Islamic narrative sources provided different statistics on the number of Jews killed in the Bani Qurayzah battle, mostly between 400 and 900. Except for a few, the other narrations are “mursal” and not musnad. Some historians and scholars have looked at the statistics with confirmation, some have denied them, and some have remained silent about them. In this article, we intend to date the mentioned statements as much as possible based on the method of document-text analysis, and determine the period and context of their emergence. In the next step, using some other narrations related to that battle and related historical information such as the number of tribes, we will analyze and evaluate the statistics. From all the studies, we can conclude that the relevant narrations, at least after the killing of Bani Qurayzah was accepted among Muslims, spread to various Islamic regions such as Mecca, Medina, and Kufa in the first half of the second century, and a little later. It has spread to cities like Baghdad and Basra. Manuscript profile

Critical approach of authenticity of a hadith (narration) based on specific criterion, received little attention by "Shia". It might be due to the lack of knowledge about this method during the time of the Imams (a.s) however, one can identify the first movement to look at the written-hadith heritage using critical approach in the Shi’i Imams era. In this research, we are going to analyze the causality and the manner in which this critical movement of Shiite hadith appeared and its procedure in dealing with narrations. And also we will examine the way in which this movement interacted with the traditions through the historical-narrative method.” Identifying Ghulat (extreme exaggerators) and their role in the Shiite written heritage is the most important achievement of this critical movement. The most valuable outcome of this movement is the compilation of books which criticizing the narrators and text, the gathering of authentic Ahadith and spreading the culture of exposing Ahadith to the Imams and comparing with Quran and Sunnah. In some periods of Islamic history, apart from the original verses and Hadiths that express the Islamic view of the fate of the world, a large collection of non-authentic eschatological literature and Hadiths was prevalent in Islamic texts and popular literature. Apart from recognizing the eschatological beliefs contained in them, this vast literature is also noteworthy from the perspective of extending some of the ancient eschatological ideas, and to understanding the macro-historical perspective that lies behind them, as well as their implications for some contemporary social and cultural environment and events. This paper analyzes an eschatological quasi-Hadith that Maqdisī, a famous geographer, encountered with and quoted in Fārs. According to the findings of this study, this quasi-Hadith is a reflection of some of the eschatological and at the same time non-apocalyptic tendencies in the Iranian and Islamic milieu in the 4th century AH/ 10th century AD. This quasi-Hadith also represents a mixture of a kind of cosmopolitan and non-hegemonic ideal and an ethnic ideal in the Iranian sense, which, of course, is not fully in line with the Iranian Shahanshāhī ideology. Hence, it is possible that apart from general Iranian historical perspective, some traces of cosmopolitan attitudes influenced by non-Zoroastrian worldviews that are inconsistent with the Shahanshāhī ideology, which has a hue of Islamic literature, are reflected in this quasi-Hadith Manuscript profile

Throughout the history, scholars have had an influential role on thepolitical life of societies. Being aware of their important role andposition, rulers have deemed it necessary to have interaction withscholars, to get acceptability & legitimacy and to make the intellectuallife of the society follow the state, in order to dominate society easily. However, this interaction was not all the time beneficial for the state, but, sometimes, scholars’ confrontation with rulers led to theirweakness and even their fall. This article investigates the interactionbetween the Umayyads and scholars, and indicates the establishment, goals and influences of some of these intellectual schools likeTraditionists, Procrastinators (Murji’ites), Necessitarians and Freewillers(Qadarites), and demonstrates that these scholars have notacted in the same way: some of them were at Umayyad’s service, tojustify their right to rule; while others criticized Caliphate, in general, and Umayyads’ Caliphate, in particular, which led to changes anddevelopments in Islamic society. This articleanswers the question, whether early Muslim traditionists, werefamiliar with this phenomenon and also which technical \adīth termsare coined for explaining different features of traditions and theirtransmitters related to common link. Review of early \adīth worksreveals that the technical terms such as “gharīb” and “fard” are coinedand used concerning some aspects of the same phenomenon.Furthermore, it identifies that “madār” is equivalent with the Westernterm “common link”. Finally, examining how early traditionists dealtwith this phenomenon, this paper clarifies that the difference betweenWestern and Muslims scholars’ understanding and interpretation ofthis phenomenon, is rooted in their different approaches to the validityof HHadīth and their method in criticizing the traditions. Nafas al-Mahmūm, is written about the martyrdom of Husayn bin ʿAli  and  has met with the favor and attention of the Shiite community more than other similar writings. In composing this book, Sheikh Abbas Qumi (d. 1941) used the method of hadith scholars, emphasizing on isnad, and tried to write his work based on sources that he considered authentic. Al-Qumi sought to put aside the last layers from the martyrdom of al-Husayn literature, which were often added during the Qājārid era (1789-1925). However, this process does not seem to produce a single, coherent narration of the ‘ashura event. The main shortcomings of the book are:  relying on some historians and hadith scholars and referring to their sources frequently without criticizing their narrations, not identifying the primary sources of the tradition or ignoring it, lack of reports verification, lack of checking the accuracy of the reports, ignoring conflict between reports, lack of historical approach and finally, the lack of coherence in the conclusion and selection of the preferred report. It can be said that although this book keeps the reader away from the distortions of the late period, the number of different reports on each issue does not allow the reader to find out Qumi's opinion. Abstract :Government employees and agents as the executive arm of the government may commit crimes in line with their job duties that cause Weakening or depriving the public of trust in governments, so in this study, while examining the nature of these crimes, we seek to implement the criminal policy of Islamic and Iranian criminal law in the financial crimes of government employees. This research has been done in terms of practical purpose and in terms of collecting information by documentary method and by studying valid laws and sources and the obtained information has been analyzed descriptively-analytically.A progressive criminal policy seeks to minimize the criminal phenomenon or, ideally, to remove it from society. The realization of this important issue depends on the use of the facilities, capacities and pillars of society, and the effective and efficient participation of civil society in this regard can have a huge and tremendous impact on its realization. Iran's criminal policy in the legislative, judicial and executive types in relation to specific crimes of government employees is of the type of government repression. But the criminal policy of Islam, which is based on a religious and doctrinal view and is inferred from the Qur'an and hadiths, in the face of corruption, contrary to repressive models that seek the participation of civil society to suppress, seeks to take advantage of the participation and role of civil society for rehabilitation and It is a correction. In Holy Quran (68:42) one of the characteristics of the Day of Judgment hasbeen described as “the day when the leg shall be bared” which is a metaphorfor removing the veil of Glory; and subsequently the humiliation of creaturesare shown by general command for prostration. In this research, by takingadvantage of mystical principles and traditional commentaries, fourpropounded questions about these verses (68:42-43) are responded: thegenerality of this command; benefit and sagacity of prostration, polytheists’disability, and whose presence to prostrate. By referring to the HadithTahawwol (a tradition about God's self-transmutation at the Resurrection)-upon which Ibn al-Arabī’s theory of Ilāh ul-Motaghid were developed- andthe other traditions mentioned under these verses by other commentators, author comes to the conclusion that the interpretation of “the leg shall bebared” is associated with divine theophany in the form of Perfect Man.According to Hadith Tahawwol, God reveals Himself to each group ofpeople, but they keep on denying Him until He transmutes Himself intoa form that has the mark which they recognize. However, the Day ofJudgment is the field where monotheists are detached from others. Hence, aparticular theophany is needed by which monotheists start prostrating andothers fail to do so. Concerning the fact that in Shiite tradition the phrase “sāqal-ʻarsh” has been interpreted as the meeting place of the light of oneness(Tawhīd) and the Mohammadian light, and “Kashf sāq” has been interpretedas the authority and guardianship of Shiite Imams, and with regard to what isnarrated in Bukhari’s Sahih one can interprete the verse as the epiphany ofuniversal guardianship. Therefore, prostration in the Day of Judgment beforethis Truth is like angles’ bowing down to man. Manuscript profile

