Purpose: This research examines the relationship between conditional and unconditional conservative reporting and performance (stock performance, excess performance, abnormal performance) of companies in the capital market during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This research is descriptive in nature and applied in terms of purpose. Since the variables in this study are analyzed through historical data, it falls into the category of descriptive and post-event studies. This research involved formulating two sets of hypotheses and selecting 110 companies through a comprehensive population screening for an 8-year period from 2014 to 2021. The research variables were collected and analyzed using EViews 10 statistical software. Findings: The results of the first set of hypotheses suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic weakens the relationship between conditional conservative reporting linked to news and the stock performance of companies but strengthens excess performance and abnormal performance. The results of the second set of hypotheses indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic strengthens the relationship between unconditional conservative reporting, independent of news, and stock performance of companies but has no impact on excess performance and abnormal performance. Originality: This is the first study in Iran to investigate the relationship between different types of conservative reporting by companies and stock performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, this research expands the literature on the relationship between conservatism and stock performance. Manuscript profile

The current research has been carried out with the aim of designing a crisis management model for agricultural faculties in pandemic conditions. This research was based on qualitative method and grounded theory strategy with a systematic approach. Research data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 25 experts in agricultural faculties of Tehran province. Then data analysis was done during three stages of open, central and selective coding and led to the emergence of 393 open codes, 98 concepts in the form of 24 sub-categories and 9 main categories. The results showed that the policymaking and formulation of laws to protect the university's performance as a causal condition has necessitated the finding of pandemic crisis management in agricultural faculties. Also, the pandemic crisis management in the agricultural faculties includes three components of pre-crisis preparation, response during the crisis and post-crisis recovery, which if the university's financial resources development and diversification, social capital promotion and culture building and communication and cooperation development strategies are applied, in the context a suitable infrastructure of the university and taking into account human resource management can lead to the emergence of the outcome of sustainable higher education. The purpose of this research was to develop a sports participation model during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method employed a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population for the qualitative section consisted of sports management professors, managers, experts, and executive club owners in sports, selected purposefully through snowball sampling. The statistical population for the quantitative part included customers, citizens, athletes, and non-athletes of private clubs in Tehran province. A total of 384 individuals were selected as a statistical sample through available sampling methods. Database theory was utilized for the research paradigm model in the qualitative part, while structural equations were employed in the quantitative part using PLS software. The research results revealed 17 categories, 76 conceptual codes, and six paradigm models including causal conditions, main categories, contextual categories, interventionist categories, strategies, and consequences. The findings indicated that motivational factors play a significant role as background conditions for sports participation during the Covid-19 era. In this context, providing incentives through training and encouragement by organizations for employees, municipal incentives, and creating awards for sports participation can serve as motivating factors for various groups to engage in sports programs.                In general, smart cities rely on information and communication technology to improve urban life, and smart city concepts are known as efforts to improve urban performance and the desire to provide solutions for urban problems in order to provide a higher quality of human life. As we saw during the Covid-19 era, governments around the world have turned to mandatory urban quarantine to make social distancing more effective. In these conditions, limited physical movements and daily activities were done regularly through remote work, which can be seen as the importance of urban smartness. In this research, the realization of a smart city with electronic and virtual government infrastructures and the smartening of government services by applying the main components of smart dynamics, smart economy, smart environment, smart governance, and smart people during the outbreak of Covid-19 in Mashhad were discussed. This research, in terms of method, is apart from quantitative-qualitative research, in terms of purpose, it is apart from applied research, and in terms of nature, and it is descriptive and analytical. In order to create a base of existing primary factors about the factors affecting the smart city, the technique of environmental scanning and literature review have been used. To collect information, documentary and survey methods were used, which used the questionnaire method. The results showed that the components of smart people, smart governance, and smart economy had the highest correlation with the concept of a smart city. In fact, by improving the mentioned components, the concept of a smart city will be realized largely. In the end, it can be said that the most effective component is smart people, and according to the results obtained from