Goal: The main aim of present research implementation pathology of administrative integrity policies with the good governance approach to present the solutions for implementing the administrative integrity policies. Methods: This is a descriptive-applied study and used the explorative, survey, content analysis, combined and experimental methods. The statistical society of research included 408 persons among managers and personnel of Jahad Keshavarzi Organization of Markazi Province that based on Cochran’s formula, 198 persons selected as research sample among them by stratified simple randomly sampling method. The author’s made questionnaire used as data gathering tool that its validity verified by experts and by confirmative agent analysis and its reliability verified by calculating the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.89). Findings: The research findings show that in dimensions of provisions quality, the law reign, responsiveness and transparency respectively, the most distance exist between current situation and the ideal situation. Conclusions: To reach the research goals and reduce this distance for any of these dimensions, some pathologies and solutions provided in present research. Manuscript profile -

To do this, first of all, we define fairness and explain types of fairness as a general concept, then we examine fairness in financial markets regulation including in Iran, US, EU, and Germany regulation and international standard-setting body known as IOSCO. As we see fairness in financial markets is employed in three concepts meaning fair market, integrity, and trust IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions)as an international standard-setting body uses fairness in financial markets and many jurisdictions such as the Iranian legislature in article 2, securities markets Act, 1384 uses the fair market as it is used by IOSCO. Knowing and presenting success stories of leadership is a must have for the success of today's executives. This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying and rating leading leadership attributes in Cyrus the Great's cultural teachings. Using the Qualitative-Quantitative Compilation (Delphi-Topsis) method, and according to the existing prescriptive components of the triple leadership, 128 doctrines were extracted. The snowball method was used to access the number of authorized samples from the community of experts, and the verification of extraction variables in the Delphi questionnaire was carried out using experts' opinion and its validity was confirmed by professors and management, cultural and historical experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha of 0.961. To reach the consensus of 13 experts, a three-step Delphi technique was used. In the final stage, factors confirmed by 75% of the experts identified 8 variables as "important" in the field of leadership attributes. The results show that "leadership integrity", "restraint" and "patience" are respectively the highest and lowest rank among the eight preferred leadership attributes, and suggestions were also presented based on research findings. Material and Methodology: This research is analytical-descriptive with a practical purpose and a statistical population. According to the target group of experts in the field of landscape and green space in Mashhad, 28 people have been selected by the counting method. Prioritization of research variables and significant relationships between them were performed by a T-test with SPSS software and Smart PLS.The indicators of eco-parks in these parks are poorly evaluated, and these two parks still face construction challenges in the natural texture of the mountains, but the indicators have a higher score than the mountain park due to the use of a less intact mountainous area and more citizens' knowledge of Sun Park. Discussion and Conclusions: Eco-park indicators are effective in sustainable urban landscapes. Among the various factors, environmental and functional factors have a higher score, and a component of ecological integration means maintaining a stable and diverse structure of different species with a higher score among environmental factors. Every year millions of attacks on financial and data information will be caused a series of problems in the world. One of the most critical attacks on the application level is SQL injection into the Web database. This paper tried to present a model for preventing SQL injection into GIS applications, which leads to fetching and manipulating the map information and data from a database. It also provides solutions for IT managers to keep the GIS website secure. The model security steps were tested on one of the GIS portals of Iranian organizations. To evaluate the performance of the proposed model, the security of an Iranian web GIS was checked before and after the announcement of the instructions, and the test results of the vulnerability checking with Acunetix and DVWA. The result showed that the website was completely safe and the model’s instructions for various stakeholders, including programmers, administrators, and GIS experts can significantly prevent this attack. