About the journal
پایداری و پویایی فقه اسلامی تا به امروز مرهون جهاد مبتنی بر مبانی مستحکم و تلاش های بی وقفه بزرگ مردانی است که در راه حفظ و نشر آن در طول قرن ها و اعصار از هیچ تلاشی فروگذاری نکرده اند. در همین راستا مجله فقه و تاریخ تمدن با افتخار از مقالات علمی و پژوهشی در دو حوزه فقه و حقوق و تاریخ تمدن و حقوق موضوعه ایران و کشورهای اروپایی جهت انتشار استقبال میکند. ملاک پذیرش مقالات رعایت شاخصهای مستخرج در صفحه راهنمایی تدوین و پذیرش مقالات میباشد.
مجله فقه و تاریخ تمدن دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مشهد از قوانین منشور اخلاق نشر و مقالات (COPE) تبعیت می کند.
