The purpose of the research was to design a model for the globalization of the zurkhaneh sport. In terms of the fundamental goal, the research was based on an inductive approach, and in terms of the philosophy of the research, it was mixed and exploratory. With the Snowball technique method and with the snowball technique and semi-structured interviews, the opinions of 18 experts were collected until theoretical saturation was reached. Lincoln and GABA (1985) evaluation criteria including validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability criteria were used in order to check the accreditation of the qualitative results in the research. With the analysis method of Strauss and Corbin's theory, three overlapping processes of coding were done. Data related to 257 people were collected using Morgan table and simple random sampling method. The results indicate that the changing the regulations of this sport by using international standards, using expert forces in the federation, teaching international languages to those involved (athletes, coaches, referees, etc.), paying attention to advertising and film production, and regular holding The league has an effect on the globalization of everyday sports. Background and Objective: Iran has access to open seas and plenty of sea transit around it has urged presence of merchant ships in the region. Fuel consumption has always been a matter of concern for ships. In this study, it is attempted to develop computer models for several container ship cargo configurations and discuss an optimum configuration at a constant speed front wind. Method: The paper presents simulation results using ANSYS CFX commercial software for a Post-Panamax 9000 TEU container ship. The ship is modelled in a 1:4 scale, then using unstructured mesh the wind filed around it is solved. Drag force, drag coefficient, pressure contour and wind streamline velocity in ten different loading conditions are compared with each other. Finally, the optimized container configuration for loading on deck of the vessel is introduced. Findings: Simulation results demonstrate the influence of container configuration on wind load distribution. Also the numerical results are verified versus wind tunnel test data. Finally, the influence of container configurations on fuel consumption and reduction of pollutant emissions was calculated. Discussion and Conclusion: It is proposed to minimize empty spaces between the cargo containers and avoid unbalanced cargo distribution over deck in order to reduce the wind drag force and consequently reduce the fuel consumption and pollutant emissions. Also, it is suggested to make cargo distribution on the forward and aftward deck areas more streamlined. Manuscript profile

ObjectiveMesenchyme Stem cells (MSCs) are one of the widely used sources in tissue engineering and efficacy of cultural environment. In this survey, rat stem cells are used as coculture. Owing to main obstacle of embryo culture in the lab medium, the survival of embryo in lab is low in comparison with that of normal conditions. The purpose of this research is the survey of fertilization and culture of bovine embryos in mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue (ADMCs).ApproachIsolated ADMCs were cultured on 4-well dishes. Three days after cell culture, the bovine immature oocytes were transferred on this mono layer system and the in vitro matured oocytes were fertilized by sperms in another MSCs free environment subsequently. Then in vitro fertilized embryos were co-cultured with the same mono layer of ADMCs for seven days. During oocyte and embryo co-culture, the rates of maturation and cleavage were assessed.AchievementsThis study reveals that co-culture of embryos with mesenchymal stem cells could increase the survival and cleavage of embryos significantly (P<0.05). The maturation rate of bovine co-cultured oocytes (%82) in comparison with that of control group (%78) has increased significantly. Also, the rate of blastocyst formation in co-cultured embryos (%33) was analytically comparable with that of control group (%26).ConclusionWhat bolsters substantially the quality and development of embryo is coculture systems. The need for high reliability of modern ships has led to the development of a zonal structure for their electrical distribution systems. One of the most important challenges of the electric distribution systems of modern ships with a zonal structure is their protection in the event of a fault to maintain stability and reliability at an acceptable level. Failure to detect the fault and to isolate the faulty section at the proper time has disastrous consequences for the shipboard electrical system. This paper aims to present an effective protection scheme for all equipment of the hybrid AC/DC distribution system of ships with a zonal structure. In the proposed scheme, protection against single-phase to ground faults is performed using a high-resistance grounding system and timer, while the current of two-phase and three-phase faults is cleared using the fuse-isolator-switches. The use of a high-resistance grounding system allows uninterrupted operation of the ship's electrical system when single-phase to ground faults occur. Due to not using protective relays, the cost of the proposed scheme implementation is low. The proposed protection scheme includes primary and backup protections and does not require communication infrastructure. Also, all equipment of the ship's electrical system including generator, propulsion motor, busbar, feeder, line, load, and direct current system are considered in the proposed scheme. The coordinate operation of the developed protection scheme is assessed on the ETAP simulation model of a test zonal electrical system of the ship. Manuscript profile

