        The purpose of this research is to present the components of Kamrani based on social capital with a qualitative approach based on the theory of ground theory. The statistical community of this research includes experts in the field of management and social sciences and 15 people were selected as a sample using the snowball method. Data collection tool, semi-structured interview and data analysis method, content analysis was done using three stages of coding. In this regard, the main and secondary categories were extracted from the interview data. According to the concept of governance based on social capital, it was presented in the form of causal, central, contextual, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences. Causal conditions have three main categories of environmental factors, policy-making factors and structural factors, the central phenomenon includes two categories of governance based on social capital and human capital, background conditions which include two categories of organizational factors and educational factors, strategies have two categories of management and Leadership and the category of social communication and finally the results with four categories of development and promotion of the position of South Pars, organizational development, increase of social capital and improvement of accountability and increase of social responsibility of South Pars were obtained. The results show that the function of governance based on social capital by discovering facts is a supplement for productivity in South Pars Company.         Introduction: Reengineering of systems and processes for selecting committed and specialized human resources as the main capital of the Health Organization based on general and specialized competencies using progressive administrative and selection laws in this type of government organizations in Iran, which is mainly challenging. Unique in various political, economic and social spheres, along with the requirements of health advocates, is possible. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the model for the selection system so that it can be qualified (specialized and committed) to be employed in health-oriented organizations. Methods: This research has been done in terms of exploratory research in an exploratory mix, in the field and using the data theorizing strategy of the foundation (qualitative part) and survey (quantitative part). For statistical calculations, the method of structural equations with partial least squares approach (PLS-SEM) has been used. The open test method was used to analyze the data obtained from the interview. Criteria of Z, R2, F2 and Q2 have also been used to evaluate the structural. Results: The results of data analysis show that the selection model includes components of using new tools, efficient in collecting information about job applicants. In order to fully implement the selection model, it is necessary to amend some of the rules and regulations and regulations used in the selection and to reform the qualification criteria of applicants in health-oriented organizations in three dimensions: organizational, social and individual. In this study, the factor loads of all observable variables, with the exception of one case, have a factor load greater than 5%, and the measured Krubnach alpha values for all codified variables are more than 7%. All calculated values for T statistic are greater than 1.96. Conclusion: The process selection model is based on ethical and scientific principles to determine and monitor the praise of accrual competence as the most important dimension of excellent health quality along with other specialized skills. This model is so dynamic and quantitative that if punished if a person replaces you without using it in order to establish the model, it is necessary to design and establish an information management system for selection and review of selection and administrative rules and regulations. Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to present a model of the role of health promotion management with sports in Iran's sustainable development based on social constructionism. Methodology: The present study was conducted qualitatively and with the data theory method of the foundation. Research data was collected through purposeful sampling and snowball method and based on interviews with 21 experts with experience in the field of health-oriented sports. The data were coded and analyzed based on the data-based theory and Cahrmaz's constructivist approach. Findings: 117 primary codes, 44 central or selective codes and finally 9 core codes were identified. The main factors of the role of health promotion management with sports in Iran's sustainable development have been identified, including the main players, education, sustainable physical activity, health promotion management, planning, trainers, sports areas, literacy and sense of sustainability. Conclusion: The main factors identified with 117 primary codes, 44 central or selective codes and finally 9 central codes were identified. It is suggested that the officials of the organizations review the mission and vision of their organizations with the approach of the management role of promoting health with sports in order to achieve sustainable development.         According to entrepreneurship researchers, opportunity identification plays a very fundamental role in entrepreneurial activities. They believe that entrepreneurship is a way of thinking and acting based on opportunity. Entrepreneurship creates and recreates value for owners and beneficiaries, and opportunity is the heart of this process. Although opportunity recognition is considered the main characteristic of entrepreneurs and without it, entrepreneurial activity does not occur, but not all people are able to recognize opportunities, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the antecedents and consequences of factors predicting entrepreneurial opportunities. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, it is a qualitative research based on foundational data theory. Data were collected through the study of documentary sources and semi-structured interviews with 17 managers and experts active in the field of entrepreneurship, through purposeful sampling and snowball using MAXQDA18 software. In the open coding stage, 61 preliminary codes were identified from the analysis of the interviews. In the second step, axial coding was done around the investigated phenomenon. Based on the findings of the research, the antecedents of entrepreneurial opportunities predictors (causal factors) in the form of seven categories of unexpected events, changes based on industry and market structure, scarcity based on methods, contradictory situation, change based on values and cognition, new knowledge and demographic characteristics. took place and the consequences (consequences) of the predictors of entrepreneurial opportunities were determined in two categories: financial and tangible, and non-financial and intangible.