In the epistemological geometry of Shiites, the knowledge of Imam has a special importance. Because the meaning and concept of the Imam according to the Shiites is the perfect human being who is the mediator of divine grace, and by establishing a relationship with the true Imam, it can gain a correct knowledge of God and other doctrinal principles. This is why in the hadith of the knowledge of Imam, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: "If someone dies and the Imam does not know his Imam, he has died to the death of ignorance." The hadith of Imam's knowledge is one of the consecutive and valid hadiths between Shiites and Sunnis. This hadith has been considered by the authors from different angles. But a significant question is what is meant by ignorant death? According to the author, undoubtedly, the hadith of knowledge and similar narrations express the importance and necessity of guardianship, and those who are merely non-mystics to the Imam of their time cannot be excommunicated. Abstract: Both estrangement and alienation press in certain mental and physical complications in man’s life and force him to experience mental deficiency, and feel a lack of positive communal or individual sense of belonging. However, the Jahili sense of these terms is quite different from their modern application. In the Jahili period, old age and senility are the main reasons for such inconveniences which would well reverberate all through a poet’s being and work. These poets, then, would treat their problems in peculiar ways. Some would surrender and some would violently push themselves and their poetic expression to extreme limits. Introversion and extroversion are the key moves assumed by either group. However, modern Arab writers, unlike their Jahili counterparts, experienced imperial and colonial hegemony since the beginning of the 17th century, and were introduced to extreme changes in life style and world views. This overwhelming alien influence has been remodeled in the form of a more repressing global force. The crushing mark of such influences has led to great waves of migration and self-denial among Muslim and Arab elites who have failed to reconcile themselves with a heritage and legacy once firmly established in the spirit of human life. The beginning of the novel is the gateway to its world. So this may cause some novelists to stop writing their own novels; because starting a novel is one of the most difficult things about writing a story. The beginning of a story can guide the reader into its world, if it is engaging and encouraging. So the first scene of the story can play a huge role in encouraging the reader and communicating with the text; because the beginning of the story is the bridge between the novelist and the reader. This research intends to examine the beginning of the novel based on its initial scene and it focuses on the techniques that the novelist used in the beginning of his novel. Although research on the beginning of the novel has had a prominent place in contemporary research on the novel, this field requires more effort to show the importance of the novel's beginning and to pay attention to its constitutive elements. The beginning of the novel “Endama Tashikh al-Zeab” has special potentials that draw our attention to it. The importance of this research is that it attempts to pay attention to the beginning of the story and its elements and examine the extent of connection of novel's beginning with the novel itself as an interconnected system and a text in the structural perspective. Therefore, this study deals with the first scene of the novel and draws attention to the relationship between the novel and its beginning. The results of this study show that the narrator has used techniques in this novel that those techniques have overcome on the modern novel and he has put the characters at tipping point of his attention to show a world full of contradictions. The narrator uses a polyphonic technique in this novel to avoid the traditional monotony. Manuscript profile

Exploring literary texts and critiques of such works has been always a subject of literary criticism. Formalism that from now on referred to as 'new criticism' emerged in 20 century. The literary texts analysis in this school was done solely through form and structure based on linguistics. The authors of this paper intend to study and present a sonnet of Sa'adi (deceased in ah 690) as well as a sonnet of Mirza Sohrab of Darabjerdi with the pen name of (deceased in ah 975), from formalist criticism viewpoint in an analytic-descriptive method. After studying both sonnets and sources associated with formalist criticism, they concluded that the vocabulary used with negative connotation, music (exterior, lateral, and internal) as well as rhetorical figures and figures of speech in the two texts has significant role in conveying the meaning and content proposed by Sa'adi and of Darabjerd considered Sa'adi's style and language in his sonnets and has been successful in inducing his intended meaning of distress (hozn and andooh) from the sepration (hijrān), that is well influenced from the form and structure of Sa'adi's sonnets.          It is Necessary to know that the curriculum of teaching  a language isn't a local science, so we must utilize these new Teaching methods in the world. The old methods need to  be developed and changed constantly so that we may not be faced with  the challenges of the new methods. For example, learning the second language according to the old methods like Grammar Translation Method is out of date in the world but we still use this method in spite of knowing the fact that it is useless. A glance at the English books and comparing them with the modern books indicates that there are attempts to modernize it. This essay tries to draw a picture of the desired situation to learn Arabic language in Iran. This aim can't be reached unless we know the situation of this language in Iran and its methodology  in order to establish its practical bases. We must understand the defects of our educational systems and  the reasons why our students can't speak Arabic fluently. Manuscript profile

Literature of resistance is the sign of conscious conscience against violence of enemies and restoring human rights and also a collective reaction against domination of oppression that may be imposed from inside or outside. As a country in  which policies of terror, oppression and war by the "Baath regime" ,attacks of America ,and imposing global sanctions observed during recent few decades, Iraq has been a proper context for rise of resistance literature and warrior and exiled poets. "Adnan Al-Saeq" (born1955), contemporary Iraqi poet, is one of these poets whose poetic concepts are an outcry against the oppression of "Baath regime" and American occupation and abuses of world superpowers and a cry for union with mass movements and defense of the oppressed Palestinian people. Adnan uses different techniques in expressing his purposes including calling religious-historical events, applying masks of some historical figures, fictional odes, conversation elements, satire , burlesques, and symbolism.  Manuscript profile

