Introduction: Due to Iran's political-economic structure and the government's role in social policymaking, understanding the transformations in social-welfare policies, including health and medical care, in the post-Islamic Revolution governments is among the key issues in political sociology. Therefore, the aim of this research was to conduct a document analysis of health policy in the eight successive governments of the Islamic Republic of Iran from 1989 to 2021, with an emphasis on cabinet resolutions. The study employed a qualitative content analysis method, focusing on cabinet resolutions from 1989 to 2021. Methods: In this study, we employed a qualitative content analysis approach with an inductive method, focusing on government board approvals from 1989 to 2021. Initially, these approvals underwent open and secondary coding methods, ultimately evolving into the primary categories of health policy. The reliability of the coding was substantiated through a re-coding process conducted over two weeks, achieving a consistency rate of 75%. Additionally, inter-coder reliability between two distinct coders was established at a rate of 90%. Results: The findings indicate that government resolutions in the health sector, including health and medical care, are consistent with their primary policies and electoral slogans. However, the political approach of the eight successive governments has not significantly influenced their health policymaking. These policies have been more short-term, situational, and responsive to societal conditions. None of the examined governments demonstrated a sufficient equilibrium across the policy domains identified in this study. Conclusion: While these governments may have operated following their declared slogans and policies, the formulation of health policies consistently prioritized short-term exigencies. Consequently, these policies failed to align cohesively toward achieving long-term objectives within the health system. Manuscript profile

Introduction: The positive and negative effects of value co-creation and patient participation in the field of digital healthcare and its feedback together and in the form of a model is a topic that has been less addressed. The main goal of this research is to investigate the effects of value co-creation on the effectiveness of digital healthcare platforms in the form of a dynamic process model. Methods: In order to achieve the goals of the research, the indicators of the effectiveness of digital health platforms were extracted from the selected information society. In the next step, using the system dynamics approach and Vensim PLE software, the cause and effect diagrams of the three subsystems of the problem were drawn, and the research model was extracted in the form of an accumulation and flow diagram. Results: In this research, patient empowerment was considered as a bridge between value co-creation and effectiveness of digital health platforms. After carrying out the research steps, cause and effect diagrams of three process readiness subsystems, value network and process achievements were extracted. Then the research model was completed by adding its complexities and dynamics in the form of accumulation and flow diagram. Conclusion: The obtained model, while depicting the dynamics of the problem, can be used as a reference for simulating and testing value co-creation development strategies in the effectiveness of digital health platforms. Although it is necessary to formulate and simulate the model to predict the effect of co-creation of value on the effectiveness of digital health platforms, but considering the prevalence of positive feedback over negative in the obtained model, it seems that paying attention to the approach of co-creation of value in the development of digital health functions has positive effects. Introduction: Due to the threat of Covid-19 to the public health of the world, the World Health Organization, in order to show international interest in coordinating international responses to this disease, raised the public health emergency and after that, the global issue of Covid-19 was declared. In a highly interconnected world with strong ties between countries, the effects of disease outbreaks go beyond mortality and morbidity. Because with the reduction of economic activities, the performance of the global supply chain will also be disrupted. Considering the importance of this issue and the destructive consequences of the spread of this virus on the global economy, it is necessary to take a step to reduce this problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the long-term effects of the human development index and its components (life expectancy, literacy, per capita income, urbanization and employment) on deaths caused by Corona in selected developing countries (30 developing countries). with a relatively high human development index) in the period of 2019-2022. Methods: For this purpose, FMOLS and DOLS methods have been used. Results: The results indicate that the human development index and its components (life expectancy, literacy, per capita income, urbanization and employment) have a negative and significant effect on the death rate of Corona in selected developing countries in the long term. Conclusion: Since the human development index has a negative and significant effect on corona deaths in selected developing countries in the long term, Therefore, the improvement of health, social and economic indicators can reduce the attenuation of Corona in societies. Therefore, it is necessary for governments to make interventions in the sectors of society, especially economy, education and security, in order to strengthen reforms in the health sector. Introduction: Economic uncertainty, which means difficulty in predicting the economic environment, comes from various