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of carbohydrate and carbohydrate-glutamine supplementation after High intensity interval exercise on interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 plasma levels of young. Methods: Eight young and healthy wrestlers volunteered to participate in this cross-sectional study. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups of carbohydrates (CHO) and carbohydrate-glutamine (GLU+CHO) with a blinded two-way model. After the first blood collection, the subjects performed a period of intense periodic activity. Immediately after the second blood transfusion activity, the subjects performed 3 hours of inactive recovery with carbohydrate intake (1.2 g per kg body weight per hour in solution 15%) or carbohydrate-glutamine (respectively 0.1% Grams per kilogram of body weight in a solution of 15%). 3 and 24 hours after the activity again blood sampling was performed. After a two-week recycling period, the steps were repeated again by substitution of the subjects, interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 of blood plasma were measured by enzymatic method. Results: The results of two-way measurements with repeated measurements indicated significant changes intra-group (time effect) in blood glucose levels interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 at resting stages, immediately, 3 and 24 hours later activity(P≤0.05); however, there was no significant difference in between groups (group effect) between two groups of supplementation (P> 0.05). Conclusion: High intensity interval exercises have resulted in a significant increase in levels of IL-6 and IL-8 immediately and 3 hours after the activity in relation to the resting time in young wrestlers, although no significant difference was observed in adding glutamine to carbohydrates. Objective: Both "environment" and "genetics" are considered as essential factors for the athletic performance of elite people. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between ACTN3 gene polymorphism and strength performance in novice junior wrestlers in Ardabil. Methods: The statistical sample of this study was 15 beginner juvenile wrestlers in Ardabil in the age range of 11-16 years. Subjects had a history of 6 months to 1 year. Measured athletic performance included upper body strength (pre-chest test) and lower body strength (Scott test). ACTN3 gene polymorphism was determined and compared using salivary samples using polymerase chain reaction and direct DNA sequencing (Tetra-ARMs PCR). After examining the normality and homogeneity of the data, independent group t-test and chi-square test were used for analysis. Results: The results of the present study showed that a significant difference was observed in the frequency of ACTN3 gene polymorphism in beginner juvenile wrestlers. The frequency of polymorphisms was higher in healthy homozygous (RR) and heterozygous (RX) genotypes, respectively (n = 12 (RR) and n = n (RX), P = 0.001). The results of t-test analysis of independent groups showed a significant discrepancy between upper and lower body strength performance indices between polymorphisms (RR, RX) (upper body: P = 0.3, lower body strength: P = 0.4).Conclusion: In the present study, the results showed the superiority of healthy homozygous (RR) genotype in ACTN3 gene of novice male adolescent wrestlers in Ardabil, and despite the significant difference in strength performance indices between the two genotypes (RR and RX); However, due to the high strength performance in the RR genotype compared to the RX, it can be said that this genotype can be considered as an important factor in talent identification in juvenile wrestlers, especially in mountainous areas. The current research method was descriptive and correlation type, which was implemented in the field. The statistical population of the research is made up of all the best freestyle wrestlers of the youth, youth and adult age groups of Hamedan province in 1400. The statistical sample was equal to 120 people (top 3 categories in 10 weights). Considering that the statistical population was limited and small, the sampling method was considered as a total number. The measurement tools of the research were two questionnaires of Barton J.E. communication skills (1990) and sss success (2014), whose reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method as 0.9 and 0.89, respectively. Data analysis was analyzed by spss software using descriptive methods such as frequency distribution, frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential methods such as Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation statistical test at significance level p<0.05 and F test. The results of the research show that the communication skills of coaches have a positive and significant effect on the success of wrestlers. Based on this, all three communication skills, i.e., effective listening skills, effective verbal skills, and positive feedback skills of coaches make wrestlers successful. According to the results of the research, the way of communication between the coach and the wrestler and the coach's effort to create an effective relationship with the wrestler is the reason for their success. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches pay more attention to communication skills with wrestlers in their work. Manuscript profile

