AbstractThis study's goal was to evaluate a conceptual model of how Ministry of Sports and Youth staff performed organizationally. All 901 of the Ministry of Sports and Youth's workers, who work for the Islamic Republic of Iran, comprise the statistical population for this study. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the questionnaires' construct validity, and the Cronbach's alpha test was used to verify their reliability. The data in this study was analyzed using structural equation techniques, SPSS, and PI.S software. The study's findings demonstrated that professional credentials and organizational communication both significantly affect how well the Ministry of Sports and Youth's staff performs as an organization, with a path coefficient of 0.7 for professional qualifications and a path coefficient of 0.547 for organizational communication. To achieve effective and efficient management, it is advised that sports and youth organization officials strengthen and develop organizational communication from the open system of organizational communication, as well as their professional and entrepreneurial qualifications, functional and behavioral skills, as well as their specialized and interpersonal abilities..
