The increasing complexities and decreasing capacity of planning and policy management are among the most important topics related to the development and management of tourism planning, decentralization, self-management and regional management. As we have seen, in recent years, many researches have been conducted in this field and a mutual relationship has been established between the three variables of political science and management, planning and policy-making in order to plan for development. But there are two methods for developing and managing tourism planning; In the first method of governance, the central government is in charge of all affairs, in fact, the system is centrally managed and planned, in the second method, which is called governance, local management and planning are among the four main pillars of local governance, namely municipalities, local councils. , non-governmental organizations and the private sector are divided, each of these pillars provide resources for development and management. The article tries to answer this question, how can the main pillars of the local government, by providing the necessary resources and their potential, manage and plan tourism and accelerate the process of planning, policymaking and development? It seems that the main pillars with their joint relationship and providing resources accelerate the process of management and development, the municipality provides resources and technical facilities, local councils are the source of civil society (including social and cultural assets), the private sector It provides management resources and effective productivity methods, and non-governmental organizations are institutions created by the people, which are the source of empowering citizens for local responsibility. Among the environmental pollutants, heavy metals are very dangerous for human health.  The present study aimed to determine the amount of lead and cadmium in the fall of 2017 and spring of 2018 kinds of honey in Lorestan. Sixty honey samples were collected randomly from the central, Kakavand and Kaveh areas of Delfan city of Lorestan. The samples were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Lead and cadmium were determined in all samples. The maximum levels of lead and cadmium in samples were 32.2 and 0.32 µg/kg respectively.  The mean concentration of lead in spring and autumn honey in the central part was 21.57 ± 2.84 and 28.83 ± 2.47, in Kakavand was 10.8 ± 1.3 and 13.66 ± 1.89 and in Khaveh was 7.72 ± 1.76 and 16.44 ± 1.55 µg/kg respectively. In Khaveh, the amount of lead in the honey sampled during spring was significantly lower than in other areas (p<0.05).  The mean concentration of cadmium in spring and autumn honey in the central part was 0.13 ± 0.02 and 0.26 ± 0.03, in Kakavand was 0.11 ± 0.014 and 0.18 ± 0.02 and in Khaveh was 0.04 ± 0.02 and 0.08 ± 0.01 µg/kg respectively. The amount of cadmium in the spring honey of Khaveh was significantly lower than in other areas (p<0.05). Due to lower levels of lead and cadmium in the spring and autumn samples produced in Delfan city, compared to international standards, it could be concluded that consumption of these honey is safe, in terms of lead and cadmium metals.  Manuscript profile

The genus Anthemis L. is the second largest genus in the Compositae family, which consists of 39 annual and perennial species scattered throughout Iran. In this research, a species of Anthemis lorestanica Iranshahr was collected from two regions in Isfahan province, namely Makdin region (sample 1) and Badum Valley region (sample 2) in 2017.  The samples were identified in the herbarium of the Research Institute of Forests and Pastures in the Department of Botany. The essential oils were extracted from its flowers and leaves by water distillation method (Klenger method). Then the essential oil samples were measured and identified by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography connected to mass spectrometer (GC/MS). The amount of essential oil in sample 1 was 0.12% for flower and 0.08% for leaf. Major compounds in the flower consisted of methyl decanoate (18.6%), α-cadinol (11.1%), and n-tricosan (9.1%). Major compounds in leaves were neryl acetate (13.4%), α-cadinol (12.9%), and dihydro eudesmol (8.5%). Essential oil contents of sample 2 were 0.2% for flower and 0.08% for leaf. The main flower compounds included spathulenol (68.8%), dehydro-aromadendrane (5.2%), and oplopanone (3%). The main compounds of the leaves were oplopanone (12.3%), 1-icocen (11.5%), and dihydro eudesmol (10.9%). Manuscript profile
