Connor social anxiety questionnaire (2000), Abolqasemi and et al Test Anxiety (1375) and Berzonsky Identity Style (1992). The findings of data analysis showed that there is positive significant relationship between informational identity style (P≤ 0.05) and diffuse- avoidant style (P≤ .01) with test anxiety but normative style did not show significant relationship with test anxiety. Also there were not seen significant relationship between none of identity styles and social anxiety. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that informational identity style and diffuse-avoidant style could significantly predict test anxiety (F=6.54, P ≤ 0.01) but none of identity Styles could predict social anxiety. Generally, the findings of the research indicate that test anxiety has stronger relationship with identity styles than social anxiety.
