Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to "investigate the role of public relations on honoring and obtaining client satisfaction in the performance of Saba Net Company in the days of the Corona pandemic." This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the present study was the audience of Saba Net Company in providing distance services such as social networks, online chat and telephone services in 1400. Determination of sample size using Cochran's formula and sampling method was available as sampling. 265 respondents who answered the questionnaires completely were selected. The research tool was a questionnaire and LISREL 8.8 software was used. The results of the analysis showed that public relations had a positive and significant effect on the performance and customer satisfaction in the performance of Saba Net Company and the findings indicated that these technologies with new capabilities and facilities that have provided organizations, increase respect. It has become a customer as well as an increase in customer satisfaction in the days of Corona.
