In order to be able to know more exactly the position of a writer and his works in a religion, it is worth examining various parallels. Among these parallels, one of the most important is the study of the Chronology of the attention of the scholars of that religion to the author and his works. al-Qāḍī Nuʿmān al-Maghribi (d. 363 AH) is one of the greatest Ismaili jurist and some of whose books has drawn the attention of Imami scholars in recent centuries. Although his books have officially entered the field of Imamiyya since the Safavid period, but some believe that before this period, Imamis scholars have paid much attention to his works, which can be important evidence in proving the reliability of his books to the Imamis. In order to answer this question, this article intends to examine the ups and downs of the attention of Imami scholars to the books of al-Qāḍī Nuʿmān throughout history, especially in the pre-Safavid era, and in this way, it makes the position of his works clearer among them. The right of Carrier in time of receiving goods for mentioning the qualificationof goods in Bill of Lading, is recognized as reservation right. On the other hand, a similar right isconsidered at the end of carriage in favor of consignee In destination, consignee shall have right todeclare the non-conformity of goods with description of Bill of Lading at delivery or to maintain hisright by sending the notice according to regulation after delivery and inspection. Although the rightof consignee can not be mentione in Bill of Lading like the right of carrier, but it could not be entitledother than «Reservation Right for Consignee» .There are different discussions over basic of the rightof consignee against that for carriers’ due to relativity of contract .In some international regulations, right of action for consignee shall be eliminated if notice is not brought timely, except for the case ofcarrier’s malice. The Book of Common Prayer is the short title of a number of prayer books that are read as sources of prayer in Christian churches, including the Anglican Communion, and have a high position in Christian religions. The original prayer book of the Anglican Communion was published in England in 1549 in the reign of King Edward VI. This book, which is the product of the reformation of the Church of England after breaking the relationship with the Church of Rome, was able to find an important place in this church. During the Reformation, it was first formally compiled by Thomas Cranmer, Archbishop of Canterbury, and evidence of Protestant theology can be seen throughout the book. The unique reception of Christians due to the easy access of the religious rulings and laws included in this book, encourages every Christian to perform ceremonies, prayers and other religious and obligatory matters. This book, along with the Bible, while playing a prominent role, shows the rituals of Christianity in it more clearly. In Islam, religious rites, considering the rich resources evident in it and including all the parts of Islamic jurisprudence which are derived from the Quran and the teachings of the great Prophet of Islam, are recommended to every Muslim as constructive and enlightening guidelines. The article discusses the significance of prayer as a means of communication with God. Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of the Christian Science Movement, has a unique perspective on prayer that is worth considering. This movement gained popularity for its ability to reconcile science and health, with the primary goal of returning to the early Christianity and rediscovering its primary healing element. This movement is renowned for its spiritual healing approach to disease, as Eddy believed that illness was an illusion and could only be eliminated through prayer. Thus, prayer became the dominant approach in achieving the movement's objectives. Eddy contends that prayer has special concepts and special conditions, which will be studied in this article. According to Eddy, the spiritual meaning of prayer is to love all humans with affection. Real prayer is not asking God for anything, but rather aspiring to be good and do good work. In Eddy's view, the existential effects of prayer are spiritual progression and trust in God. Eddy believed that prayer is necessary for freedom from dangers such as judging. Manuscript profile

DThe present study was conducted with the aim of modeling energy consumption in the main building of Tehran Municipality, District 5, and in order to determine the type and manner of energy consumption. Design Builder software was used for modeling. The four modeling scenarios were the current state, the use of a movable canopy, the use of a photovoltaic panel, and the combined state. The results showed that the penetration air load coefficient is equal to 3132.5 W/K. Most of the heat received from the sun's heat comes from incoming radiation from the windows of the building. Red and blue are also related to the perceived load of heating and cooling of the building. The highest heat dissipation in cold seasons is related to the roof and glass of the building. Brightness is 54% of the points in the standard range, 2% of the points have more brightness than the standard and 44% of the points have less than the standard brightness. As can be deduced from the available results, the lighting condition (based on the installed capacity per unit area) of this building is higher than the world standards, which can be reduced to some extent without affecting the indoor comfort conditions. According to studies, the shortcomings of the building are significant from an energy perspective. So that the average heat transfer coefficient of the walls is 2.5 times the standard value of topic 19 and the average heat transfer coefficient of the windows is 1.7 times the standard value of topic 19. Also, the average ceiling heat transfer coefficient is 2.2 times the standard value of topic 19. By using smart canopies, the cooling and heating energy has been reduced by 12% compared to the building in the ground state. On the other hand, based on the modeling, it is determined that the total electricity consumption of the building during a year is 1074146 kWh that the panels can produce 88437 kWh during the year. Accordingly, the panels are capable of generating 15/3% of the building's electricity needs. Manuscript profile

