The spatial development of cities has always brought with it changes in different areas of society. One of the key components of spatial development of cities is the distribution of population and urban settlements; since transformations in societies have been a function of population and the mobility and demographic behavior of cities, the division of cities into large, medium and small cities is particularly important for sociological explanation and analysis. Medium-sized cities are of particular importance as moderators of different pressures and transfer of different facilities and services from large cities to small towns and villages. This study was conducted to investigate the cultural consequences of urban spatial development in Iran. Also the study for this research is related to the statistical data of 1375-1395 and the study of population changes in the average cities during the mentioned period and the average city of Marand has been studied. For this purpose, using the survey method, the views of the citizens and elites of Marand were obtained in the items defined in the questionnaire. The obtained data were explained by statistical analysis. The results of applying statistical tests show that the spatial development of the city of Marand has had some consequences in the field of urban culture. Manuscript profile

Conflicts in the family, including marital conflicts, are now one of the topics of interest to researchers, despite their naturalness. Because if these conflicts are not intensified and managed, it can cause confusion and divorce. Therefore, due to its importance, the present study has studied the sociology of this issue. This study was a small study using a survey technique. Data collection tool was a questionnaire and the statistical population was all married women in Bushehr, which was analyzed using the Cochran's formula of 384 people as a sample size. The results showed that the hypotheses related to age, duration of marriage and number of children were confirmed, and a statistically significant relationship was observed between these variables and marital conflicts. But there was no statistically significant relationship between employment status, responsive education and spouse education with marital conflicts. In general, we can conclude. Despite the fact that marital conflicts are mostly discussed in the field of psychology and are considered as a psychological issue. However, it is strongly influenced by socio-cultural components and it is necessary for family officials to pay enough attention to these variables in policy and planning. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study is to present the model of social harms of earthquake-stricken women in Bam, which has been done in a mixed or combined manner. In the qualitative part, which is done with the Grand Theory strategy, the statistical population of the study includes the earthquake-stricken women of Bam, 12 of whom have been purposefully selected as the statistical population. Interview analysis was performed according to coding method and based on data analysis, 224 meaningful concepts and propositions were extracted from the text of the interviews. Following the coding process, 218 corresponding concepts were extracted from 224 meaningful propositions. The corresponding concepts became 45 subcategories due to the large number of overlaps and duplicates. Also, due to the closeness and semantic overlap of many pivotal subcategories in the coding stage, 45 existing subcategories have become 17 pivotal categories, which include: crisis living environment, disaster experience, environmental disorders, experience of violence, mourning and bereavement, cultural dominance. Masculinity, the traditional view of disasters, the loss of privacy, adaptation to crisis, self-destructive behaviors, social isolation and withdrawal, fake attempts to improve, sexual harassment, remorse, experience of violence, femininity of injuries, degradation of maternal status with more abstraction These categories include selective coding, a nuclear category described as "the social harms of earthquake-stricken women in a crisis-ridden and disastrous life, and in the context of experiences of violence, mourning, and bereavement, with crisis adaptation strategies, self-defeating, isolated, and isolated behaviors." "Sexual harassment, remorse, the experience of violence, and even the degradation of maternal status have led to the appearance that it can cover all other categories." In the quantitative section, the results of modeling have shown that the extraction pattern has been confirmed with high coefficients. Manuscript profile

Psychology of religion, an interdisciplinary field between psychology and theology, is a new science that explains and describes religious experiences, attitudes, and behaviors from a psychological perspective. This knowledge began in the late nineteenth century and was consolidated in three traditions: English, American, German and French. The hallmark of the American tradition, which is based on empiricism and the use of examples and objective cases and statistical descriptions, is the well-known functionalist philosopher and psychologist, William James, who empirically analyzes the psychological state of religion. Believing in the final evaluation of an idea or experience by examining the outcome and extent of benefits in life, he relies on two criteria: compatibility with the correct assumptions and principles, as well as intuition and introspection as the main and most reliable research tools. James seeks to examine religion in terms of human life, actions, and experiences, and for this purpose uses the term religious experience. William James also believes that emotions are the most constant and fundamental elements, and that religion is essentially a category of emotion. In his view, religious experience is an experience that the actor understands as religious. In this sense, religion is the feelings, actions, and experiences of individuals alone in the face of what they consider sacred. In this regard, in order to better understand James' views on religion, the present article seeks to examine the relationship between religion and peace of mind. Is in the William James School of Thought. Manuscript profile

