The present paper introduces a model by investigating studies that have applied Agent-Based Modelling to improve organization system problems. The model is made of two parts (a conceptual model and an Agent-based model) and their interactions. The conceptual model structures the simulation by determining input, output, modelling activities, and system boundaries. Then, the computer model based on the validated and verified conceptual model was built. For practical application of the model, employees’ dissatisfaction of OG companies over promotion system was modeled. Regarding the agent based simulation of promotion process, modelling team with multiple perspectives involving managers, employees, and modelers suggest three scenarios to address the problem. The first scenario suggests financial compensation for employees; the second scenario recommends one grade increase in all the company job-grades; and the last scenario is a combination of them. The results of this investigation indicate that by implementing the first, second and third scenarios the overall dissatisfaction of the company will decrease 57, 42, and 78% over 10 years respectively. Finally, the modelling team proposes the last scenario for implementing in company. Manuscript profile

According to the increasing role of competition among insurance companies in achieving greater market share, insurance companies are forced to seek methods for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The insurance companies pay special attention to the provided service quality and thus the duration of service delivery plays an important role in customer perception of service quality. This study attempts to design a model for increasing customer satisfaction and its effect on the market of insurance sales by using simulation paradigms. The present study is descriptive in terms of purpose because it tests the relationship between the declared variables during the research in a particular community and in terms of method, a quantitative study based on the mathematical modeling approach with combined simulation paradigms using Anylogic software. The research findings show the designed model is matched with the real world, which means the output data is accurate and valid. After relating the Discrete Event Simulation Model by identifying the interaction points with the System Dynamics Simulation Model, the mixed scenario in increasing sales has been implemented. Considering the Discrete Event Simulation Model and System Dynamics Model are implemented interactively with each other at the beginning of the simulation model, so due to high rate of customer satisfaction, the input rate is raised by the System Dynamics Model and percentage of employee performance is increased. As the number of dissatisfied customers increases over a period of time, the input rate is reduced by the System Dynamics Model until the system is finally balanced. Manuscript profile

The increasing speed of technological change, on the one hand, and the changing nature of customer demand and the intensification of competition among organizations, on the other hand, have led organizations to seek to take on new competitive advantages to outperform competitors and better meet customer needs. Achieving such goals comes in the context of a new concept called "organizational agility," but agility of the organization is influenced by its agents, which are the most influential factor in service companies. In this research, which the University of Science and Research has proposed as a case study, the employees are divided into three categories: Soft, Grievous, and Blind. These factors determine the three main elements of the agility of the supply chain organization: Agility drivers, agility abilities and agility capability. Also, using a particle swarm optimization algorithm, an intelligent model has been designed to measure the impact and impact of factors on each other. And after implementing the model in a case study at Time = 769, recovery is at best possible. Manuscript profile

Given the growing importance of small and medium-sized enterprises and the role that e-readiness and e-commerce development have in reducing their costs and expanding their operations, evaluating e-readiness status for entering e-commerce field is important in SMEs. Therefore, the design of e-readiness assessment models is appropriate to the internal and environmental conditions of organizations and communities with the aim of measuring their e-readiness level and without assessing the electronic readiness of the organization, the activity in the world of the impossible network or its barriers will be very high. In this paper, while introducing a brief overview of the proposed models for assessing e-readiness and their classification, the factors influencing the e-readiness of SMEs in order to enter the e-commerce field have been investigated and identified with a meta-integration approach. Then, in order to better understand the variables that affect this relationship and understand the existing dynamics, using a modeling of system dynamics approach and drawing causal loop diagrams (CLD), was introduced an e-readiness assessment model for SMEs to enter the e-commerce field and finally, simulation was carried out by Vensim software. The two major scenarios of increasing advertising and system quality were evaluated and analyzed as model levers. The simulation results indicate a positive impact of system quality and advertising on the e-readiness of firms, with the difference, the impact of system quality on e-readiness of firms is more than the impact of advertising on increasing e-readiness. The amount and type of resource allocation and adoption of necessary strategies to effectively provide emergency measures, given the vital role of these centers in the health system, and the ability of these centers to respond effectively to emergency calls is an important element in providing patients' health. Find the most optimal location of emergencies according to the interaction between factors, environmental constraints and different behavioral characteristics of different factors assumed in the problem. In terms of practical and descriptive purpose, with the explanatory modeling approach, which uses expert opinion polls in presenting the model and in implementing the model, which is based on the application of metaherstical algorithm. Combined objective and subjective data Factor and environmental variables are modeled through a combined approach of factor-based simulation and metaheuristic algorithm. The initial time to navigate an initial structure for 40 accident hotspots and 5 stations was 7860, which after genetic optimization and the production of a new list, as well as the jump of ambulances from one station to another, the results reached a number between 2700 and 4000. Using this type of optimization can help speed up activities and reduce costs. Due to the unequal traffic of the points, the time of arrival of the ambulance to the accident hotspots will not be equal, so by changing the deployment points, according to the conditions and specializing the characteristics of ambulances and accident hotspots and combining the list of points, the total travel time can be Reduced accident hotspo Manuscript profile

In recent years, the growing industrial and economic competition, environmental concerns, and governmental pressures on manufacturers regarding waste management have underscored the significance of designing a reverse supply chain and closed-loop network. Simultaneously, the potential for profit arising from product recycling has further emphasized the importance of these systems. This research focuses on developing a four-stage closed-loop network model for the supply chain, taking into account the uncertainty of product recycling rates. The primary objective of this study is to provide an integer linear programming model aimed at minimizing supply chain costs and customer service time under uncertain conditions. The supply chain model is designed by integrating queuing theory and product recycling system optimization. A critical aspect of this research involves modeling the uncertainty in the return rate of consumer products in the closed-loop supply chain, with the aim of developing a robust approach to address this issue. Additionally, the performance of the proposed model in the paper industry is evaluated, and a sensitivity analysis is conducted with respect to the decision variables using two metaheuristic algorithms: the Multiple Objective Harmony Search and the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm.