This article probes the career of the Iraqi poetess Nazik al-Mal’ika who earned a vital role in modern Arabic poetry from 1940’s through 1960’s. This lady entered a literary battle traditionally undertaken by men and actually did prove her creativity and originality and secured for herself an unimpeachable status in the canon of Arabic literature. Nazik is the Iraqi representative of the romantic school of poetry that is based on creativity and not imitation. Nazik was responsible for an evolution in this school which had virtually reached Iraq late. Nazik was one of the pioneers of poetic transformation. Such transformation had already spread across many countries around the world. This fine poetess championed the propagation of originality, novelty, and criticism in Arabic poetry. Nazik experienced cultural and sexual discrimination in a conservative family and society dominated by male chauvinism which deprived women from self-expression. Nazik could not attend literary clubs and gatherings and in compliance to public opinion was inhibited like other women from integrating with men in social contexts. Manuscript profile

Sonnet "Afif" found existence during Abbasid period, in spite of presence of Sufi poets and on top of them Mohammad Davood Esfahani known as Zaheri who went beyond physical sensation and lived with a pure and holy love. This sonnet was the result of unaffected Islamic education in which religious teachings immingled with human spirit which resulted in  chastity and virtue. Among most important features of this sonnet is "Nirfana" which had great influence on Arabic poetry progress because it created a distinct poetic purpose and in addition to maintaining classic poetic methods it was influenced by Islamic civilization and other cultures of that time.    The  aim of this study is to reveal some characteristics of spiritual nurturing being common among Buda, Sufi and importance of mystic life and its position in these two religions and to discover scientific methods and tools to accommodate it with keeping away from sensual desires and moving toward divine essence as well as investigating Nirfana's thought in the sonnet "Afif". Death, pain, lack of will, inner tension, and masochism are some of its most important elements. Therefore, exact investigating of this poet's poems will reveal its technical value and chaste approach in studying this distinct poetic aspect.  Manuscript profile

This paper deals with analyzing symbolism and its various manifestations in contemporary poetry of Palestine. There is no doubt that resistance literature aims at revealing the oppressive face of enemy and unveiling its evil and animosity against oppressed nations. Therefore, this literature makes efforts to use all expressive tools and capabilities to describe the enemy’s conspiracies and frauds against different nations. The Palestinian poet has used the technique of symbolism as an effective tool for stating intellectual viewpoints and his suppressed emotions as well as depicting the atrocities and crimes of the Zionist Regime to the Palestine’s oppressed nation. This is why he has taken symbolism resources from history, religion, nature and literature. This study has reached to this conclusion that symbolism in this poetry collection has significant purposes among which we can refer to the influence on the audiences, persuading their emotions, and creating common understanding on the poetic topics. Abbas Mahmoud AL-Aqqad is considered as one of illustriouspersonalities of Arab world in contemporary era. He is said to be of great works in social, political, religious and literary areas and does not ignore to compose poem and has published about ten poetic divans. There are hot critical views about his poetry and the critics are divided into three groupspros and cons and moderate. Famous Lebanese critic,Maroon Abboud, is the toughest opponent of his poetry and heridicules and criticizes his poems in a harsh way. Studying the poetry of Abbas Mahmoud Al-Aqqad,it is clear that Abboud's views are far from scientific spirit and constructive criticism;they are in restraints of categoriesbeing dominant in criticism of Arab world in twentieth century. In studying the poetry Aqqad says “I do not compare him with Naji, Abushadi, Taha, Seirafi, Khafif, Bashar Fars,SalehJaudat,ZakiMobarak and anyone who has engaged in composing poetry in Egypt. All of them even ZakiMobarakare better than him.” Accordingly, it is necessary for us to study and criticize Abboud'sopinionsand thoughts fairly and impartially and to showreal face of Aqqad'spoetry especially in "al-Karwan gift", "vahyAl-Arba'aeen" and "AberSl-Sabil" distinguished in terms of innovation, subject orientation, unity and integration of the ode. The main finding of this study is that in many cases Abbouddoes notobservefair judgment and is influenced by personal and group interests althoughin some cases his criticism is fair and right. This is due to the fact that  competition among critics in Arab world, particularly in Egypt and Lebanon in the twentieth century led the criticism towards bigotry and away from true scientific spirit  Manuscript profile

Islamic Theosophy is closely and inseparably related with Koran and Hadith. Koran is the precious and methodical guideline for mankind. Koran not only has instructions regarding religious tasks and rituals but also has a rich and artistic literature. It has all features of a true art work both in its structure and in content. Sufis have found some pretexts both in Koran and in Hadith, based on which they tend to prove that there is a string that makes a link between the almighty God and the mortal human. And since generally the sayings are mystical, strange and coded, they believe that Koran means more than what it is seemed at the surface and the true meanings are covert, spiritual and deep and cannot be understood deeply unless through intuition or revelation. Such an attitude justifies a commentary approach to Koran. Due to vastness of Koranic concepts and Hadith, and for the link they have with theosophical thoughts, this essay attempts to brieflystudythis linkage and to manifest Sufis’ commentary approach to Koran and Hadith. Ahadith are of great importance to mystics and Sufis, as they have cited them to explain their intellectual frameworks, both after Quranic verses and independently. This is confirmed by the application of more than ten thousand ahadith and pseudo-ahadith. However, sometimes a coherent and codified system is observed in some of these applications, but most of them lack a formal order or arrangement, where only the semantic function of the cited ahadith has been considered. If a "mystic" or sufi is well-acquainted with ahadith and even goes beyond that, to the extent of being considered a "hadith-narrator" (or mohaddeth), he will have a unique "perception" and "application" for ahadith due to his special worldview and methodology. This "methodological monopoly" does not imply that there is a "single approach" to dealing with ahadith, as one group has considered hadith narration to be subject to the fulfillment of tasks such as "self-purification" while another group strictly prohibited any hadith narration. By relying on library sources, the quantitative and qualitative status of the ahadith applied in the most important mystical prose works of the first seven centuries were studied in this research. The findings showed that the citation of narratives has been increased during the first seven Islamic centuries, and mystics and sufis have not sought to explain their methodology in approaching and perceiving ahadith; rather, they have used them with respect to the positivist function of "prophetic hadith" to establish their own teachings and goals. This research is in the line of fundamental and theoretical researches. It is a qualitative research. For this purpose, first, the literature and other researches were studied and reviewed. Related documents and Islamic texts were studied, summarized and analyzed. After summarizing and analyzing, more evidence was obtained about the role of self-sufficiency in social dignity from the perspective of the Qur'an and mysticism, and then the content of verses and hadiths in this field is analyzed. After defining social dignity from the perspective of the Qur'an and mysticism, we expressed self-sufficiency and independence and the view of the Qur'an and mysticism in this regard, and the factors and consequences of self-sufficiency and economic independence in terms of the multifaceted importance of these elements and role. They were discussed in social dignity. And the way to achieve self-sufficiency is nothing but work and job creation for the young and active force of society, and in the other direction, self-sufficiency of military and scientific independence, which is more important and influential than each other, was examined. In addition to self-sufficiency and independence according to the Qur'an, self-sufficiency mentioned in mysticism in this article is practical and spiritual self-sufficiency and its role in the social dignity of the mystic. The mystic sees his social dignity drowning in spiritual independence by going through divine knowledge and practical mystical journey. Manuscript profile

