Analyzing the barriers of the employees participation in leisure time programs with an emphasis on physical activity (Case study: Municipality of Tehran 8th District)

Abstract :
ABTRACT The main purpose of this study was to determining barriers of participation of Tehran municipality district 8 employees in leisure time programs with emphasis on physical activity. The population of this study was 200 women employees of district 8 Tehran municipality. The sample was 127 women that selected through random stratified sampling. In this study employees participation on sport activity barriers (Naderian Jahromi et al, 1388) was used. In order to data variance descriptive statics and for testing questions inferential statics was used. In order to normality test Kolmogrov Smirnov was used. The results indicate that in cultural social barriers, cooperates unsuitable attitudes, in economic barriers low income, in expertise human, few women coaches, family attitudes, family restrain of participation on sport activity, in facility barriers lack of sport facilities in workplace and in media barriers weak notice of someone.Also Friedman test indicate that economic barriers was the first factor,expertise force was second factor,social cultural barriers was fifth factor and media advertisements was in the last grade.
