The main purpose of this study was to study the relationship between job characteristics and perceived organizational justice with job alienation. Research method was descriptive correlational and the statistical population included all employees of a large industrial factory, from whom 349 persons, were selected via stratified random sampling selection. In this research a set of questionnaires consisting of Job Characteristics (Hackman and Oldham, 1976), perceived organizational justice (Neihoff, Moorman, 1993) and Job Alienation (Boeree, 2001) was used. Data were analyzed with use of multiple regression analysis and the results showed that the perceived relational justice ( β 170 . 0- =, p≤0.01) and feedback ( β= 0.051 12P≤0.05'> ) were able significantly to predict job alienation.