The jurisprudential works of Abadiyyah - a sect that branched off from the Kharijite body which has continued its political and ideological life until now - are important not only in the study of the history of this sect, but also in the jurisprudential studies of the history of Islam, especially in the areas of the peninsula and North Africa. They deserve attention. Among the authors of Abazi works, Bishr bin Ghanem (Abu Ghanem Khorasani) has a prominent position. In this article, the validity of al-Maduna Abu Ghanem and the author's reliability and his method have been investigated, and the most important question to investigate is the position and validity of this book among muhaddiths and jurists. The result is that it is difficult to prove that al-Maduna is fake and baseless, which some non-Abadi scholars have attached to it, and Abadi scholars agree on the authenticity and authenticity of its hadiths. One of the strengths of al-Madoonah is accuracy in quoting hadiths, comparative studies and comparative jurisprudence, and expressing jurisprudential issues in the form of questions and answers. However, confusions such as the mixing of hadith with the sayings of elders, as well as the inclusion of narrations unrelated to the topic of each chapter and messenger, and the interruption of narrations, are considered the weaknesses of this book. There is a possibility that these weaknesses made their way into the book due to Abu Ghanem not editing the book himself. Manuscript profile

One of the shortcomings of hadith studies is the lack of sufficient information about the historical course of hadiths. Knowing the historical evidence of hadiths helps to evaluate the authenticity of hadiths. Mystics have their own principles in dealing with hadith. The difference of their basis with the scholars of hadith has caused mystics to be sometimes attributed to forgery and distortion of hadiths. It seems that the analysis of the historical course of the hadiths by the mystics with precise scientific methods paves the way for understanding their principles and rules in the face of the hadiths. This study examines the historical course of the hadith "Konto Kenzan Makhfiia" in 110 mystical sources. An attempt has been made to analyze the history of use and frequency of this hadith quantitatively and qualitatively using modern scientific methods. The research findings show that in different historical periods, this hadith has been considered by mystics. The sunnis believe that the prophet Mohammad ordered the prohibition of transcribing the hadith. They have cited the prophet’s speech in this regard in some of their sources. However, they are unaware of the fact that these narrations have no basis. This article investigated the prohibition of transcribing the hadith after the demise of Prophet Mohammad. The followings can be counted as the effects of the prohibition of transcribing the hadith: the easiness of forging the hadith, the spread of lies and forgetfulness of the prophet’s lifestyle, the ruin of large number of prophet’s hadiths, the release of the Israelis and distorting the truth of the religion, the arbitrary interpretation and disagreement among Muslims, and the seclusion of prophet’s households. The effects of Jewish scholars on the caliph, and their religious and political beliefs can be the other reasons for the prohibition of transcribing the hadith. The prohibition of transcribing the hadith also created the ground for forging the hadith and spreading lies in the name of the Prophet. Manuscript profile

One of the shortcomings in the subject of hadith and narration is the lack of sufficient information about the historical course of hadiths. Knowledge of the historical evidence of hadiths and whether hadiths existed in Islamic sources in the early centuries can help assess the validity of hadiths. Different Islamic sects have shown special attention to the hadiths of the Infallibles. Among mystics, they have also addressed this issue and in their works, while referring to the hadiths of the Infallibles (AS), they have based their foundations on this basis. Muslim mystics have their own principles in dealing with hadith. The difference between their basis and other Islamic sects has sometimes caused mystics to be attributed to forgery and distortion of hadiths. Paying attention to the historical course of hadiths by mystics with scientific methods can be a way to understand their rules and principles in dealing with hadiths. This research has examined the historical course of seven hadiths considered by Muslim mystics in one hundred and ten mystical sources. An attempt has been made to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the historical course and frequency of these hadiths using modern research methods. Research findings show that some mystical hadiths were few in number in the early centuries and have been favored by mystics in recent centuries. However, some hadiths have appeared in mystical works since the beginning of Islam. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to examine the state of Hadith science in Neyshābūr during the first four centuries of Islam, a city of the Islamic realm that, with its special geographical location and ideal environmental conditions, which brought together a large number of jurists, scholars and experts of hadith and became a great school in which  many Hadith activities  in the early Islamic centuries were done. We want to show the validity and prosperity of the science of hadith in Neyshābūr, due to the enlightenment of the experts of religion, such as Ali ibn Musā al-Reḍā (AS), and the correction of hadith collections and authentic and well-documented narratives, including the Hadith of the al-Silsilat al-Dhahab, along with the activities of the great and renowned Shiite and popular narrators.  As we shall see, following the attempts made by hadith narrators of the Neyshābūr, many works were compiled by great scholars such as Muslim ibn Hajjāj, Faḍl ibn Shādhān and Ḥākim Neyshābūrī. We will also see the popularity of works such as Ṣaḥiḥ Muslim, which in Neyshābūr have also become a pivotal point for new hadith compositions, such as books od Mustakhraj and Masānid. One of the specialized topics in the field of Quranic sciences and is the theory of the multiple revelation of the Holy Quran based on the Sab'at Aḥruf traditions (which claim that the Quran was revealed in seven different readings). Apart from the necessity to identify the context on which they were issued from the Prophet (peace be upon him), what is of great importance and has caused a great deal of controversy among the Shiite scholars, is the fact that such traditions also exist in Shia works which support this theory, There are some traditions with the same concept coming from Imam Sādiq and Imam Bāqir. Since these narrations seem to contradict the other narrations of Imams about the Qur'an and that it was reveled  in a single reading,  and considering the fact that such traditions provide the basis for the belief in the distortion of the Qur'an among the Shiites, this study attempts to, by using both criticism and Sandy analysis and considering the historical discourse prevailing in the era of Imams Sādiqain (AS), reveal the reasons for issuing these narratives and their relationship with the socio-religious currents of the early days of Islam and explain a new view to understand such narrations. Considering the activities of the Extremists, their motivation for discussing the Qur'anic controversy, and how Aḥl al-Bayt (AS) was exposed to these false ideas, are among the topics discussed in this article. In the transition from the third century to the fourth century, we are witnessing a change in the approach of the Scholars towards the Quranic readings. The Quranic readings, which were previously used as a literary tool and with the least of limitations, at the beginning of the fourth century, relied on the use of traditional patterns and used numerous instruments of authentication for the hadith. This paper presents one of the evidences of this change of approach, comparing two “maani al-Quran”s, one of them by Farra and of the early third century, and the other by Zajjaj, which belonged to the early fourth century, and concluded that Farra, who in The period of prevalence of rationalism and moderate temperament has lived, in addition to semantic use, has used Quranic readings as a means to advance its literary debates. But Zajjaj that lived during the time of the Dominant of the Ashab al-hadith and itself belongs to this way of thinking considers the Quranic reading to be a "tradition," and in all its interactions with the readings, is affected by the “Sunnah” as a key term Manuscript profile

