The realization of the new Islamic civilization is the most important purpose of the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution by the Supreme Leader, and the role of the seminary is fundamental and key in its realization. Unfortunately, at present, it is only recommended to teach the previous sciences in a memory-oriented way and promote it, while modern Islamic civilization cannot be realized with such a practice. This research, with the method of collecting information and analyzing it, seeks to explain the role-playing quality of the field in the realization of modern Islamic civilization. In the first part, the multi-layered tasks in the propagation of Islamic teachings are discussed, and concrete examples of how the field plays a role in the propagation are examined. After that, the duties of the domain in the realization of the new Islamic civilization are examined under two headings, which are the production of Islamic documents and their implementation, and finally the requirements for the realization of the new Islamic civilization are stated by the domain.
