Abstract :
Abstract Quranic has limited itself to the Quran by presenting the Quran's adequacy and abandoning the tradition to extract jurisprudential issues. While many jurisprudential rulings have been motivated by the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), as Allah Almighty states: ( وَ مَا ءَاتَئکُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَ مَا نهَئکُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا) "Receive what the Prophet granted you and stay open for what you forbade" (Hashr / 7) Muslims have executed his commands and believed in the truth of his speech. And the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) against him is one of the sources of jurisprudence. But thoughts that denied the virtue of Hadith and the Prophetic tradition of Islam, and are known as Quranic, believe that in the Quran, the obedience to the hadiths is not clearly emphasized, and the hadiths and traditions have contradictions that can not be contradictory And based on religious beliefs and jurisprudential and religious instructions based on them and accepted it as a jurisprudential basis, and he considers the Quran as the only source of the law, they are cited according to the verse ( تِبْیاناً لِکُلِّ شَیء) (Nahl / 89) "(Quran) indicates everything (is)" say: The Qur'an, which expresses everything itself, and all jurisprudential commands can be taken from the Quran. This research after expressing the concept of jurisprudence and providing the jurisprudential views of the Quran They review and criticize them, and by responding to the Qur'an, they offer a satisfactory answer.