the statistical tests of the spread of the Covid-19 disease in the city of Mashhad, it has increased the component of people, governance, and smart economy.Extended AbstractIntroduction:      The continuous spread of the virus around the world puts the concept of smart cities under the microscope. As we have seen during the Covid-19 era, governments around the world have turned to a mandatory urban quarantine in order to make social distancing more efficient, in which physical movements are limited and daily activities are regularly carried out through remote work, which can be traced to the importance of urban smartness. In this article, we discuss the realization of a smart city with electronic and virtual government infrastructures and making government services smarter by applying the five main components of smart dynamics, smart economy, smart environment, smart governance, and smart people during the outbreak of Covid-19 in Mashhad.Methodology:      This research has used SPSS and PLS software to analyze structures and relationships. Considering that the use of structural equations requires testing the normality of the data, for this purpose, t-tests and ANOVA were used in SPSS software. Also, the PLS software measurement model was used to evaluate the validity and reliability (Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability, and convergent validity) of the indicators, and its structural model was used to evaluate the relationship between the research variables and the indicators. Results and discussion:       According to the Pearson correlation test of the components of the smart city, among the five components of smart people, smart economy, smart environment, smart governance, and smart dynamics, the components of governance and smart people have the highest correlation with each other with a correlation value of 0.878. In fact, with the increase of values in the component of intelligent people, the values of intelligent governance also change to a great extent, and vice versa, in other words, we can say that by increasing the component of intelligent people, intelligent governance can also be realized to a large extent, but from the correlation of each of the components with The realization of the smart city has the highest correlation with the smart city concept, respectively, the components of smart people (0.957), smart governance (0.913) and smart economy (0.886). In fact, by improving the mentioned components, the concept of a smart city will be realized largely. Finally, it can be said that the most influential component is smart people, and according to the results obtained from the Pearson correlation test, the spread of the Covid-19 disease in Mashhad has increased the component of people, governance, and smart economy. Conclusion:      The results of the research show the change in the components of the smart city of Mashhad after the outbreak of the Covid-19 disease, and to measure the results obtained from the statistical tests, these values are compared with the relevant documents provided. Regarding people and the smart environment, it can be said that the developments of internet businesses in some goods and services activities have faced an increase in sales and recruitment of human resources. Medical consultation has increased by 22%; however, some businesses were associated with a decrease in sales and ultimately the adjustment of human resources: tourism sector with 97%, service sector by 86%, online food ordering by 60%, online advertising by 55% and online taxi with 51% have faced a decrease in demand. During pandemics, people are more susceptible to high stress, which is caused by the dread of disease, the consequences of home quarantine, the illness and death of family members, remote work activities, and virtual schooling. As this might not be the last outbreak, we need to be well-equipped with greater adaptability and resilience. The research purpose is to investigate and then rank the components affecting the user's emotional experience (increasing relaxation and reducing stress) in the communal space of residential apartments in Tehran during pandemics. The ranking was based on the extent and type of psychological effect. This research seeks to answer the main question:What architectural components of the communal space of the apartment houses(living room),during the period of the coronavirus pandemic have an impact on creating or enhancing relaxation and decreasing the stress levels of residents? The research method is descriptive-analytical. Initially home-associated comforting components and recommended components for the pandemic era were scrutinized by reviewing the research literature. Moreover, components suggested by the authors were examined. The research components were classified into three categories: physical components, ensory components, and personal components. The components were evaluated through a qualitative interview with 10 architectural professors to confirm the validity of the research. Then, the data were collected and ranked through a qualitative questionnaire (including demographic information and Panas standard questions based on positive and negative emotional poles on a 10-point Likert scale) from a sample size of 405 people. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS using Shapiro-Wilk, Friedman, one-way ANOVA, unpaired t, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney U tests. The results show that the most important components affecting positive emotional experience include openable windows that facilitate the flow of fresh air, the entry of natural light, and a semi-open space (a terrace or balcony). However, partitioning and creating individual spaces and higher dimensions of proxemics to family members had the least priority on positive emotional experience Manuscript profile