In this paper, we will examine how American David Taylor, the 86 kg world and Olympic champion, wrestles. We have discussed in detail some of his special features in controlling and dividing energy, the time and manner of implementing techniques, as well as his use of virtual space in confrontation with opponents, and in each case, we point out how to neutralize these features in order to overcome him. The most obvious characteristic of Taylor is having an extraordinary lung volume. He uses this feature well. He lets the opponent work at first and even score points so that when he gets tired, he easily wins over him. He wrestles calmly and is not in a hurry to execute techniques, and at the same time, he does not allow his opponent to gain strength. He has a well-built body and is technically very capable. He also knows how to weaken the opponent mentally and psychologically. Currently, Hasan Yazdani's strongest opponent is David Taylor, and due to the sensitivity of this wrestling at the world level, we are aiming to study Taylor's abilities scientifically and carefully, so that we may be able to help, even if it is small, to the community of respected coaches in our country. Using an effective management method can reduce weed contamination of main crop plants. To investigate the effect of cover crops on weed control and potato yield an experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design with three replications at Research Field of University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in autumn of 2017 and spring of 2018. Experimental treatments consisted of oat (Avena sativa L.), white radish (Raphanus sativus L.) and double blend cultivation with 50% seed ratio and control treatment at 2017 (autumn) and subsequent potato planting in 2018 (spring). The results showed that the cover crops had a significant effect on lambsquarter (Chenopodium album L.), Amaranthus retroflexus L. and total weeds biomass in the main crop (potato) but not on other weeds (including Cirsium arvense L.). The highest biomass (466.1 g.m-2) among the cover crops and the lowest winter weeds biomass were related to white radish monoculture. The lowest weed biomass of amaranthus and total weeds biomass were obtained from white radish, and the lowest biomass of lambsquarter was obtained from white radish+oat. White radish was able to control 45.7% of total weed biomasses compared to control treatment. The highest yield and average tuber weight, marketable percentage and the lowest small potato tubers were obtained by white radish. White radish had the highest yield (3.74 kg.m-2), which increased potato yield by 46.3%, as compared to the control treatment. The highest number of potato tubers was obtained from oat as cover crop. Growing white radish along with oats also had the highest percentage of oversize tubers. In general, white radish can be a good choice to be used for winter cover crop before potato planting, either as a intercropping with Poaceae species or as a monoculture. Manuscript profile

Sport has been historically exercised with purposes of contest or entertainment in different countries, but in new and professional form it coincides with industrial developments. Sociologically, sport is related to the aspects such as contest, entertainment, skills, and joy in the first place, but in fact it deals with wide variety of social issues. Identity, as one of the most important dimensions of athletic character is highly affected by sportive behaviors. Most literature shows that sportsmen have different identities in comparison to none-sportsmen, but here in this research the main idea has established around the identical changes happen during the developments of individuals’ sportive life. In this study three groups of 362 Iranian wrestlers participated. According to the results there were significant differences between three groups due to their competence feeling, self-esteem, and group dependency averages. Additionally, the dominant identity in higher levels was social and in low levels was individual. Finally, in higher levels more homogeneity was observed between individual and social identities. One of the most important issues in international relations is the concept of "power". Joseph Nye's initiative in separating hard power from soft power gave new form to the definition of power. Sports diplomacy is considered as one of the key ways of forming soft power and countries are trying to find solutions to reduce tensions, political, economic and social effects with other actors in this supply. The strong presence of Iranian national teams, especially wrestling, in popular international events such as the Olympic Games has created an opportunity for sports to help improve Iran's position in the new world structure, even reducing tensions with its longtime enemy, the United States. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer the question that what role did the soft power of sports diplomacy, especially wrestling, play in Iran-US relations from 1998 to 2013? Studies using the soft power theoretical framework showed that the main hypothesis about the impact of wrestling on the formation of the soft power of sports diplomacy, at critical times and at the lowest cost has helped to improve Iran-US relations. This study also offers suggestions for better use of ship soft power to reduce problems in Iran-US relations. Manuscript profile