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the factors influencing dynamic marketing capability. For this purpose, a sample of 384 managers and experts of Iran Insurance Company is selected using randomly classified sampling. The method used in this research to prioritize criteria is the AHP hierarchical analysis method. Research findings show that components, feelings and perceptions, learning, re-configuring, synchronization and integration have a dynamic effect on dynamic ability, and the criterion of sensation and perception with relative weight of 0.362 is the most influential element in dynamic ability and the component of learning with relative weight 0.227 is in the next priority. Also, the reconfiguration element with a relative weight of 0.218 in the third priority is an integral element with a relative weight of 0.117 in the fourth priority and an element of coordination with a weight of 0.076 in priority fifth. Managers need to understand the importance of supplier and customer integration when responding to supply chain risk and company uncertainty. The data were collected from 168 managers active in the food industry in Tehran province. The partial least squares tool (SmartPLS 3.0) was used to analyze the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is a strong relationship between uncertainty and supply chain integration including customer, supplier and internal integration. The findings indicate that customer integration and supplier integration are critical factors in improving product quality in the food supply chain. The results can be related to the prominent role of customer relations and contact in the development of innovation capabilities in manufactured products, which has also been approved by some previous studies. Additionally, analyzing the various dimensions of supply chain integration separately revealed that internal integration is a capability factor for external integration. This study can help businesses in the food industry understand the value-creating roles of food supply chain integration and provide valuable guidance for them to decide how to meet the various challenges and manage food supply chain integration in order to improve product quality and product innovation capability. In terms of the purpose and implementation, this research is an applied and descriptive-causal study, respectively. It employed a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to collect the research data in which the Alpha was calculated at 0.91, showing a high level of internal consistency. The research population comprised 146 active manufacturing companies in pharmaceutical industry of I.R. Based on the Cochran's formula, the data was obtained from a randomly selected sample of 98 executive managers with a minimum of five-year experience who were assumed to be competent respondents acquainted with various supply chain issues. مسعود طاهری لَرکیحجم گسترده ای از تحقیقات در مورد صحت پژوهش علمی و نقض حق تالیف نشان می دهد که سرقت ادبی غیر عمد هنوز هم در حال افزایش است، به ویژه در میان دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بین المللی با زمینه های مختلف فرهنگی و اجتماعی. این مقاله پژوهشی با هدف بررسی عناصری انجام گرفت که باعث سو Moreحجم گسترده ای از تحقیقات در مورد صحت پژوهش علمی و نقض حق تالیف نشان می دهد که سرقت ادبی غیر عمد هنوز هم در حال افزایش است، به ویژه در میان دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بین المللی با زمینه های مختلف فرهنگی و اجتماعی. این مقاله پژوهشی با هدف بررسی عناصری انجام گرفت که باعث سورفتارهای علمی (سرقت ادبی) توسط دانشجویان بین المللی تحصیلات تکمیلی در رشته آموزش زبان انگلیسی به عنوان یک زبان خارجی در دانشگاه های ایران می شود. یافته ها نشان داد دوره های فوق برنامه از قبیل کارگاه های حضوری ، وبینارها و آموزشهای جنبی از نظر کیفیت در تأمین نیازهای علمی دانشجویان کافی نبودند. اگرچه روشهای مختلفی در صحت پژوهشهای علمی در سرتاسر جهان انجام شده است، اما تنها داشتن مهارت بالا در نگارش علمی برای کنترل سرقت ادبی غیر عمد در زمینه های حرفه ای و دانشگاهی برای دانشجویان کافی نیست. با توجه به عناصر ذکر شده، این مقاله تحقیقاتی دو برنامه اساسی ایجاد شده را برای کمک به دانشجویان بین المللی در مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی با توجه به اصول تحقیقات دانشگاهی پیشنهاد می کند تا از سرقت ادبی غیر عمد در نگارشهای علمی خود جلوگیری کنند. 19 - خصوصیات اسپرم منی منجمد گاو میشهای نر و باروری در شرایط مزرعه
