Abstract :
The position of culture due to its strategic role in the development of future schools is a fundamental concern. The aim of this study is to develop a cultural model for the future school. The research method is quantitative, descriptive and through structural equation modeling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on interviews with experts; the statistical sample of this study was estimated to be 400 people due to the unknown statistical population through the Cochran's unknown population sampling formula. The validity of the instrument was measured through face and content validity as well as its reliability through Cronbach's alpha. The analysis was performed using a structural equation model. The results showed that the future school model in 21 general categories including (development of technology culture, cultural participation policies, capital development, institutional tactics, futuristic thinking, theatrical discourse, power institution conflict, cultural difference management, resource dependence, learning culture, capital Social and cultural, cultural and artistic sensitivity, development of creative industries discourse, revival of school culture, acceptance of multiculturalism, environmental rearrangement, educational rethinking, development of transparency culture, culture of continuous learning, culture of change, development of knowledge-based culture) and in the form of Strauss paradigm model And Corbin can be explained; Findings also showed that all model coefficients are higher than 0.3 and the model fit coefficients are sufficiently desirable. The results of this study are used to develop the discourse of culture in schools and also to strengthen the role of cultural components in education.