Field and Aims: Iran has been under unilateral US sanctions for years, and the scope of these measures is increasing every day. From the seizure of Iranian property and assets to the threat of seizure of Iranian oil tankers shows the growing tensions. In this regard, the main purpose of this study is to examine US actions in imposing sanctions and seizing Iranian oil tankers from the perspective of international law.          Method: This is a qualitative and applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting information by documentary method and studying international documents, sources related to the subject and the obtained information has been analyzed descriptively-analytically.    Findings and conclusion: The rule of judicial immunity The government has accepted exceptions following changes in the international legal system, including the exemption of tenure and the adoption of the doctrine of limited immunity. Regarding the imposition of unilateral sanctions, there is no explicit text in the Charter of the United Nations that states agree to exert pressure through sanctions in various fields, and therefore, these actions of the United States have no legitimacy. Regarding the US action in seizing Iran's export oil, it should be said that this measure lacks legitimacy in terms of the principle of equality of states, in terms of international rules of the law of the sea and in terms of the principle of protection of state property from seizure by domestic courts. Many herbal supplements have been proposed to increase athletic performance and improve the immune system of athletes. This study aims at comparing the herbal supplement of Plantago major seeds and allopurinol on xanthine, uric acid and some components of leukocytes in wrestlers after an intense exercise. In this semi-experimental study, 12 college wrestlers participated in this study with mean and standard deviation and age range 18.7 ±3.65 years old and BMI 24.64 ± 3.82 kg/m2. These subjects consumed 300 mg of allopurinol or 5 g of Plantago major seed and placebo every day for five days before each test. Blood samples were collected for measuring before and immediately after a vigorous training and sent to the laboratory. Normal data was analyzed using analysis of variance for repeated measures and Banferroni post hoc test at the significance level of 0.05. The present study showed that one session of exhausted circuit–wrestling on xanthine, uric acid, white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes had a significant effect and there was no significant difference between various groups serum baseline levels after receiving five days of supplementation and there was a significant difference in the increase of white blood cells after allopurinol supplementation compared to the control group in response to exercise (P = 0.022), but no significant difference was observed in other variables in response to exercise. Allopurinol probably reduces free radicals and causes less excretion of purines, but it seems that this supplement will increase white blood cells and neutrophils after vigorous activities. In order to study of effect of cultivator and simultaneous cropping on grain yield and yield components in Varzaneh reign (Esfahan province). A stripe plot arrangement of treatment in a randomized complete block design with three replications was used. Cultivator is considered as a main factor with 3 levels: (C1= not cultivator application, C2= application of cultivator in 30 cm stage of corn, C3= application of cultivator in 60 cm stage of corn) and treatment of simultaneous cropping is considered as sub factor in 5 levels: (S1= Cultivation of pure corn, S2= Cultivation of corn + alfa-alfa, S3= Cultivation of corn + mung bean, S4= Cultivation of corn + cowpea, S5= Cultivation of corn + soybean) were assigned in sub plots. Each sub plot consisted of 4 rows; 6 m long with 60 cm between rows space and 20 cm between plants on the rows and S.C 704 hybrid was used. The result have shown that the effect of cultivator application was significant in stem height, wet stem and leaf weight, grain yield, number of ear in m2. Simultaneous cropping affect on grain yield, number of grain in a row and number of ear in m2. The maximum and minimum of grain yield (1859 and 1559 kg ha-1) were obtained with the not application of cultivator and application of cultivator in 60 cm stage of corn, respectively. In the treatment of Simultaneous cropping as the most and least amount of grain yield with an average 1802 and 1620 kh ha-1, were pure corn cultivation and treatment of Simultaneous cropping (corn + mung bean), respectively. Despite the proving of the negative effects of dehydration, many athletes use of this strategy yet. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of dehydration with different degrees on serum levels of enzymes biomarker muscle damage in professional wrestlers in Ahvaz city. Among the professional wrestlers in Ahvaz city, after screening, 40 wrestlers were selected and randomly divided into three experimental groups and one control group. Experimental groups underwent dehydration at three levels of mild, moderate and severe. The plasma levels of Creatine Kinase (CK) and Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured by enzyme kinetics method. for intragroup comparison and intergroup comparison, were used of the dependent t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) test respectively at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that plasma CK levels increased significantly in the moderate and severe dehydration groups and LDH levels increased only in the severe dehydration group (P <0.05). Also, in the intergroup comparison of CK levels, it was observed that there was a significant difference between the severe dehydration group and other groups, as well as the moderate dehydration group and other groups (P <0.05). But no significant difference was observed between the moderate and severe dehydration groups (P <0.05). Also, the results of comparison between groups of LDH showed that only the difference between the severe dehydration group with other groups was significant (P <0.05) and the difference between the other groups was not significant (P <0.05). According to the results of this study, it is suggested that to prevent the possibility of muscle damage and consequently reduced the exercise performance, avoided the dehydration of more than 1% in one session and if necessary, dehydrate in more sessions and for longer.
