        Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of sports convoy of military sports in the world (International Military Sports Council) compared to global competitors.Methodology: The study is descriptive analytical and retrospective. Researchers have tried to describe Without prejudice to the status of Iran in the International Military Sports Council's Sports and use the documentation available, rank and medals earned by Iranian athletes in the tournament, to compare their performance with the top 10 countries in the world.Results: taekwondo, athletics, judo and wrestling medal of Iran in the International Military Sports Council championship respectively. In the overall standings of medals was ranked as the fifteenth country. The findings of this study may be noted that Performance’s iran volatility in this tournament. So that the failure to observe the period of absence in the tournament lacked consistency and performance is sinusoidal form.Conclusion: In recent years the country has increased due to the exercise of the armed forces and have been different control planning in this area. In this regard the increasing interaction between physical education and sports federations of the armed forces and holding joint camps of the armed forces and sports clubs settled on the one hand and puts the other hand, the military has a strong role in the promotion of sports.         Active Leisure is a good opportunity to live life in a way that is desirable for all ages, especially the elderly, who are considered by society to be sedentary and isolated. The purpose of this study is to identify innovative ways for older people to participate in leisure sports activities. This study is a secondary study and the method of its implementation is to review the best evidence. Resources were collected using Google Scholar, Science direct, SCOPUS, PubMed, ProQuest and Research Gate engines. The findings of this study indicate the benefits of leisure-sports activities to improve the general condition of the elderly. Social and governmental support of this age group is very necessary for the participation of the elderly in leisure-sports activities, and by properly designing a suitable space for the elderly or designing sports fields, a suitable ground can be created for the active participation of the elderly in sports. In the next step, the use of technology and the use of sports games can also help the active leisure of the elderly. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that stakeholders take steps to improve their conditions and performance by innovating in the design of spaces, facilities, appropriate sports equipment and appropriate efficiency of technology in the leisure time of the elderly.         The purpose of this study is to determine the e-government capability model on promoting the institutional trust of the organization and the moderating role of ethical responsibility in the experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. This descriptive-correlational study was performed on 110 experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth who were simple randomly selected (lottery). The instruments used were demographic questionnaire, "E-Government Questionnaire", " Organizational Trust Questionnaire " and "Corporate Moral Responsibility Questionnaire". Face and content validity by qualitative method approved and convergence of questionnaires and reliability by internal consistency method were evaluated and confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient as 0.8 and composite reliability. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS. 18 and PLS. 23. The value of t-statistic was 18.34 for the relationship between e-government and organizational trust with the mediating role of social responsibility. The values of standard coefficients of e-government path on social responsibility, social responsibility on organizational trust and e-government on organizational trust through social responsibility were reported to be 0.514 positive. There is a positive and significant correlation between the ability of e-government to promote organizational trust. The variable of social responsibility in the relationship between e-government capability on organizational trust plays a relative moderating role. Manuscript profile

        The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between employer brand and competitive advantage with the mediating role of service quality in public and private sports clubs in Sanandaj. This research is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of private and public sports clubs in Sanandaj that 202 people were selected by simple random sampling method using Morgan sample size determination formula. Lee's Competitive Advantage Questionnaire (2006), Employer Brand Burton et al. (2005) and Liu Service Quality (2008) were used to collect data. Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS and Amos software version 23 at both descriptive and inferential levels (p≥0.05). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the components of the employer brand and competitive advantage. Also, there is a significant difference between the quality of services of public and private sports clubs in Sanandaj, which showed that there is a significant relationship between the employer brand and competitive advantage.         The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of organizationa culture on knowledge sharing and agility in crisis management. The method of this study is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of research type, a descriptive survey is carried out. The statistical population of this study included employees of Isfahan,s sport organization. 386 people were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire and data analysis using structural equation modeling with Smart PLS and SPSS software. The results indicate that the organizational culture is a significant predictor of knowledge sharing in employees. In other words, the organizational culture does affect the knowledge sharing. Meanwhile the results of structural equation modeling show that identifying the affecting parameters of agility in critical conditions and improving them can be constructive in encouraging employees to demonstrate agility behavior. What is more, according to the findings, organizational culture and knowledge sharing considerably affect agility in crisis management. Therefore, formulating a model for documenting experiences, applying data mining, increasing the organizational affiliation of employees and knowledge-based managers are among the practical recommendations for managers to agile organization for crisis management in sports organizations.         The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the factors affecting perfectionism in managers, coaches and professional athletes. The present study was applied in terms of nature and in terms of descriptive-exploratory analysis method and in survey method. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative section included all university experts in the field of organizational behavior and in the quantitative section included all athletes, coaches and managers of professional sports in the country. Questionnaire for observing the intensity of data analysis in the qualitative part was interviewed using the interview analysis method and in the quantitative part was used by the descriptive and inferential statistical methods with the help of SPSS software version 21 and AMOS. The results of Friedman test showed that according to the mean rankings, the variable of individual influential factors has the highest rank, and the environmental variable, interpersonal and organizational has the lowest rank among the variables. Findings showed that the model of factors affecting perfectionism in managers, coaches and professional athletes of the country had a favorable fit. The findings also showed that there is no significant difference between the perfectionism of managers, coaches and professional athletes in the country. Manuscript profile

        AbstractThis study's goal was to evaluate a conceptual model of how Ministry of Sports and Youth staff performed organizationally. All 901 of the Ministry of Sports and Youth's workers, who work for the Islamic Republic of Iran, comprise the statistical population for this study. The 269 individuals that made up the statistical sample were chosen at random and stratified, according to Morgan's table. The instruments used to collect the data are four Taslimi standard organizational communication questionnaires from 2014, each with 24 items, Ahmadi Baladhi's professional qualification questionnaire from 2016, each with 30 items, Rabat agricultural performance evaluation from 2013, each with 17 items, and Alipur Shirswar's entrepreneurship questionnaire from 2015, each with 22 items. Six university academics confirmed the questionnaire's validity by using a five-point Likert scale to answer the question. In terms of the goal, the descriptive-correlation study methodology is useful. Construct validity of organizational communication questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.849 and reliability coefficient of 0.765, questionnaire, letter of professional qualification with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.702 and composite reliability coefficient of 0.834, organizational entrepreneurship of 0.867 and reliability coefficient of 0.8 The performance questionnaire was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.865 and composite reliability coefficient of 0.756. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the questionnaires' construct validity, and the Cronbach's alpha test was used to verify their reliability. The data in this study was analyzed using structural equation techniques, SPSS, and PI.S software. The study's findings demonstrated that professional credentials and organizational communication both significantly affect how well the Ministry of Sports and Youth's staff performs as an organization, with a path coefficient of 0.7 for professional qualifications and a path coefficient of 0.547 for organizational communication. To achieve effective and efficient management, it is advised that sports and youth organization officials strengthen and develop organizational communication from the open system of organizational communication, as well as their professional and entrepreneurial qualifications, functional and behavioral skills, as well as their specialized and interpersonal abilities..