Writing the Jāmi’ books (Comprehensive Collection of Hadith) and the attempt to introducing these books are new areas of study in the field of the history of hadith sciences. Definitions are different in introducing such hadith books, so that none of them are comprehensive. Few books and articles on hadith books only introduce important Shiite and Sunni hadith books and seem to have no acceptable definition or even a clear picture of the concept of such style of books. In this study, while reviewing the historical course of comprehensive Hadithic writings among Shiites and Sunnis and the definitions offered in introducing the characteristics of Hadithic collections, while presenting the views on Hadithic collections and critiques of the books they have authored, the most comprehensive definition of the term will be offered. As we shall see, the optimum definition for the book is the one which considers comprehensiveness for the book which includes most religious subjects, a feature which cannot be found in some comprehensive Shiite books, although great Shia authors of such books have emerged since the emergence of hadith. There are several motives for distorting the hadith in the religious sources of Sunni Muslims, and one of them is to eliminate the slips and mistakes of the companions of the Messenger of God (PBUH) and the disputes between them. In Ṣahih Bukhāri, there is a hadith in which the Messenger of God (PBUH) uttered a sentence about ‘Ammār ibn Yāsir and prophesied his future with the phrase "Taqtuluhu al-Fi'atu al-Bāghiya" (He will be killed by a rebellious group) according to this prediction,  ‘Ammār ibn Yāsir would be martyred by a rebellious group. This phrase does not appear in some printed versions of Ṣahih Bukhāri today. This article seeks to answer the questions that, first of all, whether the phrase in question existed in the text of the narration of Ṣahih Bukhāri from the very beginning or not? And secondly, is there a reason to prove the distortion of the phrase in some versions? According to the studies, this phrase was removed from the text of the hadith by Bukhāri, and later it was included in the text of the book in some versions. Manuscript profile

Aisha, the wife of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), is known as one of the most important transmitters of Hadith in terms of quantity, due to her long life with the Holy Prophet (PBUH), her great influence among the companions, and the meeting of many of her followers. In addition to narration, she also played a role in understanding and criticizing Hadith; To the extent that she was considered one of the serious critics of narrations. Aisha, who introduced herself as one of the most knowledgeable in the tradition of the Prophet (PBUH), also dealt with the pathology of narrations. Some of these refinements are related to the identity and totality of the Hadiths, which are called external criticism in textual criticism. This descriptive study deals with her efforts in this field; The one that was later categorized in the science of Hadith with the term Ja'l wa Waḍ' (forgery), and was also included in the discussions of the ‘Ilal al-Hadith (problems of Hadiths). Criticisms can be expressed in this classification: confronting the entry of Arab superstitions, confronting the myths of neighboring regions, confronting false citations, correcting narrations about religious rulings, as well as opposing narrations that could weaken the position of women in society. The result of the article, in addition to showing the role of Aisha in the critique of Hadith and her verbal and practical confrontation with the narrations that some of the companions quoted inappropriately from her point of view, can show the first rules in the field of Hadith criticism. Abulmufḍal Sheibāni (d. 387 AH) is an Imami narrator whose numerous narrations have remained in various sources, but his method of gaining Hadith has been less explored so far. Despite all the efforts made by Abulmufḍal to receive and transmit the Hadith heritage, the early Shiite and Muslim narrators and translators have accused him of various forms of forgery and theft in the Hadith. We know that he has made many efforts in transmitting the Hadith heritage of the Imams and Zaydis, and many important Shiite works and narrations have been narrated through him. The importance of his legacy has even caused the popular Muslim narrators not to ignore his narrations. Accordingly, it is necessary to study the approach of Abulmufḍal Sheibāni to narrate Hadiths. This study is done for the same purpose. By studying the evidence from the narrations of Abulmufḍal, we want to find out whether it is possible to make a judgment based on the narrations of Abulmufḍal,himself about the accusation leveled against him by the narrators. Also, we want to know what kind and to what extent his possible additions in the narrations, and what was the reason for these possible insertions; Was he possibly influenced by the currents of thought of the Qulāts that were active during his lifetime, or was he influenced by other factors? The hypothesis of this study is that Abulmufḍal,, aware of the interference and insertions of rival sects in the narration of Hadiths, has sometimes done such changes in Hadith as a retaliation. Hadith, as the most important source of religious teachings after the Holy Quran, encounters many intentional and unintentional challenges. The issue of forging, as the most serious challenge, has been a part of the discussion of the science of hadith. The discipline of investigating forged hadith among the Sunni scholars has been in progress from the 5th century AH to the contemporary period and many works have been written in this regard. The application of the historical approach in the analysis of what is related to the phenomenon of hadith forgery in the later centuries can show a comprehensive understanding of the developments that took in the first and middle centuries. This article deals with the changes and developments in the style of the works titled "al-Mawḍūāt" (The collection of forged hadith) in recent centuries, relying on significant works from the 10th century AH to the contemporary period. Therefore, at first, the reasons why such works continuously emerged in the Islamic world, including the cultural and political contexts in these centuries, have been discussed, and then with reference to the central discourses in this period, including "discourse of critique of baseless hadiths" and "discourse of critique of extremism in finding forged hadith process". In various religions, the concept of the Expected Savior has been ingrained as the culmination of the End times. According to Islamic sources and some non-Islamic references, the Prophet (pbuh) foretold the appearance of a Savior, although there are different perspectives on his identity. Some claim that the anticipated Savior foretold by the Prophet (pbuh) would not arise from within the Islamic community, but rather the return of Jesus Christ was prophesied. However, over the course of a continuous transformation, Muslims marginalized Jesus and replaced him with the familiar designation of Mahdi. One of the documents supporting this perspective is the narrative of al-Mahdi is Jesus son of Mary. The article seeks to investigate the claim of attributing this narrative to the Prophet (pbuh), and through various methods of historical dating, including exploration of the oldest sources and textual-authenticity analysis, it has been established that this belief was introduced by Hasan al-Basri in Basra at the end of the 1st century Hijri, and later disseminated through ascetics, often with a background in Christianity or familiarity with it. In the 2nd century, it was attributed to the Prophet (pbuh) by Mohammad ibn Khalid al-Jundi for further credibility, and it spread in lands such as Iraq, Egypt, Sham, Hejaz, and Palestine. Since the study of political Islam is a top priority for him, in parallel with his scientific activities, he is more of an active and well-known political figure. He invites Muslims to the foundations of the political discourse of Islam based on the Qur'an, the Prophetic tradition, and the biography of the Righteous Caliphs, and is a staunch critic of the policies of Islamic rulers. Hadith and political issues are strongly intertwined in his works and it can be said that most of his political views and ideas are based on narrations. He claims that he has always been bound to mention authentic hadiths, and that he is concerned with the investigation of isnads, although his critics believe that the prevailing political tendency as an influential component has not been ineffective in his hadithic approach and how he cites the narrations. Apart from the above-mentioned cases, we see the clear reflection of the hadith in his works in the cases related to the narrative interpretation, the poetic hadith terminology, Narration related to Sunan al-Nabi (the traditions of the Prophet), and answering to the Orientalists on the subject of compiling the Sunnah. Extensive citations to the narrations are clearly visible in all these cases. Manuscript profile