Management is one of the concepts formed by the necessities of the Islamic Revolution and has received many blessings in the past years. With the expansion of arrogant hostility and the growing orientation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the need to use the patterns formed in this direction has increased, so the purpose of this study is to identify the components of jihadist management with qualitative and quantitative analysis in the organization. Registration is country. The components of jihadist management were identified through exploratory studies and opinion polls using Delphi technique and tested in the designed model in the target population. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups of experts consisting of 25 managers, deputies and managers and the head of the Office of Registry of Iran which were 148. This research is a descriptive research that has been done by survey method. Confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and one-sample t-test were used to analyze the data. The research findings, while confirming the proposed model, showed that: management consists of two dimensions: Belief and its components (Belief Attitude, Belief Behavior, Belief Roles and Belief Tasks) and Functional Dimension and its Components (Functional Attitude, Functional Behavior, Functional Roles and Functional tasks). It is suggested that the belief components be strengthened so that managers' performance can be achieved with good faith. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of early maladaptive schemas among addicts and non-addicted men in Qom city. The tool used for data collection is the questionnaire of early maladaptive schemas (short form YSQ-SF). Statistical indices and methods including mean, standard deviation and independent t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant difference (0.01) between drug dependent (addicted) and non-dependent groups. The mean scores of early maladaptive schemas were significantly higher in the substance abusers than in the normal subjects. In other words, drug-addicted men have a higher degree of maladaptive core beliefs and maladaptive cognition than non-addicted men. This discrepancy was most evident in early maladaptive schemes such as abandonment, mistrust, mistreatment, defect and shame, vulnerability to harm and disease. Manuscript profile

Organizations are equipped by their human resources and by the same human resources; Set goals will be achievable. Therefore, the human resources of the organization need more attention and development because human resources alone can increase efficiency and productivity. The research was done in two stages. In the first stage, which was done qualitatively. 18 interviews were conducted with experts. Then, the data were analyzed by content analysis method and based on this stage and the literature, the research model was designed and then a questionnaire including the basis of Likert spectrum and including individual, organizational and organizational productivity goals was prepared. In the second stage, 337 questionnaires were purposefully distributed among the employees of the National Iranian Gas Company, using SPSS and Smart Pls software and correlation test and implementation of structural equations were examined. According to the research findings, the individual and organizational dimensions have a positive and significant relationship with productivity. Therefore, in order to achieve organizational goals, individual performance and organizational performance should be given more attention. Based on the research results, suggestions were presented in both executive and research sections. The research results increase our knowledge in the field of individual factors and organizational factors and organizational goals. The study of research model in organizations and other departments with different statistical population is suggested to future researchers. The limitation of the statistical population to the National Iranian Gas Company is one of the limitations of the research that reduces its generalizability.   Manuscript profile

AbstractCreating legible urban environments is one of the most important issues that humans have faced in designing urban environments. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the efficiency of nodes, paths, edges, etc. in urban streets in relation to induction of readability to the people and to study the strengths and weaknesses of each of these components and to analyze their impact on sense enhancement. Belongs to the place. The hypothesis of this study is that enhancing the quality of readability is an effective and efficient step towards promoting a sense of place. In order to evaluate the efficiency of readability components in urban environments, Kohsar Boulevard of Tehran is studied as an example. In this study, field study and questionnaire analysis were used. After evaluating each of the readability components, the effect of each component on sense of place is determined by regression analysis to identify the indicators of sense of place belonging in Kohsar Boulevard. The results show that among the legibility components, only edge and node variables have a significance level of less than 1% and have a positive effect on enhancing sense of place in Kohsar Boulevard. So the sense of belonging to a place depends on the edge and the knot with a linear equation. Examination of pairwise relation between readability components and sense of place shows that node components (with correlation coefficient;); edge) with correlation coefficient;)% and path) with Pearson correlation coefficient; Face-to-face is directly related. The sign component with a correlation coefficient of 1% has a weak relationship with sense of place. But there is no relationship between the domain variable and the sense of place. Manuscript profile
