The aim of this study was to predict job satisfaction from values among faculty members (Among 4 th region). In order to reach the goals of the research, 328 participants (Male and Female) were selected with stratified method. The data was gathered with utilization of two scales: standard scale of values (Allport et al, 1970) job satisfaction questionnaire (Smith et al, 1969 ). The result of multivariate Regression showed that religious positively (P < 0.05) and social values negatively (P < 0.01) could predict satisfaction from work-itself subscale. Also religiouse and aesthetics values (P < 0.01) could predict pay satisfaction. The religiouse values had the enough power to prediction of supervision satisfaction. Coworkers satisfaction, also, was predicted by theoretical (P < 0.05) and aesthetics values (P < 0.01). Manuscript profile

This Quasi-experimental research was conducted with pretest-with a three month follow-up design, post test phobia disorder (SPD) patients visited in psychology clinics in Shiraz city, south western part of Iran in 2010, 19 patients were selected through the objective sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The social phobia symptoms assessment Questioner (SPSAQ) (Moshavery, 2002) and Beck anxiety questionnaire (BAI) (1988) were used as the pre–test measures. The experimental group received 8 weeks of Wells’ meta-cognitive therapy sessions. The control group received no treatment. Interventions were combinations of NLP patterns including the goal setting, principles of communication, perceptual position, the Meta model, logical levels of neuro-language and principles of adjustment. After intervention, subjects in both groups were tested with Spainer scale again. Obtained data using the SPSS-15 software were analyzed through covariance analysis. The results showed the mean difference between marital adjustment score of pre-test and post-test in experimental group (P < 0.001), but between The marital adjustment of men and women, the mean difference weren't observed. So the interventional patterns used in this study can be used in counseling centers to improve the marital adjustment. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of cognitive-Behavioral Stress Management (CBSM) on the anxiety and somatic symptoms of women with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). This semi-experimental study was conducted as post- test and pre-test by control groups. Statistical population included women who had referred to 3 Rafsanjan city pregnancy clinics in May 2009. The sampling method was "step by step" random sampling so after random choice of one clinic, from among women who referred to this clinic, 50 women were selected as available sample and then 20 of them, who acquired the highest score by the Questionnaires for Estimating PMS, were selected as final sample and were randomly separated into two equal groups. Data gathered by General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) and Questionnaires for Estimating PMS Symptoms. The women of interventional group took part in 90-minutes training program for 8 sessions. Post–test scores recorded and data analyzed by co-variance test using SPSS-16 software. The data from two groups showed that the mean scores of post-test anxiety (P < 0.05) significantly decreased in the experimental group compared to the control group. The results also showed that the mean scores of post-test of somatic symptoms in experimental group did not decrease significantly. Manuscript profile
