**About the Journal:**
*Designing and Planning in Architecture and Urbanism* is a scientific journal in the field of architecture and urban planning, published under the ownership of Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch. This journal, with the approval number 22120//ص/99 dated 1399/05/29 from the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University and approval number 88303 from the Comprehensive Media System (Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance), accepts scientific articles from respected researchers in all areas of architecture and urban planning. The journal's goal is to publish innovative scientific articles to enhance the knowledge of architecture and urban planning in the country.
The journal is ready to receive articles from respected researchers.
*Designing and Planning in Architecture and Urbanism* does not charge any fees for reviewing or publishing articles.
**Research Credit for Students and Faculty Members of Islamic Azad University:**
The journal holds a "C" grade from Islamic Azad University:
- Faculty members' annual promotion: Up to 2 research points (equivalent to conference papers - it is worth mentioning that the minimum required research points for annual promotion is 4 points).
- PhD students: 0.6 research points.
- Master's students: 0.5 points added to the final thesis score for students who have defended under the new guidelines.
