Providing a model for designing a servant leadership model in the broadcasting organization

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to identify a model for designing a servant leadership model in the broadcasting organization. The main method of this study was survey method. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire and it is analysis was performed using lisrel software and various statistics. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees of different levels of the broadcasting organization that 692 of them were selected through random sampling as a statistical sample. Data was collected through exploratory factor analysis. Various factor were determined and then confirmed By factor analysis. The reseach findings indicte that the servant leadership in the components such as service, humility, reliability, humanity, in teraction, balace of work and life, providence and ethics are among the servant leadership components of managers. The servant leadership model of managers has been measured by 99 items. First, factor analysis was conducted on the servant leadership variable of managers and the estimates of the standardized parameters showed that all indicators are statistically significant and their factor loadings are high (more than 9.5). the resutts of the fitting indices show that the model is suitable for fitting.
