Designing a effective management model in primary schools of ardebil city, a mixed research

Abstract :
Abstract
Introduction and aim: This research was conducted with the aim of designing an effective management model in primary schools in Ardabil city.
research methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of execution method. The research population in the qualitative part was 18 effective management experts who were selected by purposeful sampling method and subjected to semi-structured interviews. The population of the research in the quantitative part was male and female principals and vice-principals of primary schools in Ardabil city, 397 people were selected by stratified random sampling method and answered the researcher-made questionnaire. For data analysis, theme analysis method was used in the qualitative part and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equations and path analysis were used in the quantitative part.
Findings: The results led to the identification of 3 main categories including: (school principal's professional skills and capabilities, school principal's individual skills and capabilities, foundational factors in improving effectiveness) and 19 subcategories. Also, the factor load of all 3 main factors and 19 sub-factors had good validity and reliability.
Conclusion: Since management is considered as an important factor of progress and improvement and plays the first role in this field, therefore, the use of identified categories can make management effective and easier in schools.
