Many public organization managers believed that regarding to job behaviors is vital subject. It seems individual performance is affected by individual or his/her peers behaviors. Performance of employees subject is on that many of administrator and student of administration are looking procedures to it’s improvement. The main goal of this research is to reveal the simultaneous influence of job behaviors on individual performance in Iranian public organizations. The research method is based on a descriptive- Survey research and theoretical and sequential sampling method is the basis of the choice of research environments. 20 organizations selected as research environments and recognized the culture of this organizations, then according to cochran sample volume method, 1329 researcher made questionnaires distributed and 1187completed questionnaire was collected. The percentage of collected questionnaire is %88. The validity of questionnaire is confirmed by the authorities and the reliability of organizational culture questionnaire, job behaviors, and individual performance confirmed by Retest and Cronbach’s alpha. The Relative Importance Method used for finding the relative weight of job behaviors. The results showed that in power and in-role cultures, routine task behavior is the highest importance. In achievement culture, routine task and adaptive task behaviors, and finally in support culture, interpersonal and organizational citizenship behaviors are highest importance. Finally, some suggestions are proposed, with regarding to hypotheses test in four different organizational cultures Manuscript profile

In industrial and manufacturing processes, there are several input factors in different levels, which may affect the final product characteristics. The design of experimental method, as one of the new quality improvement methods identifies the most important effective factors factors on product quality by experimental design and adjusts its optimal levels. The purpose of this study was determination of the optimum weight of the 500-ml serum bottle using the 2k design of experimental, so that, if thicker, it would increase the consumption of the primary substance of P.P. And losses, and if it is used less than standard, it will cause deformation of the body and loss of the product. Because the serum production process faces some inevitable waste but subsequent changes in weight cause the consumption control not be properly performed, so after determining the weight the standard of the serum the conditions of the machine must be checked, it is possible to approach the production with a standard weight and the normal waste is under control. In this study, we tried to identify the factors affecting the weight of the serum bottle using 2k experimental design. After analyzing and evaluating the adequacy of the model, the results of analysis of variance and main effects graphs showed that the timing of cycle, the temperature of the heaters and the extruder circle had the most direct effect on the weight of the bottle. By controlling these factors, we can determine the weight fluctuations reduced the bottle. Manuscript profile

In the last decade, supplying raw materials and selection of suppliers in the supply chain has been a challenge for most of the organizations. Since the performance of suppliers has a major impact on the success or failure of the supply chain, Supplier selection known as a strategic task. Thus, in this study - whom has been carried out in the Azaran Industrial Group - researchers has tried to identify the most important criteria in selecting suppliers and determining the importance of each of them according to experts' opinions to select the best suppliers. Therefore, the main criteria for selecting suppliers of a part of parts of the Azaran Industrial Group with a poll of relevant experts were identified through questionnaire. Then by using fuzzy AHP method based on the Analysis of Development, the rate of each criterion and the weight of each supplier - in relation to each criterion - were determined. After that, a fuzzy objective function was created for each criterion. The goal of this function is maximizing the performance of supplier in relation to each criterion. After bringing out the model from fuzzy state, by using the Sum of the Weights, the best supplier was chosen. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present research is to "identify and design a model of critical factors for the realization of the green supply chain of automotive industry".In this research, by studying the literature, the factors affecting the emergence of the supply chain were identified and then, in the quantitative phase, using the field research, the main goal of the research was realized. In order to identify the critical factors of the green supply chain of the automotive industry and the importance of each of the factors, a questionnaire consisting of 33 questions was given and 100 employees of the automotive synchronous company who were selected by random sampling were given. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis and t-test. The results showed that all four main components of green supply chain management include supply chain management, product recycling, organizational interaction, and life cycle management, and the underlying indicators of these factors in the automotive industry, and all of these factors are green in the supply chain. Nowadays, Organizations are well aware of their need to an efficient supply chain, so that they can compete with their rivals in today's global market and in the network and interconnected economy. Reducing the costs of production is the most important factor for survival in this competitive environment. Thus, selecting the appropriate supplier could have a great deal of influence on reducing the production costs and increasing the organization competitiveness ability. The aim of this paper is the determination and customization of the criteria, ranking and selecting the suppliers of SCM in Automobile Manufacturing Companies of Iran. This study, in terms of purpose, is an applied study and in terms of nature, is a descriptive study. In order to collection of data to test the proposed framework, it is conducted a case study in the automobile industry. In this study, the confirmatory factor analysis is used for selection and customization of the variables, and the fuzzy inference system is applied for determination of the weights of decision-making criteria, and the fuzzy TOPSIS method employed for evaluation and ranking the suppliers. The contribution of this study in the relevant literature to this field is usage and combination of three aforementioned methods. By means of literature review, the criteria categorized in 6 categories: Quality, Delivery, Technical skills, Services, Investment, and Product Design, and then, the selected supplier companies including Tavan, Borna, Saba, and Niroo-Gostaran have been analyzed and ranked. This thesis aims to study the Investigating the Influence of Information Technology Flexibility on Company Performance in Supply Chain Management (Case Study of Homa Hotel Group). This is a descriptive survey research which is of practical type in nature, and in terms of time is temporally. The statistical population of research consists of all 900 employees of Homa Hotel Group that 269 were selected out them using Cochran formula. The tool of research is standard questionnaire of Han (2017). In order to measure the validity of questionnaires the content method was used and to measure the reliability the Cronbach alpha was used, that obtained 0.90. To check the distribution of normalization in population the Kolmogorov-Smirnov methods were used, and T-test was used to measure variables’ level of suitability, and first order confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to measure the research variables by questionnaire items and proposed, then the Friedman Test was carried out to classify independent variables. In order to test statistical hypotheses the Smart Pls software was used. Test of hypotheses showed that flexibility of information technology transaction by path coefficient 0.741 has the greatest effect on flexibility of information technology, and the flexibility of information technology transaction by path coefficient of 0.000 has no effect on company performance. The results of research showed that the information technology have an impact on performance of company in terms of supply chain management among employees of Homa Hotels Group. Keywords: flexibility of technology, company performance, Supply Chain Management ,Homa Hotels Manuscript profile

The financial crisis is a long-term process which affects many financial and operational aspects of companiesand the financial reporting system has played a major role in this process by employing different accounting methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial crisis by applying the method of smoothing the profit and considering the effects of the variables of the positive accounting theory. This research is a semi-experimental analytical researchWhich is applied in terms of purpose and is classified as descriptive research. Data were analyzed using a sample of 144 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange, during the period of 10 years (2007 to 2016), the data were combined and the multivariate regression model was analyzed. The results of the first to third hypotheses indicate thatthere is no significant relationship between the lack of liquidity, the inability to fulfill obligations and the failure of the operation with the profit smoothingand the reason for this is that the companies did not pay much attention to the use of smoothing in the context of the financial crisis. There is also a significant and inverse relationship between bankruptcy and profit smoothingwhich shows that companies facing bankruptcy by smoothing the profits seek to improve the conditions of bankruptcy.