کا.جی.ام. محمود آ.آ.ای. ال-سکاری ام.ای.آ. آبو ال-روس آ.دی. عبد الغفار ام. ناویتوکیفیت منی و ارتباط آن با باروری از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی ارتباط بین خصوصیات اسپرم منجمد یخگشایی شده و باروری از طریق تلقیح مصنوعی بود. نمونههای منی از چهار گاو میش تهیه شدند. حجم منی و غلظت اسپرم به طور معنیداری میان نرها متفاوت بود، در ح Moreکیفیت منی و ارتباط آن با باروری از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی ارتباط بین خصوصیات اسپرم منجمد یخگشایی شده و باروری از طریق تلقیح مصنوعی بود. نمونههای منی از چهار گاو میش تهیه شدند. حجم منی و غلظت اسپرم به طور معنیداری میان نرها متفاوت بود، در حالی که قابلیت تحرکپذیری اسپرم و درصد زندهمانی آن تفاوتی با اسپرمهای تازه نداشت. اسپرمهای منجمد یخگشایی شده برای تحرکپذیری، زندهمانی، غیر طبیعی بودن، یکپارچگی غشاء و باروری روی دام مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تفاوت معنیداری در پارامترهای اسپرم گاومیشهای نر بعد از یخگشایی دیده شد. تفاوتهای خیلی معنیداری در یکپارچگی غشاء بین اسپرم تازه در مقایسه با اسپرم منجمد تشخیص داده شد. نرخ آبستنی به طور معنیداری بین گاومیشهای نر تفاوت داشت. همبستگی معنیداری بین تحرکپذیری و غیر طبیعی بودن اسپرم (64/0r=-) و یکپارچگی غشاء اسپرم (64/0r=-) یافت شد. همبستگی منفی (73/0r=-) معنیداری بین غیر طبیعی بودن اسپرم و یکپارچگی غشا گزارش شده است. علاوه بر این، یک همبستگی بین نرخ آبستنی و درصد اسپرمهای زنده (65/0r=-) نیز گزارش شده است. در این مطالعه، تحرکپذیری اسپرم با غیر طبیعی بودن و یکپارچگی غشاء ارتباط داشت. درصد اسپرم زنده، تنها پارامتر همبسته با باروری بود. تحرکپذیری و درصد اسپرم زنده می تواند به عنوان یک معیار پیشبینی در ارزیابی اسپرم استفاده شود. And international law generally has supported the parent state in wish to maintain its territorial integrity. Thus 1970 in declaration of friendly relation and cooperation among states declares quite explicitly that the territorial integrity and political independence of every indivisible. Thus the international community is reluctant to contemplate the breakup of state because of its potential to destabilize. This article will consider the issue of secession and will review its position that does the international law approve the unilateral secession and establishment of a new state in the post-colonial era. The finding of this article reveals that this right has been limited only to decolonization time. Also by examining the referendum for independence of Iraqi "Kurdistan", concludes that the contemporary international law does not approved the outcomes of this referendum independence. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the effect of dietary L-carnitine supplementation on the motility parameters and qualitative traits in semen Cobb breed roosters. A total of twenty roosters, 24 weeks-old Cobb roosters randomly assigned to four experimental groups. The experimental design was conducted in a completely randomized design with 4 experimental treatments (T1: 0, T2: 125, T3: 250, and T4: 500 mg L-carnitine per kg diet) with 5 replications and sampling twice (semen collection) with an in-terval of 14 days. The collected semen was immediately evaluated for motility parameters and sperm qual-ity traits. The results showed that there is no significant difference between the levels of 250 and 500 mg of L-carnitine in semen parameters, but there are significant differences with other groups (P≤0.05). Semen collection time did not affect sperm parameters (P≤0.05). In conclusion, the addition of L-carnitine at a rate of 250 mg/kg diet can improve motility parameters and sperm quality traits in the Cobb rooster. Manuscript profile -

The purpose of the research was applied and in terms of data collection method, it was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Sharif University of Tehran in 1352 people. The sample size was selected using Morgan table and by simple random sampling 300 employees were selected. In this study, two questionnaires were used. A. Denison's Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2000) and (b) Resilience Questionnaire (Connor and Davidson). These questionnaires are standard and their validity has been verified by various scholars. The results of the research using Structural Equation Modeling and Spss and Lisrel software revealed that organizational culture affects the resilience of manpower at Tehran's Sharif University. The results also indicated that participation (engagement in work), integration (adaptation or similarity), adaptability and mission or mission on resilience of manpower in Tehran's Sharif University. Studies show that infants with appropriate birth weight have relatively low mortality rates even in adverse environmental conditions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of programs consisted of psychological interventions on birth weight in the city of Ghoochan. Therefore, in a semi-experimental research with pre-test, post-test, and control group design, 25 parents who referred to the city’s health centres for prenatal physical examinations and volunteered to receive psychological intervention were selected through convenience sampling method and assigned to experimental group and were matched with 25 parents, as control group, who referred to the same health centres but were not willing to volunteer to receive psychological interventions. The experimental group received 15 sessions of psychological education and interventions. The newborns of subjects in both groups were measured after birth for height, weight, head circumference, and Apgar score. The comparison of these measurements revealed that psycho-educational interventions are meaningfully effective on improvement of these quantities. Thus, it can be concluded that psycho-educational interventions can have a significant impact on birth weight among infants. Manuscript profile
