Multi-grade classes are one of the important strategies of the Ministry of Education in order to provide access to quality education for students in less developed and remote areas with less population. The aim of the present study was to identify the factors affecting the quality of multi-grade classes. This research was conducted using qualitative approach and thematic analysis method in 1400. The statistical population includes educational leaders, professors of North Khorasan, Razavi and South Khorasan provinces who have teaching experience in multi-level classes or about multi-level classes. The statistical sample of this research is 12 university professors and educational leaders who were selected using the purposeful sampling method. The data was collected using a semi-structured interview based on the principle of saturation. After analyzing the data using review validation by the interviewees, peer review, and note taking, 198 primary codes were obtained, which were grouped into 35 general categories. The model obtained from this research showed that in the quality of multi-grade classes, 5 main themes include professional competence and characteristics related to the teacher, family, physical condition of the class and schools, macro-educational policies and themes related to learners. Purpose: The purpose of the present research was to provide a model for documenting the experiences of teachers in order to improve the quality of mathematics curriculum in schools. Methods: To conduct the research, the method of Foundation Data Theory (GT) was used, and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The research community included specialized teachers and experts in the field of mathematics teaching at the elementary level working in Ahvaz schools. After interviewing 10 experts from the study community, who were identified as a snowball, theoretical saturation was achieved, and due to the certainty of the findings, three more interviews were conducted, which did not result in new findings. After the interviews were implemented and converted into written text, they were analyzed using the systematic coding model of Glaser and Strauss (open, central and selective). The research findings were summarized in seven core codes including management and leadership, teaching and its methods, communication and interaction, content and educational materials, students and learning, development of abilities and resources and facilities. Findings: The results of the research showed that considering the importance of improving the quality of mathematics curriculum in elementary schools, providing a model for documenting teachers' experiences can be a powerful tool for improving the curriculum and the teaching and learning process. This model can help teachers improve their experiences and get more out of the material they teach in their classrooms. Conclusion: These experiences help to adapt the curriculum to the special needs of students and lead to the development of effective and transparent teaching methods. Manuscript profile

Purpose: This research seeks to recognize Challenges of Tadbir Plan currently executed in elementary schools. Method: This is a qualitative research using grounded theory approach. The population of the study comprises experts in educational management, curriculum planning, and specialists of elementary schools in Iran who are familiar with Tadbir Plan. The participants were selected through purposive criterion-based sampling. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Open, axial, and selective coding were used for data analysis. The validity and reliability were measured using Lincoln and Guba criteria. Findings: The results suggested 25 central concepts and eight selected items, which were organized in a paradigmatic model including poor plan orientation and self-assessment in schools as central items and the causal conditions (lack of cooperation and participation of agents of the plan, poor management in schools, directive-orientation and quantity-orientation education), contextual factors (lack of supportive atmosphere, poor teamwork culture, poor technological structures, centralized educational structure), facilitative intervention conditions (personal characteristics, organizational characteristics, and legal requirements), restrictive intervention conditions (intra-organizational and inter-organizational obstacles), and strategies (improving the organizational culture and school atmosphere, changing attitudes of policymakers regarding personal development of principals, teachers, and decentralization). Conclusion: Paying attention to the Tadbir plan and its basis provides the professional growth of managers. In the implementation of plans such as Tadbir, attention should be paid to the local approaches of schools. Collaborative approaches should be used in the implementation of the Tadbir plan in schools; Selection of specialized and trained managers for schools should be considered and required; more attention should be paid to the approaches of succession and mentoring in the training of school administrators. The general purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the emptiness of the curriculum of primary schools in the education department of Maragheh city. For this purpose, the factors affecting the emptiness of the primary school curriculum were initially identified by studying the theoretical foundations and literature of previous research in 26 factors. The statistical population of the present study is the primary school teachers of Maragheh Education Department, which number is 1000 people and the statistical sample size was estimated to be 278 people using Cochran's formula and was selected by stratified random sampling. Hakimzadeh questionnaire was used as a data collection tool and in the analysis of data at the inferential level, the technique of confirmatory factor analysis and prioritization of factors affecting curriculum emptiness were used. The results show that among the 26 primary factors, all factors are identified using factor analysis technique and group 3 factors: factors related to the governing system of the society and factors based on students and factors based on school or school category ‌closed. The results showed that among the factors studied initially, all factors in the three groups of factors related to the governing system of the society and factors based on students and school-based factors were effective in curriculum emptiness, but based on research findings lack of proper use. Teaching and learning methods, educational environment and psychological factors such as stress and weakness in the proper transfer of educational materials by teachers to students and misconceptions and inefficient policies have the greatest impact on the emptiness of the primary school curriculum in Maragheh. In this study, the issue of educational inequalities is investigated in different educational areas through a case study at Dehloran`s elementary schools. The present study is a documentary study; the demographic data required for this study has been acquired by statistical data from the recent census of population and Housing as well as information regarding education (students, teachers and educational buildings) using the statistics provided by Dehloran education office. Then, the statistics were classified and adjusted in the researcher made information. To compare and rank the amount to which different areas and regions (rural or urban) benefit from elementary education, indicators and formulas for educational planning such as the index of region selection, Gini coefficient, Lorenz curve, and benefit levels chart were used. Moreover, in order to determine the educational inequalities, the data was analyzed using enrollment fees and the actual educational coverage, the ratio of students to teachers, utilization coefficient of educational spaces, and rates of the educational efficiency. The results of this study indicate that there is not a proper balance among different regions and areas (weather urban or rural) of Dehloran in terms of benefited educational opportunities. In terms of enrollment fees and educational coverage as well as access to elementary school teachers, urban areas as compared with rural areas and boys as compared with girls are at a higher level. Urban areas have more access to educational spaces compared to rural areas. As for the rates of educational efficiency, girls and urban areas are superior to boys and rural areas, respectively.  Manuscript profile