The main goal of the present study was to determine the relationship between mentalization and grief experience during the Covid-19 pandemic. The moderator role of age and sex was investigated in the relationship between mentalization and the grief experience. For this purpose, 200 Iranian adolescent, adult and middle-aged men and women who had lost a family member or acquaintance during the epidemic period were selected using the available sampling method and completed the grief experience questionnaire (Mehdipour et al., 2009) and the reflective functioning questionnaire (Fonagy et al., 2016). Data analysis was done by calculating Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between RFQc and the grief experience. There was a significant negative relationship between RFQu and the grief experience. The relationship between RFQc and the grief experience, and RFQu and the grief experience didn’t depend on age and sex. According to the results of the research, mentalization during the grief experience can act as a protective factor. It is recommended to use mentalization in designing appropriate interveining approaches during the grief experience. Manuscript profile

Background: The corona epidemic reduced physical activity in individuals, which is a determining factor in the physical and mental health of individuals, and is a part of the individual quality of life (QoL). This study had three aims. The first was comparing the Body Mass Index (BMI) and QoL of employees in a government organization before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, second evaluating how the BMI and QoL of the employees were affected by their PA levels (1.5, 3, or more than 4.5 h/w) and their occupation type (OT) (line, staff, or research), and third assess the BMI and QoL of the employees after two years of the COVID-19 pandemic based on their PA levels and OT. Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study, and the statistical population was the employees of a public organization. The data of this study were collected between 1398 and 1400, by using QoL Questionnaire were analyzed. Fifty active subjects (35.26 ±3.06 yr.) participated in this study. The t-test, Wilcoxon, F-test, ANCOVA Wilcoxon) as statistical analysis (P<0.05). Results: In the first stage, significant differences were observed in weight, BMI, and environmental health, and a significant decrease in QoL. In the second stage, a significant increase in mental health was observed in people who had 3 or more than 4.5 h/w of exercise before beginning Corona (p <0.05). The third aim is the environmental health significantly increased (PA) < 4.5 h/w, based on OT in three groups, but a significant decrease in social relationships (OT) in Group S, a decrease in QoL (PA) < 4.5 h/w, and, based on OT in three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The findings emphasize the importance of physical activity in maintaining QoL and suggest that individuals should pay attention to performing PA in accordance with environmental conditions. Introduction: In recent years, the world has been engulfed in a crisis caused by a contagious disease called the coronavirus. The impact of this crisis is so significant that some researchers have also paid special attention to the post-coronavirus world. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the factors of sustainable value in using information technology for managing acute viral diseases. Methods: The research method is mixed. In the qualitative section, the thematic analysis method has been employed. The reliability assessment of this section is also conducted using the method of comparison by two coders, resulting in a coefficient of 83%. In this section, interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached, and 23 interviews were collected. In the quantitative section, structural equation modeling with a partial least squares approach using SmartPLS_3 software was employed to analyze the data, and a semi-structured questionnaire with a five-option Likert spectrum was distributed among 241 individuals. The research population includes healthcare professionals in medical sciences, faculty members in management and technology fields, as well as managers of knowledge-based companies active in medical technology in Tehran province. Simple random sampling using the Cochran formula is also employed in this section. Results: The results showed that in the area of pandemic management and control, organizational factors (with a coefficient of 0.41), control and supervision (with a coefficient of 0.28), and planning (with a coefficient of 0.43) were confirmed. In the sustainable value section, environmental factors (with a coefficient of 0.29), social factors (with a coefficient of 0.37), and economic factors (with a coefficient of 0.47) were confirmed. Conclusion: Thus, the sustainable use of information technology can not only control pandemics but also prevent their consequences for future generations. Manuscript profile

In the conditions of the spread of the Covid-19 virus and the pervasiveness of the transformation of everyday affairs in the heart of societies and the emergence of a critical control with the onslaught of references in the cyberspace, the present research has investigated the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the number of cybercrimes and media literacy. The research method is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of execution method. The statistical population includes university professors, lawyers, judges, lawyers, and IT experts in the year 1400-1401. The statistical sample was 90 people, which was selected from the society by stratified random sampling. We have also used the single-sample t statistic method to analyze the research hypotheses. In line with the investigation of the role of the covid-19 pandemic on increasing the level of media literacy and reducing cybercrimes, as well as the existence of a significant relationship between increasing media literacy and reducing the number of crimes in the cyber space, the results of the study show that the Covid-19 crisis has had a positive and significant effects in increasing the level of media literacy as well as the number of crimes. Despite the increase in media literacy, we are facing a slight increase in cybercrime, but in proportion to the amount of crowding of users in cyberspace and the number of crimes before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the pandemic, we can see a decrease in crimes.