It was concluded that in cases where the crime occurred in litigation between spouses, it is possible to conduct an investigation in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure. The local investigation is under the jurisdiction of the judge, according to which he can issue a verdict based on which he has influenced his knowledge. In some cases, in addition to two-way interviews, the principle of neutrality is used to acknowledge the truth in the language of the couple, and in general, it can be concluded that the rule prohibiting the study of evidence is not a completely absolute rule and within the framework of the principle On the other hand, measures can be taken to obtain evidence that couples' litigation is more flexible than other civil litigation. The purpose of the present study is to review the jurisprudential status of preventive lawsuits and their legal requirements. The research method is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that God in Surah al-'Asr has advised Muslims on the necessity of taking preventive measures to prohibit any harm. Meanwhile, the sapient foundation has advised on the prevention of harmful measures. The explicit message of the principle of Lā Zarar (no harm) is that loss and damage should be prevented by any means. Principles of Tasbib and Itlāf have also admonished for the necessity of doing any measures which prevent harm. Therefore, the preventive lawsuits of compensation are acknowledged if logically there is a likelihood of harm by the defendant. The adopted laws have also referred to this issue although there is not an accurate procedure for this important case. Thus, with reference to the principle 167 of the Constitution and relevant jurisprudential interpretations, the judiciary system should be obliged to recognize these types of lawsuits.    Manuscript profile

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to review the correlation between layoff cost and asymmetric cost behavior or cost stickiness. Methods: The number of workers and legal claim costs for searching layoff costs were chosen as 2 criteria in this research. The sample under study included 108 corporations accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange during 2016-2021.Results: An increase in the number of workers leads to more labor cost stickiness and if their number declines, labor cost stickiness decreases too. As for legal claims, if a corporation has more legal claims, labor cost stickiness goes up and if it has less legal claims, labor cost stickiness comes down too. Conclusions: Layoff costs play a main role in moderating cost behavior models.  Manuscript profile

A condition for prayers to be accepted is to know god and to give attention to prayers. Therefore prayer is the beginning of the way and not the end of it. Any sort of attention to god and any sort of heartily connection with divine spirit is considered as pray and worship. The strongest connection between human and their creator is in the prayer.  Fervent prayer in the Persian literature is in the category of lyrical literature and originates from feelings and sentiments. Ferdowsi utilizes benediction instead of fervent prayer more than other poets. In hardship, characters of the Shahnameh after purification, beg to God for their problems to be solved. They sometime find private connection with God without thinking to their own wills. This research is an investigation in the Shahnameh with respect to prayers and with the aim of obtaining knowledge on Shahname’s theism. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, the presence of distributed generations has made traditional networks into dynamic state. Current flow fluctuation, increment of fault current and as a result loss of coordination and also error in relays operation in safe sections in the network have been among the problems due to using these generations. Finding solution for these problems has always been challenging over the years. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a new solution in the study of protection system operation in electrical energy networks by using intelligent electronic equipment with communication protocols at the level of distribution networks. In recent years, telecommunications platform and intelligent equipment usage has provided a platform that has been able to show its effectiveness against network sudden changes. Multi-Agent system is the name of this communication platform that has been able to pioneer the beginning of a fundamental change in the design of protection systems in electrical energy networks by using a new scheme. These systems have shown that they have not been without problems and in some cases have caused problems for the network. In the proposed approach, the multilayer structure of the multi-agent system will be broken and the surfaces will be independent of each other. Unlike the typical multi-agent system protection method, protection settings at the moment of fault are not calculated for the entire network. This problem, which has not been seen in previous methods, also removes a large load density from the central unit and increases the operating speed and reliability of the protection system. Prayers and supplications to God are one of the most spiritual moments in the life of every theologian and religious person. The prayers and supplications of Masnavi have special verbal actions that indicate their secondary meaning. The theory of "speech action" as one of the most important topics in discourse analysis in the field of linguistics was first proposed by Austin, and after him, Searle proposed a fivefold classification for it. The basis of Searle's theory of speech action is based on the fact that the roles of the verb and the following sentence in the process of discourse can be divided into five categories: expressive, emotional, persuasive, obligatory and declarative actions. In the present study, an attempt has been made to analyze the prayers and supplications of Masnavi based on the method of content analysis, and Searle's theory of speech actions. The results of this research show that each of Rumi's prayers and supplications has a specific speech action among Searle's five categories. The results show that "persuasive action" has higher frequency than the others and "declarative action" is not used. Manuscript profile