The paradigm-cognition of historical studies of the Qur'an and Hadith including all efforts to validate sources and understand the text is not thriving in the international academic arena as well as in Iran, and of course, the situation is much worse in Iran. Researchers and students in this field of study generally conduct research subconsciously and automatically under the domination of one paradigm. Lack of this awareness and the creation of new paradigms cause the traditional approaches in the Qur'an and Hadith to be challenged by the evolution of science - something that is growing so fast today - and new questions remain unanswered. Without the formation of a paradigmatic consciousness as well as the awareness of new and competing paradigms, it will certainly not be possible to overcome these challenges and answer new questions. "Philosophy and Paradigm-cognition of Historical Studies of the Qur'an and Hadith" is a suggestion for a new field of study that can provide an independent framework for paradigmatic and philosophical studies in this field, based on which it is easier to understand and analyze traditional and modern questions and concerns in this field. This article will show that despite the serious problems that exist in the field of the paradigm-cognition of historical studies of Quran and Hadith - especially in Iran -, using the philosophy of humanities and social sciences in addition to previous topics, such as skepticism and historic views and Phenomenology - new paradigm dualities such as totalitarianism/individualism, autonomy/homophobia and positivism/interpretiveism can be proposed. Imami hadith has experienced evolutions over time. The evolution of Imami thought from the period of Ahl al-Bayt and its transfer from Kufa to Baghdad and then Qom, has had various ups and downs. Hadith centers and the currents affecting each of the centers are among the factors for creating different tendencies among the thinkers of the first centuries. In this regard, an attempt has been made to consider various hadith approaches of different centers which have resulted in the characteristics of each region, and to show its effects on the differences in jurisprudential attitudes. What is more, the prevailing currents in each of the centers have been able to affect the methods applied in narrating and understanding the hadith and, consequently, affected the diversity of jurisprudential opinions. Therefore, by observing the dominant currents in each region, the author has analyzed the connection of each current with the discourse derived from the hadith and narration schools of that era, and finally, its effects on jurisprudential positions have been investigated. The term "companions" is one of these ancient and widely used terms in the texts of Islam, in which there is a difference of opinion; In such a way that this issue has become a point of contention and it has become difficult to identify the examples of the companions. This study has tried to carefully examine the semantic changes and evolutions of the term Companions throughout the history of Islam in historical reports and has used a descriptive-analytical method to achieve this. The results show that there is no effect or sign indicating the definition of the Companions or the people to whom the Companions refer, in the Qur'an or the hadiths, and the term Companions is a historical term, not a religious one. One of the Islamic sects that has paid special attention to hadith in its 1,300-year life is the Ibadiyya sect; Ibadiyya is a sect branching out from the Kharijite body, which has continued its political-ideological life and has many followers. Therefore, it is necessary to validate and examine the method of ensuring the issuance of these hadiths, which has a history similar to the era of hadith issuance. Among Ibadi's hadith works, the prominent position of Rabi 'ibn Habib Ibadi is obvious to scholars. The narrations narrated by Rabi 'in the book "Al-Musnad" have been considered as one of the main and reliable sources in Ibadi jurisprudence for many centuries. In this article, in addition to getting acquainted with this sect, we will examine the validity of "Al-Musnad Rabi" in the eyes of the earlier and later ones and the authenticity of the author and his method of narration. Lack of comprehensiveness of jurisprudential content, confusions such as bringing theological content under the chapters, as well as inserting narrations unrelated to the subject of each chapter and messenger and the interruption of narrations, as well as their fragmentation for a book known as "Al-Musnad", is considered a great weakness. The Prophet’s (pbuh) Hadiths are one of the valuable sources in explaining the basics of Islam and its true interpretation. In the meantime, the hadiths that were issued in expressing the virtues and position of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) have a special value and position, and it is necessary to study and examine them more carefully. A major part of these hadiths is collected in the book "Kifāyatul Athar of the Texts of the Twelve imams" written by Khazāz Rāzi, which unfortunately has been neglected throughout the history of Islam, and some even consider its hadiths to be weak. In this article, in order to validate the text and content of the hadiths of this book, using the thematic analysis method, we have tried to extract the themes and categories of the hadiths of this book and explain the network of their themes. The results of the research indicate the extraction of 575 basic themes from the 125 hadiths quoted in this book, which can be classified into five categories of organizing themes and two overarching themes: "explaining the general position of the Ahl al-Bayt (as)" and "introducing prominent imams". Many believe that for centuries, the memory of the narrators has been the repository for the preservation of Imami hadiths, and languages have been the means of their transmission and dissemination; But historical evidence shows that written works have taken on the important task of preserving and transmitting this hadith heritage. The narrators, in order to preserve the works and at the request of the Taliban, provided them to other narrators. Transferring sources for a variety of reasons, such as ensuring that newer versions matched the original text, required listening and reading. Over time, other methods of hadith tolerance were added to these two methods. Most narrators cite the names of the narrators of the sources, their authors, and the narrators in the source at the beginning of the hadiths taken from previous works. The various maps of individuals in the transmission of hadiths require that in the validation of news, attention be paid to the type of map-making.Examining the causes of the emergence of hadith tolerance methods and the historical course of the changes that have taken place in this process, shows that in validating the hadiths based on the various maps of each of the planners in the transmission of news, they should be evaluated differently. Tadlis has been one of the significant phenomena in the process of transmitting hadiths, and not paying attention to it will damage the validity of hadith Sanads. This phenomenon is rooted in the history of hadith and many narrators at different levels have committed it. One of the important issues in studying this phenomenon is the method of discovering it in hadith Sanads as well as recognizing the motivations of narrators to do it. In this article, based on an objective example, this important issue has been addressed; This is an example of the Unusual names that Darqotni has used to