  Providing ethical patterns and solutions in relation to improving the human-human relationship as well as the human-environmental relationship is very important today. The concept of servitude (ʿubūdiyya) is one of the important religious concepts in Islam and especially in Islamic mysticism and Sufism. The purpose of this study is to draw a pattern of the ethics of practical altruism and environmental protection, considering the ancient, rich and valuable heritage of Islamic Sufism. In the books of Islamic mysticism, conditions and principles have been mentioned for the concept of serving God, and acting, behaving and observing them leads to the emergence of proper moral behavior towards man and nature. This research has been done by library method and the description and analysis of the collected data show that the essential principles of the character of servitude from the perspective of Islamic mysticism include: modesty (tawāḍuʿ), poverty (faqr), service (ḵidma) and beneficence (ʾiḥsān). The results of this study show that modesty leads to better human interaction with humans and other creatures and prevents arrogance and domineering behavior, and belief in poverty and homelessness leads to greater human contentment and less greed to own and use environmental resources, and the principle of beneficence leads to service and help to man and nature.   The only dimension of human existence that has the effect of infinity and it can communicate with infinity is the "heart". The man's heart should be changed to change his states and to create this transformation, the characteristics and conditions of heart must be considered and its effective rules should be understood. Today, due to the lack of attention to the passive states of the heart, human mental health is always endangered and it threatens people's daily lives, so human beings need studies in this field to solve this problem. The Holy Quran which clearly states the truth for the guidance of human beings, in addition to verses, it has expressed the characteristics of a pure heart, and by contemplating the deep and profound meaning of this heavenly book, peace of mind can be achieved. The characteristics of pure heart include piety, calmness, stability, humility, enthusiasm and desire. Piety of the heart is also one of the authorities of faith that promotes the virtue of high human morality and it is in fact the same as achieving peace of mind and spiritual happiness.   The story of creation of Adam is from Koranic stories that devote a lot of verses to itself. In this story has been pointed to different aspects of creation until descent of Adam from divine heaven to rarthy world. Prostration of angels in front of Adam is from cases that has come in verses of Koran and commentators have discussed about it from different perspectives. Also Persian literature is fall of Koranic concepts and it is benefitted from this story. In this essay is deliberated the effect that poets and writers of Persian literature has taken from this Koranic story with the central matter of prostration of angels in front of Adam. Persian literature texts have pointed to the time of prostration of Angels for Adam , meaning and conceot of this prostration and cause and reason of that.   The aim of this study was to predict marital adjustment based on the marital gratitude component (felt gratitude and express gratitude) and humility perceptions component (global humility, superiority and accurate view of self)  among married women in Ahvaz city. The present research method was correlational and predictive. The statistical population of this study was ordinary married women and divorce applicants in Ahvaz in 1396. Among ordinary women, 100 were selected by available sampling method and 100 divorced women were selected by purposive sampling method. The instruments for data gathering included Dyadic Adjustment Scale (Spanier, 1976), gratitude state (Mitchell, 2010) and relational humility scale (Davis, et al…, 2011). For the analysis of the data, discriminant analysis method was used. Results showed that felt gratitude, superiority, felt gratitude, express gratitude, global humility, superiority and accurate view of self were significant prediction for marital adjustment of  married women. ( p< 0/001). Accordin to this finding felt gratitude, superiority, felt gratitude, express gratitude, global humility, superiority and accurate view of self has an important role in marital adjustment.   The aim of this study was to determine the Prediction quality of life and the components of spiritual well-being in students based on Islamic component of humility and arrogance. This study was correlation that 280 students from universities in Mazandaran were selected by multistage cluster sampling and they responded the questionnaire World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL), Spiritual Well-being Scale (SWBS) and the scale of arrogance and humility (HAIS). data were analysis by using the correlation coefficient, stepwise regression analysis and analysis of variance. The results showed that the component of humility / arrogance there was a significant relationship with both spiritual well-being (existential and religious))P<0/01(, So that the component elements of religious knowledge, humility, self-esteem, self-efficacy and acceptance of others significantly predict students' spiritual well-being. Also there are a significant relationship between the components of courtesy and quality of life)P<0/01(, So that the components of self-esteem, self-efficacy and quality of life predicts that religious knowledge. the results of analysis of variance showed that, only the religious well-being )P<0/03( and self-esteem )P<0/01( there was a significant difference between male and female students. In general, with knowledge of student’s personality components the highlighting religion and spirituality in their lives can be helped to understand and promote student’s well-being and quality of life.   The general purpose of the current research was to test the communication model of the coach's humility, knowledge sharing and group diversity with the creativity of the Iranian premier volleyball league players. The research type was of a descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the players and coaches of 9 women's volleyball premier league teams. The sampling method was taken as a whole number (126 people). The coach's humility questionnaire, players' creativity, knowledge sharing, extroversion and openness questionnaire were used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Also, SPSS software version 26 and Smart Pls software version 3 were used in this research. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the humility of the coach and knowledge sharing among of the Iranian volleyball premier league players. In addition, a significant positive relationship was obtained between knowledge sharing and players' creativity. Knowledge sharing does not play a mediating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the players' creativity. Also, openness had a significant moderating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in of the Iranian premier volleyball league players, while the moderating role of extroversion was not significant in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in the Iranian premier volleyball league players.   Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to explain and investigate the the factors affecting the creative performance of human resource in knowledge-based companies.Methodology: The current research is positivism in terms of philosophical assumptions, in terms of quantitative approach, in terms of descriptive-survey strategy. also, the pratical from the perspective of audience research, and in terms of data collection, it is a field research. Standard questionnaires of Qian et al (2020), Sun et al (2020), Ahmad et al (2018) and Wang et al (2018) were used to measure the variables of leader humility, creative performance, Psychological security and creative self-efficacy. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed through face validity and cronbach's alpha, Spearman's reliability, composite reliability and share reliability respectively. The statistical population of the research includes the knowledge-based companies of Lorestan province, whose 130 employees have been selected as the target population of the research. The data were analyzed and validated through the variance-based structral equation modeling algorithm.Findings: The analysis of the results at the %95 confidence level shows a positive and significant effect of leader humility on creative performance, leader humility on psychological security, psychological security on creative performance leader humility on creative self-efficacy and creative self-efficacy on creative performance. The analysis of indirect paths shows the mediating role of psychological security and creative self-efficacy in the influence of leader humility on creative performance.Conclusion: The empirical measurement and validation of the research shows that the leader humility through psychological security and creative self-efficacy as predictive factors of the variance of the creative performance of human resources in knowledge-based companies.   The purpose of this study was to identify a model for designing a servant leadership model in the broadcasting organization. The main method of this study was survey method. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire and it is analysis was performed using lisrel software and various statistics. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees of different levels of the broadcasting organization that 692 of them were selected through random sampling as a statistical sample. Data was collected through exploratory factor analysis. Various factor were determined and then confirmed By factor analysis. The reseach findings indicte that the servant leadership in the components such as service, humility, reliability, humanity, in teraction, balace of work and life, providence and ethics are among the servant leadership components of managers. The servant leadership model of managers has been measured by 99 items. First, factor analysis was conducted on the servant leadership variable of managers and the estimates of the standardized parameters showed that all indicators are statistically significant and their factor loadings are high (more than 9.5). the resutts of the fitting indices show that the model is suitable for fitting.