Praying and expressing mystery and need with God are among the emphatic religious and mystical teachings. On the other hand, one of the mystical levels and authorities is the position of Reza, that is, the seeker must have complete satisfaction with the divine destiny and be always satisfied with the satisfaction of the truth. The question is whether there is a contradiction between praying and the status of satisfaction. In this research, there are a few things that have been indicated on the necessity of prayer and supplication from the Holy Quran and the hadiths of the Infallibles (AS) and the words of the saints of God, and it has been stated that prayer is the brain of worship, prayer is the weapon of the believer and There are those who do not succeed in praying. The great Islamic mystics also say about Reza that the seeker should not be sad about what he lost and should not be happy about what he achieves, and he should be satisfied with the judgment of truth and be sure that God has the best destinies for him in mind. Has taken and all things are based on divine wisdom, so do not object to the divine judgment and be thankful. From the analysis of these two seemingly reciprocal matters based on the Qur'an and mysticism, it has been concluded that the seeker can start praying while he must be satisfied with the divine judgment. He considers praying as a divine command, a means of talking to God and his duty, and on the other hand, he is completely satisfied with everything that is intended for man in fate and destiny, and he likes whatever God has pleased for him. By bringing an action to the court, a kind of legal relationship is created between the parties to a dispute. People in this legal relationship sometimes state an objection to the authenticity of the deed before, after, or simultaneous with the claim of payment. The principle of the prohibition of the multiplicity of the objection to the authenticity of the deed is one of the important and notable topics in civil law which attracts the attention of every reader. This principle is stated in the second part of Article 228 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The question of the present study is whether it is possible to deal with the authenticity of the deed from the jurisprudential and legal point of view if the objection is made before, after, or simultaneous with the claim of payment. Research and investigation in jurisprudential and legal sources and identification of common and specific bases of this principle yielded the conclusion that given the circumstances, it can be said that an objection to the authenticity of a deed can be stated before, after, and simultaneous with the claim of payment; otherwise, it is impossible to state the case simultaneously or consecutively. Also, by specifying the grounds for this principle, the purpose of the legislator from the enactment of Article 228 Civil Procedure can be discovered and provide answers to the questions raised in this regard. The present study aims to provide a jurisprudenctial examination of the subject by studying the basics of the issue in Islamic law and jurisprudence and substantive law. Manuscript profile

Food labelling plays a major role in the marketing and identification of products. Given the different physical conditions of each person, the nutritional needs of individuals will also be different. In this context, manufacturers must ensure the integrity of the content and labelling of foodstuffs so that they do not confuse consumers and do not compromise their health. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the labelling information and its compliance with the criteria established by the FDA. In this descriptive-analytical study, the labelling information of 272 dairy products was recorded. Then the information was investigated with documents in the Food and Drug Administration and the general guidelines of food and beverages. The results showed that 45.2% of the samples contained descriptive statements, of which 50.18% were unauthorized. There was 50.55%, 95.6%, 68.4%, 57.5%, defect with the FDA labelling in enrichment foods, probiotic foods, health claims, and nutrition facts label, and 0.36% of the samples claims were invalid. 3.2% of the samples had nutritional claims, and 14% of the samples hadn’t traffic-light nutrition labelling. Food labels are a tool for measuring the health of products and will have a significant role in reducing NCD. This study reveals the need for more and more rigorous monitoring of food labels. Masnavi of Layli and Majnun, written by Ghasemi Al-Hosayni Gonabadi (982 AD Deyar bakr), was published in 2014 by Zahra Ekhteyari’s introduction, correction and annotation. Two respectable students by claiming of description of verses, have written a criticism in less than 10 pages on it. This article is written to violate and criticize their scrip. They have claim of description, without describing even one verse. Their script is mostly incorrect, inefficient and long writing. Sometimes, they have quoted some parts of the corrector’s descriptions by their own names. In some cases, they have added a second meaning to some interpretations, whereas the corrector’s method is on balance and not on verbosity; so she consciously didn’t use different meanings of one interpretation. They also plagiarize from the introduction of the book, which the corrector has written. Their script is published in a journal which isn’t approved by Science Ministry. Verbosity and false reasoning, are the most important features of the script. Their criticisms aren’t based on scientific reasons, so I don’t accept them and I fairly presented my reasons. I advise these two students to read the book more carefully and fairly, also to study the methodology of correcting text, writing introduction and formatting text..  Manuscript profile

