The purpose of this study was to predict social isolation based on emotional schemas, identity styles and early maladaptive schemas in students. The research method is descriptive correlational. A sample of 340 students was selected by random cluster sampling method from the students of Payame Noor University in Hashtroud. The instrumentation included Russell's social isolation test (1980), Yang's general schemas questionnaire (2003), Leah's emotional schemas questionnaire (2002), and Brzinski's style of identity questionnaire (1999). Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. Findings of the research showed that among predictive variables, only avoidance identity and commitment identity were able to predict the sense of social isolation. Manuscript profile

The method is correlation research and the required data is found by using Identity Style Inventory Sixth Grade (White, Wampler, & Winn, 1998) & subtest of Academic Engagement in Motivational Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (Pintrich, Roeser, & DeGroot, 1994). The sample of research was 810 first grade girl students of Tehran state high schools which selected by random clustered sampling. The data were analyzed by using multivariable regression analyses. Results revealed that the information & normative identity style can predict all dimensions of academic engagement but the diffuse/avoidant style can only predict behavioral and metacognitive dimension of that negatively. The purpose of the recent research was to consider the meditate role of the public health and the identity process styles and educational achievement in the public pre- universities in Marand. The research method was survey and its kind was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research included all the students of female and male pre-university schools in Marand city (1034). 285 students were selected as a sample size on the basis of Morgan table. The method of sampling was stratified sampling which was appropriate to sample size. To collect data, the Goldberg and Hiller General Health Questionnaire (1979) and a Berzonsky Identity questionnaire (1992) were used. Cronbach's alpha test was used to assess reliability of research tool test that the reliability of the public health questionnaire was0.825 and the reliability of identity questionnaire was 0.756  and the questionnaire validity was confirmed by experts. Descriptive and inferential statistics tests were used to investigate research hypotheses. The research findings showed that there was a significant relationship between the identity style and the students’ achievement (p= 0/027 < 0/05), the identity style and gender (p= 0/0001 < 0/1), and the public health and gender (p= 0/018 < 0/05).In addition, there wasn’t a significant relationship between identity style and  public health (p=0/430 > 0/05) and the mediating role of public health in relation to identity style and achievement. The aim of the present study was to examine the causal model of identity styles and social acceptance by mediating of dysfunctional attitudes in predicting the use of cosmetics in female students. The statistical population of the present study was all female students of Mohaghegh Ardabili University during the academic year 2020-2021. The research sample was 336 individuals who were selected via convenient sampling method. The research design was correlational and structural equations type. Measuring instruments included Identity Style Questionnaire (1989), Social Acceptance Questionnaire (1960), Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale (1978), and Cosmetics Use Questionnaire (2014). The subjects answered the questionnaires online and in cyberspace. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the causal model of the relationships between identity styles, social acceptance, dysfunctional attitudes, and the use of cosmetics in female students based on different indicators had optimum goodness of fit. Identity styles, social acceptance, and dysfunctional attitudes had a direct effect on the use of cosmetics in female students; also, identity styles and social acceptance had an indirect effect on the use of cosmetics through dysfunctional attitudes. Therefore, identity styles, social acceptance, and dysfunctional attitudes play an important role in the use of cosmetics in female students. Manuscript profile

The research method was correlation, and research statistical population included all students of the mentioned population, among them 370 person were selected via multi-stage random cluster sampling and participated in this study. A set of questionnaires included Muslims Religious Beliefs (Serajzadeh, 1377), Identity Style (Berzonsky, 1989), Big Five Factors Personality Traits (NEO-FFI) by Costa and McCrae (1985) and Beck Depression Questionnaire (BDI-II), were used in current study. Data were analyzed by use of Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariable regression analysis . The results showed that there were significant negative relationship between   depression and total religious beliefs and its dimensions( faith, religious emotions, consequence and ritual (P≤0/01)). There were also significant negative relationship between depression and informational identity, normative identity and significant positive relationship with disoriented - avoidance identity (P≤0/01). Moreover, Depression had a significant positive relationship with neuroticism and had significant negative relationship with extroversion, agreeableness, openness to experience and conscientiousness (P≤0/01) as well.
