qualitative section were experts, senior managers, middle managers and key talents of the Hoze-ye Honari of which 15 people participated in this research. In the quantitative section, 19 ‎people ‎participated in the panel of experts. Samples in both sections were a targeted sampling ‎method ‎selected. The research tool was in-depth and semi-structured interviews in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part which was validated using face and content validity and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method Which is 0.849.Findings: The ‎results ‎showed that the main dimensions of the proposed talent management model in ‎cultural ‎organizations consisting of nine dimensions and and 43 components. The dimensions of the model in order of priority are:‎‏ ‏Nurturing and training ‎talents, ‎discover and talent Recruiting, retention and growth of talents‎, Create a talent pool, External influencing factors, Organizational results, Individual results and ‎the ‎creating a dual-core architecture of human capital‎.Conclusion: Applying the results of this study can ‎prevent the talent exhaustion and human capitals flight in cultural organizations.‎ Manuscript profile

        The position of culture due to its strategic role in the development of future schools is a fundamental concern. The aim of this study is to develop a cultural model for the future school. The research method is quantitative, descriptive and through structural equation modeling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on interviews with experts; the statistical sample of this study was estimated to be 400 people due to the unknown statistical population through the Cochran's unknown population sampling formula. The validity of the instrument was measured through face and content validity as well as its reliability through Cronbach's alpha. The analysis was performed using a structural equation model. The results showed that the future school model in 21 general categories including (development of technology culture, cultural participation policies, capital development, institutional tactics, futuristic thinking, theatrical discourse, power institution conflict, cultural difference management, resource dependence, learning culture, capital Social and cultural, cultural and artistic sensitivity, development of creative industries discourse, revival of school culture, acceptance of multiculturalism, environmental rearrangement, educational rethinking, development of transparency culture, culture of continuous learning, culture of change, development of knowledge-based culture) and in the form of Strauss paradigm model And Corbin can be explained; Findings also showed that all model coefficients are higher than 0.3 and the model fit coefficients are sufficiently desirable.The results of this study are used to develop the discourse of culture in schools and also to strengthen the role of cultural components in education.         Introduction and purpose: In the last two decades, despite the emphasis on the importance of higher education institutions cultural policy making, less attention has been paid to appropriateness of policy formulation, efficiency of programs implementation, and effectiveness of cultural activities. This study was done with the purpose of identifying cultural policy making evaluation indicators of higher education institutions. Designing cultural policy making evaluation conceptual model was another purpose of the study. Method: This research was done with qualitative method and reviewing previous researches. Articles were selected through studies related to cultural policy making evaluation between 1997 and 2020. Through 191 searched articles, finally 50 articles were chosen and investigated systematically. Findings: Based on reviewing researches and related articles, cultural policy making evaluation indicators in higher education system were classified in three main categories: evaluation of policy formulation, evaluation of program implementation, evaluation of activities and outcomes. Sub-categories were classified as: problem finding, formulating solutions and legitimization. Conclusion: Identifying evaluation indicators of cultural policy making in higher education system, weak and strength points in formulation, implementation and evaluation stages were realized. In addition to being a guideline for policy makers, the necessary context for reformatory actions, amendation and promotion of quality in higher education cultural policy making were brought together.         Research Objective: Entrepreneurship of cultural products is rooted in innovation and cultural change, and an important factor for receiving, understanding, controlling and optimally guiding these changes is towards material and meta material values, which in the course of evolution are interfered with and their constructive creation is disrupted, this study aims to identify the effective interventions on cultural product entrepreneurship in Iran. Research Method: The research was conducted using a qualitative method based on content analysis to identify effective interventions on entrepreneurship of cultural products in the context of Iranian society. Data were collected through semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 13 experts in the field of cultural products entrepreneurship using the snowball technique. Findings: The results can be classified into three classes: Social interventions, private sector interventions, and government interventions. Social interventions are become by poor cultural literacy, cultural conflicts, ambiguity in society, and deadly mental patterns of creativity in society. Private sector interventions are formed by the challenges of marketing cultural products and the challenges of producing cultural products. Also, public sector interventions have been created following the policy challenges of the cultural management system, the marketing challenges of government cultural products, the challenges of producing government cultural products, the structural challenges of the cultural management system, and the challenges of the culture management support system.Conclusion: The findings of this study have implicitly confirmed social interventions in relation to the existence of ambiguity in society and implicitly confirmed social interventions in relation to poor cultural literacy.         Ihe purpose of this study is t indetification dimensions model of organizational culture dynamics and its survey relationship with Organizational inertia of in the Social Security Organization of Iran. The present research is methodologically a combined research with two approaches of qualitative and quantitative research. In terms of purpose, this research is considered as a development research and the research approach of this study is inductive-deductive in terms of data collection logic. The statistical population is 25 experts in the qualitative section and 379 in the quantitative section of managers and employees of the Social Security Organization. The sample size is 379 using the Cochran's formula. The sampling method is purposive in the qualitative part and cluster random sampling is used in the quantitative part. The data collection tool in the qualitative part is through the research literature and in the second part is a questionnaire. The results of the research after three Delphi rounds and correlation in Kendall coefficient, confirmed 14 dimensions, 42 components and 98 indicators) to design a dynamic model of organizational culture. were confirmed using the first and second order factor analysis test. confirmatory factor analysis test, which the results showed that the standard factor load for all dimensions and components was more than 0.40 and in a significant case more than 1.96.also in the section quantitative with using analysis going test specified dimension organizational culture dynamism had affection significative reverse organizational inertia .Keywords: Dynamic Model of Organizational Culture, organizational inertia , Social Security Organization Manuscript profile

        Introduction and purpose of the research: Policy-making is a process that consists of several repetitive stages that can be separated from each other. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the phases and steps and presenting a cultural policy model in Iranian cultural organizations.Research method: This research is applied and of qualitative type that both library and qualitative methods have been used. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 15 cultural experts. In this section, data collection tools, semi-structured interviews, standard and researcher-made questionnaires were determined. Validity was assessed by obtaining expert opinions using fuzzy Delphi technique and reliability was assessed by feedback from participants.Findings: After reviewing the Policy-making models, the phases and steps of the policy were extracted from the theoretical literature and through the fuzzy Delphi technique, the phases and steps of the policy process were approved and a process model was designed.Conclusion: The main achievement of this research is the identification of 6 main phases and 25 steps in the proposed model of cultural policy in which the relationships between different stages and steps are shown in detail.         Abstract:The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of internalized (embodied) cultural capital with four components of "activism, rationalism, universalism and convergence" on the tendency towards modernism among young people. Young people turn to modernism in the four variables of religion, family, leisure, and sources of mass communication. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive, descriptive, explanatory and survey data collection. The statistical population includes all young people of 54 thousand people who were selected as a sample using Morgan and Krejcie table and 773 people were selected from the statistical population using purposive non-probabilistic sampling method. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Matlab software and the research hypotheses were analyzed using a fuzzy method. The results showed that, firstly, "with each of the four components, the internalized cultural capital increases. Cultural, internalized, trend-oriented, modernism is effective among the youth of Shah Khorramabad in the four variables of religion, family, leisure and mass communication resources, and the higher the rate, the greater the tendency.