Having such a special position made the children of the Imams (AS) easily not accept the Imamate of a brother or nephew who has reached the position of Imamate and try to reach such a position themselves. One of these children is Jafar, the brother of Imam Hassan Askari (AS) and the uncle of Imam Zaman (AS). Because Imam al-Zaman (as) was young and in absentia, and except for a few members of his family and Shiites, no one had seen him, he sought to usurp the position of Imamate of Imam al-Zaman (as) and for some time with some Shiites. Given that the presence of distributed generation resources as well as network restructuring has always been a concern for network managers, so it is expected that with the introduction of smart equipment and capabilities that provide network managers, better performance and maintenance They help. Intelligent devices are able to exchange information by communicating on a telecommunications platform. The purpose of this paper is to coordinate the protection relays in the presence of distributed generation sources by removing the connection between the relay agents and the information collected from the entire network by the central controller. The proposed method, in addition to improving the speed of the traditional multi agent system protection system, increases the security of the protection system and eliminates the need for information from one agent of one section to the agents of another sections. In this study, first zeolite CaY was obtained through the reaction of zeolite NaY with CaCl2. Then it was functionalized by reaction with an organic linker, 3-chloropropyl triethoxysilane, followed by reaction with 4-methylpyridine (4-MePyr IL@CaY). The structure and morphology of this new multi-functional nanoporous material were investigated and identified using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA-DTA) and Brunaeur-Emmet-Teller (BET) instrumental analyses. The catalytic activity of this multifactorial nanosystem in the easy synthesis of 4-(arylidene)-3-methyl-5-(4H)-isoxazolones was investigated through the three-component condensation reaction of various benzaldehydes, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and ethyl acetate under green conditions. One of the obvious advantages of this nanocatalyst is the presence of Lewis acid (Ca2+) sites and ionic liquid 4-methylpyridinium chloride on a nanoporous solid substrate, which can be very important and instructive in multi-component syntheses. Simplicity of process, catalyst recyclability and easy product separation, high yield and mild conditions are other advantages of this procedure. Manuscript profile

He himself has commanded and encouraged prayer and has undertaken to answer it unconditionally. Praying is a form of worship, and avoiding it is arrogance and arrogance before the Lord of the universe. The spirit of prayer, worship and devotion, and the condition for its realization, is sincerity. Another important condition for the fulfillment of prayer is the feeling of need and humiliation in the presence of the needless, and one of the important areas for answering prayer is asking for forgiveness, enumerating blessings, giving thanks, trusting and entrusting the result to oneself. One of the effective factors in answering prayers is insisting on praying, waiting for answers and praying in any case, whether in trouble or in comfort. Prayer is the line between God and man. Prayer purifies the inner man. When we pray, that is, we are chosen, then we receive an answer; At the same time, when man is in trouble, he finds God. Manuscript profile

Purpose: In this research, the possibility of improving the Fama - French models using new definitions of risk factors in the Tehran Stock Exchange, has been investigated. The goal is to determine the risk factors with the highest predictive power and identify the optimal model.Methodology: Using the monthly returns of the sample firms during the 2006 to 2021 period, the abnormal stock returns were investigated. Then, using the GRS test and the Fama - Macbeth approach, we calculated the mispricing error of the models and the risk premia of each variable. The data used in the study were collected from Rahavard Novin and Codal databases.Findings: The results reveal that including new definitions of risk factors instead of the original ones in the models can reduce the mispricing error in the Fama - French five-factor model. Moreover, Fama - Macbeth regressions showed no profitability and investment effect in the Tehran Stock Exchange, although they strengthen the risk premia of the market, size and value factors.Originality / Value: The results of the present research can be used to reduce the error of the asset pricing process. Also, the optimal model introduced in this research can be utilized to predict stock returns and design investment strategies based on those returns. Manuscript profile

Seeking God is one of the natural human desires that throughout history, humans have always shown this natural desire. Imam Baqera says: Their destiny is for knowledge. In this article, the title "The teaching of monotheism in the Arafa prayer of Imam Hossein" is explained. Prayer is a drop from the boundless sea of divine knowledge that has flowed from the mouth of God's saints. When a person refers to the prayers of Imams Athar (PBUH), he sees himself next to a boundless ocean, and through the Arafa prayer, it is full of pure divine mysticism that we are looking for in this article. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of gathering information in the form of documents What is inferred as the result of considering monotheism in the prayer of Arafa is hidden in this phrase of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, in the prayer of Arafa: "For God is jealous, and nothing is just, and nothing is like an object" because there is nothing like God, hence, the relationship of man with Other things should not be like his relationship with God. The oneness of God requires that the relations of the creatures with him should also be oneness. The meaning of devotional monotheism appears better here that a person is only obedient to God and bows before him. Manuscript profile
