According to the increasing role of competition among insurance companies in achieving greater market share, insurance companies are forced to seek methods for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The insurance companies pay special attention to the provided service quality and thus the duration of service delivery plays an important role in customer perception of service quality. This study attempts to design a model for increasing customer satisfaction and its effect on the market of insurance sales by using simulation paradigms. The present study is descriptive in terms of purpose because it tests the relationship between the declared variables during the research in a particular community and in terms of method, a quantitative study based on the mathematical modeling approach with combined simulation paradigms using Anylogic software. The research findings show the designed model is matched with the real world, which means the output data is accurate and valid. After relating the Discrete Event Simulation Model by identifying the interaction points with the System Dynamics Simulation Model, the mixed scenario in increasing sales has been implemented. Considering the Discrete Event Simulation Model and System Dynamics Model are implemented interactively with each other at the beginning of the simulation model, so due to high rate of customer satisfaction, the input rate is raised by the System Dynamics Model and percentage of employee performance is increased. As the number of dissatisfied customers increases over a period of time, the input rate is reduced by the System Dynamics Model until the system is finally balanced. Manuscript profile

We always face a range of ambiguity, uncertainty and risk in variables in qualitative, non-numerical and expert-centered issues. The root of this ambiguity can be in the variable itself or other variables related to it and the statements of experts. Fuzzy cognitive mapping is one of the common models for better understanding of problems that pays attention to the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. When dealing with problems where the numerical data associated with it are not available or the nature of the problem is qualitative, perceptual mapping is made by experts. One of the problems of using the common cognitive mapping model is not considering the uncertainty, risk and error in the opinions of experts. This problem affects the quality and validity of models created in complex problems. In this paper, in order to help understand the problem correctly and eliminate uncertainty, ambiguity and risk in experts' comments on variables and cause-and-effect relationships between them, the combined approach of Z-number and R-number in fuzzy cognitive mapping has been used. The proposed method in this article, by considering optimistic, pessimistic and neutral experts, has modeled the cause-and-effect relationships between strategies affecting the empowerment of individuals in the health system. The proposed approach of this research can be effective as a decision support method in issues that are qualitative and expert in nature. Manuscript profile

Climate change and environmental impacts of economic activities, have forced supply chains to implement green policies and reduce environmental impacts and destruction to achieve competiete advantage. One approach to achive simultaneously to the economic and envitonmental objectives is to design closed loop supply chain networks (CLSCN) that integrate reverse logistics into their forward paths. In this paper, a bi-objective mixed integer linear programming model was developed for the CLSCN problem. The first objective is to minimize the cost function and the second objective function tries to minimize the time of transferring products from manufacturers to the distributors. Lp Metric and ε -constraint methods were utilized to solve the model. A numerical example was presented to show the applicability of the model and also sensitivity analysis was done. In this model two parameters of cost and demand are uncertain, in order to deal with uncertain parameters a robust optimization approach was utilizec. Multi objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) was used to solve the model in lare scales ad the solutions were compared with the solutions that obtained by exact methods. the findings of this research can help decision makers and executives to design efficient closed loop supply chains.