factors such as political instability, change and uncertainty of government policies, natural disasters and market fluctuations, which can affect the surplus efficiency of companies. Also, people's health is also considered as another important factor affecting the surplus efficiency of companies. Methods: Accordingly; the main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of uncertainty of economic policies and people's health on the surplus efficiency of companies in different quantiles in the period of 1385 to 1401. Quantile regression is a statistical method that was first introduced by Koenker and Bassett (1978). One of the advantages of this model is to identify the shape of the distribution of the dependent variable of the model at different levels of the independent variable. Results: The estimation of the research model using the quantile regression method indicates that the transmission of the oil price to the surplus stock market, in addition to the direct route, also takes place indirectly through the exchange rate channel. So that in the higher quantiles, i.e. when the stock market is booming, the change in oil price return on the stock market is only indirect and through the exchange rate channel, and the decrease in oil prices (oil revenues) is the same as in the two sanctions periods, it strengthens the stock market through the increase of the exchange rate. In addition, it was observed that the increase in air pollution, which is a measure of people's health, causes people to invest less in stocks due to lower income and increased health risks; When the stock supply remains relatively constant and the demand decreases, the stock price and yield also decrease, and accordingly, air pollution at its higher levels can lead to a decrease in the excess yield of firms. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, it is concluded that in examining the factors affecting the surplus efficiency of companies, the two factors of economic policy uncertainty and people's health should be considered, so that the increase in economic policy uncertainty leads to a decrease in surplus efficiency and Also, the increase in air pollution and the decrease in people's health also lead to a decrease in the surplus efficiency of companies. Introduction: whistleblowing is a powerful tool for preventing organizational wrongdoings. Many factors influence on employees' intention to report organizational wrongdoings. Personality and situational variables are the most influential factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between situational variables (characteristics of wrongdoing, the status of wrongdoer) and individual variables (attitude towards whistleblowing, internal locus of control, and moral identity) with the employees' intention to blow the whistle. Method: This is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study that was conducted on 242 employees of the Central department of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. A questionnaire that is made based on previous studies was used to collect the data. Analysis of the data processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software. Results: The amount of standardized coefficients between independent variables and whistleblowing intention were statistically significant (P <0.005), meaning that the internal locus of control, the existence of moral identity, attitude toward whistleblowing, characteristics of wrongdoing and wrongdoer's status have positive and significant effects on individual's decision to report the wrongdoings. Conclusion: Given that individuals with internal locus of control, positive attitude about whist blowing and high morality cannot be able to ignore the organizational wrongdoings, and the status of wrongdoer and characteristics of wrongdoing have significant effects on employees' willingness to whistleblowing, it is better for organizations to use employees with these characteristics at more sensitive or critical places, and make some arrangements such as providing reporting channels in order to facilitate this behavior. Methods: This research has been done in terms of exploratory research in an exploratory mix, in the field and using the data theorizing strategy of the foundation (qualitative part) and survey (quantitative part). For statistical calculations, the method of structural equations with partial least squares approach (PLS-SEM) has been used. The open test method was used to analyze the data obtained from the interview. Criteria of Z, R2, F2 and Q2 have also been used to evaluate the structural. Results: The results of data analysis show that the selection model includes components of using new tools, efficient in collecting information about job applicants. In order to fully implement the selection model, it is necessary to amend some of the rules and regulations and regulations used in the selection and to reform the qualification criteria of applicants in health-oriented organizations in three dimensions: organizational, social and individual. In this study, the factor loads of all observable variables, with the exception of one case, have a factor load greater than 5%, and the measured Krubnach alpha values for all codified variables are more than 7%. All calculated values for T statistic are greater than 1.96. Conclusion: The process selection model is based on ethical and scientific principles to determine and monitor the praise of accrual competence as the most important dimension of excellent health quality along with other specialized skills. This model is so dynamic and quantitative that if punished if a person replaces you without using it in order to establish the model, it is necessary to design and establish an information management system for selection and review of selection and administrative rules and regulations.
