  This research has been conducted with the aim of evaluating the quality of the website of the selected sports federations according to the WQEM model., present research is an applied research in terms of purpose, and given that in this Research is based on library study and field method. present study is descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of this study includes all websites of sports federations of Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical sample is the whole number(51). The tool used in this research is WQEM, which is based on the Wisconsin McInringy (2005) logbook. The questionnaires were standard but re-approved by some sports management professors. . The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.89. Data analysis is done by using descriptive statistics using "EXCEL" and "SPSS" software. To compare the frequency of quality attributes of sports federations websites, descriptive statistics, single sample t-test, frequency table and frequency were used. The results of the research showed that the status of the selected sports federations is based on the sub-indices associated with "usability, performance, reliability and performance in desirable conditions." Also, the results of Friedman test and average rankings showed that high reliability variables have the best average rating and variables of usability, efficiency and functionality and are placed in the next row.Finally, it is suggested that a citation by the Ministry of Sports and Youth on the design of websites of subsidiary organizations be prepared by the experts of the website and sports experts and communicated to all these federations.     Abstract The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of talent management on objective organizational forgetting with the mediator role of organizational agility (case study: Department of Sports and Youth of Tehran Province). The study was a descriptive based on structural equation modeling. The statistical sample was equal to population consisted of all employees of the Sports and Youth Department of Tehran province, numbering 250 people. In this research, Mahmoudvand organizational forgetting questionnaire (2011), talent management skills of Taft (2011) and Organizational agility of Spitzer (2007) were used. Descriptive statistics, and structural equation modeling were used for analyzing data. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using SPSS version 20 and AMOS software. The results showed that talent management with a regression coefficient of 0.47 and a significant level of less than 0.05 had a significant positive effect on targeted organizational obsolescence in the general administration of sport and youth in Tehran province. Also, talent management has a positive correlation with regression coefficient of 0.53 and a meaningful level of less than 0.05 on organizational agility in the general administration of sport and youth in Tehran province. Finally, the results of path analysis indicated that talent management, while having a direct impact on organizational forgetting (-0.057), through the organizational agility mediator variable of 0.526, also affects organizational forgetfulness and increases organizational forgetfulness. Therefore, it is suggested that talent management be considered as one of the most important organizational measures in sport and youth in Tehran province. Manuscript profile

     ABTRACT The main purpose of this study was to determining barriers of participation of Tehran municipality district 8 employees in leisure time programs with emphasis on physical activity. The population of this study was 200 women employees of district 8 Tehran municipality. The sample was 127 women that selected through random stratified sampling. In this study employees participation on sport activity barriers (Naderian Jahromi et al, 1388) was used. In order to data variance descriptive statics and for testing questions inferential statics was used. In order to normality test Kolmogrov Smirnov was used. The results indicate that in cultural social barriers, cooperates unsuitable attitudes, in economic barriers low income, in expertise human, few women coaches, family attitudes, family restrain of participation  on sport activity, in facility barriers lack of sport facilities in workplace and in media barriers weak notice of someone.Also Friedman test indicate that economic barriers was the first factor,expertise force was second factor,social cultural barriers was fifth factor and media advertisements was in the last grade.   Manuscript profile