name his master Muhammad ibn 'Umar Je'abi. A case-by-case analysis of each of these names first proved that they were all in fact refer to Ji'abi; Then the unusualness of these names about Ji'abi and, as a result, Darqotni's Tadlis in mentioning him was proved. In the end, various hypotheses were expressed in Darqotni's possible motives for the Tadlis, the most important of which was his suspicion of Ji'abi at the later period of his life, which may have been pretended not to narrate much from him by changing the method of naming Jiabi. Abstract From the perspective of the predecessors, one of the most basic criteria for the validation of hadith was the criteria of source knowledge and simply referring to the books of Rajali, which caused the abandonment of many hadith sources. Looking for historical change, we are looking for new methods and clues to identify authentic hadith sources. The most important benefits of recognizing the first sources of hadiths can be the identification of books trusted by the old narrators, the general review of narrations and the book of a narrator, the identification of different versions and the resolution of conflicting narrations. Paying attention to the document of transmission of the first sources in religious sources, repeating the chain of documents leading to the author of the book in hadith sources, and matching the topic of narrations with the title of the author's book are among the methods of identifying the collection of hadith from written sources. Etymological analyses, minimizing speculations, avoiding conjectures and weak probabilities, and explaining how to identify lost hadith sources with the help of providing seven clues to prove the existence of a book as a written source, are among the most important findings and achievements of this research. Contrary to the common belief and opinion of Shiites, who believe that the origin and emergence of Shiism was in the time of the Prophet (pbuh) and coincided with the emergence of Islam, a group of orientalists, based their own ideology, consider the Shiite religion as a historical event after the death of the Prophet (pbuh) which emerged during the Saqīfah of Bani Sāʿidah process; and some of them also consider the Shiism to have been fabricated by the Iranians against the Muslim Arabs’ domination on Iran. Other orientalists acknowledge the Arabic origin of Shiism, but believe in the influence of Iranian culture on this religion. The present research seeks to prove the Shiism is the original Islam and its emergence is on the third year of the prophetic mission simultaneous with the slogan of monotheism by using the Qurʾan verses and Nahj al-Balāghah, narrations, evidences, and historical documents. Some are of the opinion that religion has exclusive involvement in the field of medicine and the only way to reach medical knowledge and treatment of patients is revelation. foundation of Islamic medicine is the noble verses of the Qur'an and hadiths. The imams are a guide, and even to advance their point of view, they have relied on the rule of tolerance in referring to weak hadiths. This writing is based on the documentary-library method, while examining some useful sources in Islamic medicine such Towhid-e-Mofaddal, Al-Risalah al-Dhahabiah and some medical hadiths found in the book of Usul Al -Kafi; based on their historical course; The research has analyzed the mentioned point of view. As a result, although logical induction is not reliable, especially if it is not complete; But due to the fact that most of the sources are facing weak document or content; This partially correct case shows that establishing a scientific foundation with the title of Islamic medicine by relying only on verses and hadiths is not a proper and logical thing and may lead to the disasters of scientific interpretation. Researchers in the field of hadith, along with traditional methods, need new and more accurate methods to recover authentic hadith texts and find distortions and additions in hadiths. One of these methods is the layering of texts. In recent decades, this method has been looked at more seriously. But the void of stratification in the field of hadith sciences is very noticeable. Therefore, the present essay deals with the typology and investigation of the reasons for the emergence of different layers on narrative texts. The current research deals with the rereading of narrative texts in the form of stratification with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the research indicate that various reasons, such as the mixed description of the text, the fact that it has two authors, assembling, create multi-layeredness in the texts, and paying attention to the time, language, place and style of expression that governs the text in identifying different layers. can be useful.               Historically, the most important issue discussed by Muslims after the Prophet (pbuh) is the issue of Imamate, and thinkers have cited theological, historical and verses of the Holy Qur'an to prove the issue of Imamate and succession of the Prophet (pbuh), one of the most important of these verses is the verse of the test of Prophet Ibrahim (as) or the verse of Imamate. On the other hand, two methods can be followed to investigate the Imamate issue: 1- Explaining the concept of imamate by means of Quranic verses with previous coordinates in the beginning of Islam. 2- Explaining the concept of imamate by means of Quranic verses with coordinates and concepts created later and new. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the status of references to the verse of Ibrahim's test for the issue of Imamate in the narratives of Imamiyyah. In the upcoming research, hadiths about the test verse of Ibrahim have been discussed, according to these questions: "1- Regarding the verse of Ibrahim's test, how many narratives of the infallible Imams (as) are mentioned in hadith and narrative sources? 2- What is the status of their textual content and the similarity and repetition of narrations about the verse of Ibrahim's test? 3- Are the narratives about Ibrahim's test related to the issue of imamate in today's common sense and do they support this issue? Finally, it became clear that there are few hadiths about verse 124 of Baqarah, of course, most of them (except for a few cases that are doubtful) do not mention the issue of public imamate, especially for us contemporary Shiites; and in a way, the narratives are interpretations with a separate subject from the principle of Imamate. . Immortality of didactic poems of Hafiz lies in its irrefrangible relation with Quran and Hadith. He does this usage so artfully that arouses emotions of readers and provokes them to contemplate on these Quranic- Hadith doctrines. He intended to immortalize poems through the use of these Hadith and Quranic usages. Since intertexuality, or the theory of interaction of texts, is of most important theories for structural and post structural scholars and it delves into the similarities and differences oftext, in prose and poetry, and literary men should have a good knowledge of contemporary and ancient texts, we try to read poems of Hafiz in the light of intertexuality and its theorists like Bakhtin, Cristova, Barth, Michael Riffaterre, Laurent Jenny. The purpose of this survey is to expound Hafiz’s usages of Quran and Hadiths. His poems have been analyzed in an analytic- descriptive method and in the light of theorists of intertexuality to show the consistent structure of the poems and its musical language, and furthermore, to identify the literary innovations by which he has incorporated Quran and Hadith.  Manuscript profile

The methods extracted from the Quran and hadiths are presented on three axes of vision, tendency and human action, which form the basis of human attitude. Enlightenment methods, designing higher goals, setting an example, emphasizing modesty, and paying attention to the consequences of lust are the five methods of observing human insight. The five methods of creating hope, giving dignity, creating fear, controlling the gaze, and involving a person with his other feelings are related to human tendencies. The intellectual and cultural heritage of any society is the highway of its life that passed down from generation to generation, and each generation according to their needs offers interpretations for it. As Islam is one of the religions based on revelation and text-based; Naturally, the religious culture derived from it is known by the; the text of the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet and other infallible Imams. At the same time with the progression of science, our understanding of the scriptures needs to be appropriate and in line with it. Holy books such as Nahj al-Balaghah when studied as a "text", they can get closer to the reality of human life and reach the ability to adapt to it, and thus better understanding and greater utilization of them be obtained. The need to examine this issue becomes clearer when the position of Imam Ali should be considered as an intellectual and cultural model. So far, a lot of research has been done on Nahj al-Balaghah but its understanding as a text, Its historical background, culture and conditions of its time and the style of expression in Nahj al-Balaghah is concentratedly, However, paying attention to these issues along with the study of Hadithdocument and jurisprudence provides a basis for achieving a "scientific understanding" of the text. The rijals of the sects have judged the narrators and injured some of them in order to ensure the authenticity of the hadith about the character of the narrators. For the narrator, he has considered the necessary attributes, the most important of which is "justice and recording". A study and analysis of the behavior and speech of prominent scholars and narrators, which is more compatible with reason and narration, shows that most of them have accepted the narrations of other religious people if they are authentic. The inclusion of the element of religion in the wound is rooted in the rule of the ummah and the differences of opinion in this regard. While the Shiite rijals have paid attention to the religion of the narrator due to the occurrence of deviation in the rule and the abuse of the rulers by the stream of hadith, the Sunni rijals have turned their attention to the religion of the narrator due to elements such as taqiya or phenomena such as exaggeration. In this analytical-argumentative article, it has been revealed that the unreasonable inclusion of the element of religion has caused the deprivation of a part of the prophetic heritage and the closing of the gap between the citizens of Islamic religions. The issue of obtaining a covenant and covenant from human beings based on accepting the Lordship of the One God Almighty before their worldly creation is one of the important issues of the Qur'an, which is raised in verse 172 of Surah A'raf - known as the verse of the Covenant of Elst. The narrations that are known as "the narrations of the particle world" in narrative societies confirm the existence of the particle world in the mentioned verse. The problem is that some thinkers have considered these narrations as individual news items and some as consecutive news items. With the collection of the hadiths of the underworld, which are sometimes scattered and sometimes coherently quoted in narrative sources, and the elimination of repetitions and cases of overlap, it became clear that although these hadiths can not be considered verbal continuity, but their comprehensive spiritual value can be considered as spiritual frequency. . In this way, the problems of those who have considered the acceptance of hadiths in the field of beliefs to be conditional on their frequency are answered. In Islamic literary, mystical and ethical texts a particular hadith (the Prophet’s saying) is citied for explaining “metaphorical love” (Ishq Majazi). It is well-known as the “hadith of love”, as follow: Whoever falls in love and yet conceals it until his death, he has died as a martyr. First time, Ibn-Dawood, in his book Al-Zuhara and in the interpretation of story of “love of Ozra”, referred to this Hadith. But the researchers who study about the Prophet Tradition and Hadith believe that this Hadith is apocryphal and invented. Despite the opposition of opponents, especially Hanbalites, the Hadith continued to live on in Islamic mysticism. In the present article, after considering the history of the Hadith and its genuineness, we study its use in mystical texts, and its reflection in Persian and Arabic literary books. Knowledge of hadith is one of the topics that has been discussed more in logic and to a lesser extent in the principles of jurisprudence than in the science of hadith. The basis of the epistemological study of frequent news shows that the knowledge that is accepted by custom is sufficient to realize the knowledge of frequent news through the plurality of informants and the normal impossibility of collusion on lies. The dual division of Tawatar into verbal and spiritual and its subset will develop the epistemological scope resulting from the news of Mawatar by looking at the type of knowledge of its hearts in the form of matching, guaranteeing, and commitment. This article tries to use the descriptive-analytical method to challenge and prove the non-achievement of certainty through frequency as claimed by Fakhr Razi, and to prove that psychological certainty and confidence will be useful and sufficient for the informants of frequent news who are considered to be common people. It is not important whether the knowledge resulting from frequency is obvious or theoretical, because it can be gathered according to the probability theory of Martyr Sadr or the gradualness of the said knowledge in Ghazali's perspective. Also, the doubts raised about the sensibility of frequent informant science, such as the changeability of sensations, can be answered in detail in the issue. Manuscript profile

Depth and vastness of Moulana’s thought is due to the strong bond he has with koranic sciences.  A glance at the frequent occurrences of the koranic concepts demonstrates that Moulana seeks redemption and salvation of man in the realm of prophetic revelation (wahy). Moulana has creatively incorporated the meanings and themes of koranic verses in his anecdotes thus focusing on these stories is expressive of the interpretative methods that have been employed in Mathnavi.
